Claims (8)

  1. Appareil (1) pour traiter des éléments de mobilier, des meubles et similaires, ledit appareil comprenant un ensemble de support pour supporter des panneaux (3) à traiter ou usiner ; une ou plusieurs structures mobiles (4), chacune supportant une ou plusieurs têtes de traitement (5) ; ledit appareil traitant chaque dit panneau (3) de bout en bout, à savoir que chaque dit panneau (3) entre et sort dudit appareil toujours dans la même direction de traitement (X) en fonctionnant de la sorte d'une manière continue sans temps morts pour charger et décharger chaque dit panneau (3) ; pendant l'usinage des panneaux, ladite structure ou lesdites structures ayant un même mouvement que celui de chaque dit panneau, moyennant quoi chaque dit panneau peut être traité ou usiné sans être arrêté, caractérisé en ce que ledit ensemble de support de panneaux comprend un ensemble de rouleaux inclinés (2) supportant des panneaux (3) à traiter, lesdits panneaux (3) étant mobiles indépendamment les uns des autres le long dudit ensemble de rouleaux (2), que ledit appareil comprend en outre une pluralité d'éléments de navette mobiles (8) montés sur un dispositif de translation (9) permettant de déplacer lesdits éléments de navette (8) d'une position avancée correspondant à un plan de traitement ou d'usinage de panneau avant, vers une position reculée dans laquelle lesdits éléments de navette (8) peuvent être entraînés le long de l'ensemble de rouleaux (2) pour les disposer dans une position différente, que chaque dit panneau (3) traité est supporté sur l'ensemble de rouleaux inclinés et des rouleaux inférieurs formant le plan zéro ; ledit panneau (3) étant entraîné via un préhenseur (10) constitué de deux éléments de préhension (11, 12) : un élément de préhension fixe (11) rigide avec ledit élément de navette (8) et un élément de préhension mobile (12) ; ledit élément de préhension mobile (12) étant complètement indépendant ou hors de prise par rapport audit élément de préhension fixe (11) et étant pressé contre ledit panneau par des ressorts presseurs, et que un ou plusieurs rouleaux dudit ensemble de rouleaux sont d'un type à reculer, à savoir qu'on les fait reculer sous un plan d'ensemble de rouleaux pour fournir un espace pour des têtes opérationnelles pour traiter ledit panneau à travers l'épaisseur de celui-ci.
  2. Appareil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit appareil est un appareil modulaire et comprend deux blocs opérationnels (6), l'un disposé à l'entrée et l'autre à la sortie dudit appareil, lesdits blocs (6) comprenant une unité identique, ledit appareil comprenant en outre une partie centrale comprenant une ou plusieurs unités opérationnelles (7) qui sont associées les unes aux autres pour fournir une longueur différente dudit appareil.
  3. Appareil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément de navette (8) est entraîné par un moteur d'entraînement linéaire (13) via un vérin pneumatique d'indexation (14) couplant de façon rigide le moteur linéaire (13) et l'élément de navette (8).
  4. Appareil selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que ladite partie mobile (12) du moteur linéaire (13) et le vérin d'indexation (14) sont assemblés l'un à l'autre moyennant quoi le moteur linéaire (13) entraîne opérationnellement ledit élément de navette (8) via ledit vérin d'indexation (14) ; la partie mobile (12) dudit préhenseur et le support de translation associé étant entraînés du fait de la friction opérationnelle générée entre les deux éléments de préhension (11, 12) et le panneau (3).
  5. Appareil selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément de navette (8) comprend une pluralité de trous dans lesquels ledit ensemble d'indexation ou vérin (14) est en prise ; moyennant quoi chaque dit élément de navette (8) ou ensemble peut être entraîné opérationnellement par différents moteurs linéaires (13) ; ledit appareil comprenant en outre une pluralité de moteurs linéaires (13) indépendants pour entraîner simultanément une pluralité d'éléments de navette ou ensembles, et une pluralité de préhenseurs correspondants.
  6. Appareil selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit ensemble de rouleaux (2) comprend une presse (17) entraînée par un moteur d'entraînement et qui, via des rouleaux presseurs, presse ledit panneau contre les rouleaux inférieurs (19).
  7. Appareil selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moteurs linéaires (13) peuvent être entraînés dans une région centrale de l'appareil et commencer à une partie d'extrémité où ils entraînement lesdits éléments de navette ou ensembles (8) et s'arrêter à l'autre partie d'extrémité de la partie centrale où le moteur linéaire (13) est mis hors de prise d'avec l'élément de navette ou ensemble (8) ; ledit moteur linéaire revenant ensuite vers la première extrémité de la région centrale pour se mettre en prise avec un nouvel élément de navette ou ensemble.
  8. Appareil selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que lesdits éléments de navette ou ensembles (8) et préhenseurs associés, en arrivant à une deuxième partie d'extrémité de ladite région centrale, sont mis hors de prise d'avec les moteurs linéaires et, par un autre axe, arrivent à une région d'ensemble de translation ; ledit ensemble de translation hébergeant une pluralité d'éléments de navette ou d'ensembles et de préhenseurs associés, toute l'unité d'ensembles de navette et préhenseurs étant entraînée et disposée sur un plan arrière disposé sur un arrière du plan principal d'appareil ; grâce à un système de chaîne (20), lesdits ensembles de navette et préhenseurs (10) étant déchargés par le dispositif de translation (9) et, par des guides (21) disposés dans une partie arrière dudit appareil, étant en outre entraînés et disposés sur un dispositif de translation ou d'entraînement disposé dans ladite unité au niveau de la partie de commencement de l'appareil ; ledit dispositif de translation ou d'entraînement symétrique par rapport au précédent entraînant les ensembles de navette (8) et préhenseurs (10) sur le plan principal de l'appareil où ils sont prêts à être de nouveau indexés par les moteurs linéaires.
