Abstract

L'invention concerne une dresseuse pourvue d'un système de cassettes interchangeables comprenant plusieurs cassettes interchangeables (1, 9, 10) respectivement de différents types, ce système comprenant au moins deux types différents de cassettes interchangeables (1, 9, 10). Au moins deux des cassettes interchangeables (1, 9, 10) se différencient par des rouleaux à dresser (5) de différents diamètres et chaque type de cassettes interchangeables (1, 9, 10) comprend au moins une rangée supérieure (3) et une rangée inférieure (4) de rouleaux à dresser (5) voisins dans une direction transversale aux axes longitudinaux des rouleaux (6). Les rouleaux à dresser (5) des rangées supérieure et inférieure (3, 4) sont décalés les uns des autres et au moins une rangée (3, 4) de rouleaux à dresser (5) est réglable. L'objet de l'invention est de fournir, avec des dresseuses à réglage individuel d'au moins une rangée de rouleaux à dresser, un plus large éventail de produits plats pouvant être traités à l'intérieur de celle-ci et une plus grande flexibilité en ce qui concerne la stratégie de dressage pouvant être mise en œuvre avec cette dresseuse. Cet objectif est atteint par le fait que chaque type de cassettes interchangeables (1, 9, 10) comprend un ou plusieurs postes de rouleaux à dresser (7) portant les rouleaux à dresser (5) de la rangée inférieure et/ou de la rangée supérieure (3, 4). Ces postes (7) sont réalisés, dans chaque type de cassettes interchangeables (1, 9, 10), avec une séparation de réglage des rouleaux à dresser identique indépendante du diamètre respectif des rouleaux à dresser. Cette séparation comprend respectivement diverses zones de séparation de réglage (8) mobiles les unes par rapport aux autres, de même longueur (Z) dans chaque type de cassettes interchangeables (1, 9, 10) indépendamment du diamètre respectif des rouleaux à dresser et disposées au voisinage les unes des autres dans une direction transversale aux axes longitudinaux des rouleaux (6). Ces zones (8) permettent respectivement un réglage séparé des rouleaux à dresser (5) disposés individuellement ou par paires ou par groupes au niveau d'une zone de séparation de réglage (8) respective ou sur celle-ci.
