Claims (6)
- Machine à travailler la tôle, avec un plateau (1) destiné à recevoir des matrices de pliage (2) interchangeables, une mâchoire supérieure (3) disposée au-dessus de celui-ci de façon à pouvoir se lever et s'abaisser et destinée à recevoir des poinçons de pliage (4) interchangeables et un dispositif de butée (21) déplaçable dans le sens du travail de la pièce de tôle à plier (16), caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un outil inférieur (6) disposé de façon interchangeable sur le plateau (1) à côté du logement de la matrice de pliage et formé de deux rouleaux inférieurs (8) pouvant tourner autour d'axes parallèles et perpendiculaires au sens de transport de la pièce ainsi qu'un outil supérieur (7) fixé au-dessus de façon interchangeable sur la mâchoire supérieure à côté du logement des poinçons de pliage, qui comprend un rouleau supérieur (9) pouvant tourner autour d'un axe parallèle aux axes des rouleaux inférieurs.
- Machine à travailler la tôle selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'un capteur de mesure de la distance connecté à une commande de machine (11) est relié au mois à l'outil inférieur (6) ou à l'outil supérieur (7).
- Machine à travailler la tôle selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que l'outil inférieur (6) et l'outil supérieur (7) se composent de modules de rouleau (12) pouvant être alignés les uns à la suite des autres et reliés entre eux par friction.
- Machine à travailler la tôle selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que l'assemblage par friction entre les modules de rouleau (12) se compose d'accouplements à griffes ou de dentures Hirth complémentaires disposés sur les faces d'extrémité.

- Machine à travailler la tôle selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de butée (21) est conformé comme un mécanisme d'avance des pièces pliées en tôle et comprend un dispositif de préhension (14) pour la pièce pliée en tôle.
