Definitions

  • the invention relates to a striking tool according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • Milling machines or rotor hammers are known from the prior art, which serve to remove soils, roads or masonry from rock-based building materials, such as concrete, asphalt, etc.
  • the EP 2 418 059 A1 describes a device for processing concrete surfaces. On a percussion head a plurality of striking nails is arranged, which are suspended freely swinging.
  • FR 1 210 450 A discloses a striking tool according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • a disadvantage of the aforementioned prior art is that these removal devices do not run around and achieve only an uneven removal of surfaces of said building materials.
  • An impact tool as a device for removing rock-containing building materials comprises a striking roller which can be rotated about its longitudinal axis with a predetermined direction of rotation. Further, the impact roller on two or more impactor, which are arranged eccentrically along the circumference of the impact roller with respect to the longitudinal axis and oscillating. According to the invention, the impact roller has a recess along its periphery for each impactor, in which a bearing end of the impactor is received, wherein the recess has walls which limit a pendulum angle of the impactor.
  • End of storage means in the sense of the invention that a striker is suspended at a certain point and that a section is defined around this point, on which the striker is movably mounted, that is mounted.
  • the impactor is formed substantially elongated rectangular and has in its arrangement within the recess a bearing end, with which he is just suspended pendulum.
  • the bearing end may have a radius of curvature which is dimensioned somewhat smaller than the radius of the curvature section, so that the impactor can oscillate sufficiently.
  • the shape of the impactor may be straight or conical towards its free end.
  • the bearing end is opposite to a free end as the "effect", with which the impactor can impinge on the surface to be machined of the rock-containing building material and the edges are rounded.
  • a uniform removal of a rock-containing building material can be effected.
  • a guide for the impactor in the direction of rotation of the impact roller whereby a uniform removal of the rock-containing building material can be achieved by means of this tool.
  • "Gestelnshaltig" For the purposes of the invention means various hard building materials such as various types of concrete, asphalt, solid rock and other materials and materials.
  • various types of rock of any grain size for example. Fine, in the form of sand or coarse, in the form of pebbles. The size of the grain can be between a few mm to several cm. Both natural rock and artificially produced stone or rock conglomerates can be present in the building material.
  • a first wall and a second wall of the recess are connected by a curved portion.
  • the curvature section is axially oriented with respect to the axis of rotation of the impact roller.
  • the recess opens against the direction of rotation of the impact roller, wherein an opening angle of the recess corresponds to the pendulum angle of the impactor.
  • the first wall of the recess forms an impact stop for the impact body and the second wall a guide stop.
  • the guide stop is directed in the direction of rotation of the impactor and takes during the rotation of the impact roller with the impact body. If the impactor meets the rock-containing building material, the pendulum action of the impactor is limited by the impact stop and a power transmission to the surface is significantly improved in comparison to the prior art. A knockback of the impactor or a rollover of it, so that the impact roller starts to double, can be prevented by limiting the pendulum angle.
  • the walls of the recess of an extension of their lines can be described as secants of the circular cross section of the impactor.
  • the pendulum angle may be in a range of 10 ° to 45 °. Preferably, there is a very good power transmission when the pendulum angle is 20 °.
  • the pendulum angle should in any case be such that the recess can be so large that the impactor can perform a pendulum motion and thus sufficient space for commuting is available. This ensures that the impactor has sufficient freedom of movement and optimal power transmission of the impactor can be done on the rocky building material. Since the impact of the impactor takes place at a certain angle, a particularly smooth running of the tool and thus a more uniform removal can be achieved.
  • the recess has predetermined dimensions relative to the impactor body.
  • a first distance of the impactor from a vertex of the curvature section to a lateral surface of the impact roller three quarters of an overall length correspond to the impactor.
  • the first route can also be longer or shorter in an alternative embodiment. In any case, the first distance forms the dimension of the first wall of the recess, so the impact stop.
  • the second distance of the impactor from the vertex of the curvature portion to an outer surface of the impact roller may be selected to be half the total length of the impactor or less. Again, in an alternative embodiment, the second distance may be longer or shorter than the aforementioned dimension. The second distance forms the dimension of the second distance corresponding to the first distance and defines the dimension of the guide stop.
  • the second distance will always be shorter than the first distance, so that the concept of the active or guide stop for the impactor body can be implemented.
  • the lateral surface of the impact roller substantially corresponds to its outer surface or its outer periphery.
  • the impactor consists at least partially or completely of a hard metal. These show a very high hardness, wear resistance and hot hardness.
  • sintered carbide carbides for example of tungsten carbide, can also be used based on titanium or tantalum. Depending on which material is selected, the life of the impactor can be changed. Also, a corresponding carbide can be selected for different floors to be removed.
  • the recess may be rounded at both transitions of the walls of the recess in the lateral surface of the impact roller.
  • only one of the first or second walls may have a rounded edge. This avoids that the impactor can break off when hitting the walls. The life of the impactor is significantly extended.
  • a longitudinal extension of the recess can extend axially along the impact roller in one or more predetermined sections.
  • the recess or the plurality of recesses may extend over the entire length of the impact roller.
  • a separate recess may be provided for each impactor, so that in an embodiment with a plurality of impactors, the impact roller in cross section receives a substantially sawtooth-shaped contour. It is particularly advantageous that the impactors can be suspended individually or along a suitable suspension device, such as a rod or individual riveting, threaded. If one of the impactors have been removed or damaged, it is possible that not the complete roll body, but only individual impactors must be replaced.
  • An inventive device for removing rock-containing building materials in one embodiment has a housing and a rotatable impact tool.
  • the impact tool is an inventive impact tool of the aforementioned type and embodiments.
  • a drive device for the impact tool is arranged in the housing according to the invention.
  • a transport motor such as an electric or conventional gasoline engine, may be provided to automatically move the device.
  • a transport motor such as an electric or conventional gasoline engine
  • wheels are provided in a rear area, which are driven by the motor and thus can set the device in motion.
  • the device may also have a handle for a manual feed of the device.
  • the device has a spray unit that sprays water or other liquids onto the surface to be removed. Immediately after impact of the impactors can take place a suction of the removal, so that the working space within the housing and around the device remains largely clean. This avoids the formation of excessive dust and reduces health risks for people who need to work with the machine. Also, the complete device can be used without loss of power in a water bath.
  • a thinner removal by faster removal ie a faster feed done.
  • no adjustment is necessary because the impact the impactor is always the same.
  • a removal of up to 20 mm can take place in one work train.
  • the removal can also be higher.
  • Each striker can also be compensated by this amount.
  • the impactor strikes the ground during rotation of the impact roller and rotates past the pendulum angle of approximately 20 ° counter to the direction of advance of the device. Even if due to each impact and the material wear each percussion body is also removed, the same removal can be achieved, since with buckling of the impactor body a constant change in length takes place.
  • the device has a speed control, whereby the number of revolutions per minute of the impact roller can be adjusted on the device.
  • This speed setting can be used to achieve a metered and controlled serve even in a water bath.
  • the speed can be set below 600 revolutions / min.
  • the speed control can be used to clean the impact roller by using the handle raised the wheels and the impactors so that they can not touch the ground. Due to the centrifugal force, dirt particles and parts of the removed floor covering, which adhere to the impactor, are simply thrown out and the impact roller is cleaned in this way. Replacement of the impact roller due to contamination and encrustations is therefore not necessary. The life of the impact roller can be increased even further.
  • two recesses 6 are provided along the circumference of the impact roller 2, which are arranged opposite with respect to the rotary section 3.
  • impactor 4 are arranged pendulum mounted.
  • the impactors 4 are formed substantially elongated rectangular, wherein a bearing end 5 defines a portion on which the impactor 4 is suspended by means of suitable holding devices rotatably suspended within the recess 6.
  • An end facing away from the bearing end 5 is provided as a knitting end 9, whose edges are rounded.
  • the rounded action end 9 serves to achieve a more uniform removal of the asphalt 8, which is located below the impact roller 2.
  • the recess 6 is essentially formed from a first wall 6a and a second wall 6b.
  • the first wall 6a is connected to the second wall 6b via a curvature section K.
  • the curvature section K is arranged axially in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the impact roller 2. So that the impactor 4 within the Recess 6 can oscillate sufficiently, a radius of curvature of the bearing end 5 is slightly smaller than a radius of curvature of the curvature portion K.
  • Fig. 2 a region around the curvature section K is shown in detail, wherein the walls 6a, 6b limit a pendulum angle ⁇ of the impactor 4 in the manner shown there.
  • Fig. 1 and 2 is the pendulum angle ⁇ in the size of 20 °. But there are also larger or smaller angles possible.
  • the dimensions of the walls 6a, 6b can be defined as distances S1, S2: a first distance S1 is defined by a vertex SP of the curvature section K up to a lateral surface M of the impact roller 2, wherein the first distance S1 in about three quarters of the total length of the impactor 4 from the end of storage 5 to the end of action 9 means.
  • the first wall 6a forms the so-called impact stop.
  • the second wall 6b is dimensioned by a second distance S2, starting from the vertex SP of the curvature section K up to the outer surface M of the impact roller 2.
  • the second distance S2 is at most as long as half the total length of the impactor 4th
  • the two walls 6a, 6b one would extend the distances S1 and S2 so that they intersect, forming an opening angle of the recess 6, which corresponds to the pendulum angle ⁇ .
  • the second wall 6b forms a guide stop, wherein during a rotation of the impact roller 2, the impactors 4 abut by this wall 6b due to the centrifugal force and are guided in the direction of rotation B.
  • the impactor strikes 4 with its action end 9 on the tarmac 8 and is moved against the direction of rotation B of the impact roller 2.
  • the impactor 4 is from the first wall 6a, so the impact stop, collected and limited in its pendulum motion. As a result, the impact force of the impactor 4 can be well transferred to the asphalt 8 and depending on the speed of the impact roller 2 a defined removal can be achieved.
