Claims (15)

  1. Procédé de production d'articles tricotés sur au moins une machine circulaire de tricotage (1) pour vêtement tricoté ou article chaussant, comprenant un procédé de régulation de la taille des articles tricotés en production sur des machines circulaires de tricotage pour vêtement tricoté ou article chaussant, le procédé de régulation de la taille des articles tricotés comprenant les étapes de :
    - pré-disposition d'au moins une machine circulaire de tricotage (1) pour vêtement tricoté ou article chaussant, comprenant au moins : une structure formant support (2) ; un cylindre (3) d'aiguilles (4) monté de manière à pouvoir tourner dans la structure formant support (2) ; une pluralité d'aiguilles (4) supportées par le cylindre (3) et mobiles parallèles à un axe de rotation du cylindre (3) pour produire un tissu tricoté ; une pluralité de cames baisse-aiguilles (7) fonctionnellement actives sur lesdites aiguilles (4) et sélectivement et individuellement mobiles pour faire varier, chacune, la taille des mailles produites par les aiguilles (4) elles-mêmes en correspondance dans une position respective d'alimentation en fil (10) d'un fil (9), chaque baisse-aiguilles (7) indépendamment de l'autre, une première pluralité de dispositifs d'alimentation (8) en fil (9), dont chacun est fonctionnellement actif pour alimenter le fil (9) auxdites aiguilles (4) en correspondance d'une position respective d'alimentation (10) et d'un baisse-aiguilles respectif (7) desdits baisse-aiguilles (7) ; un dispositif de commande (11) du fonctionnement de la machine de tricotage (1) ; et des moyens électriques et électroniques (12) reliés au dispositif de commande (11) et fonctionnellement actifs pour commander un fonctionnement d'une pluralité de pièces de la machine de tricotage (1) et pour détecter une pluralité de paramètres de fonctionnement du fonctionnement de la machine de tricotage (1) ;
    - définition d'un article tricoté (6) à produire sur la machine de tricotage (1), où pour ledit article tricoté (6) est définie au moins une zone tricotée (6a, 6b) dudit article tricoté (6) ou où ledit article tricoté (6) est subdivisé en définissant une pluralité de zones tricotées consécutives (6a, 6b) dudit article tricoté (6), chacune correspondant à une partie respective du tissu tricoté ;
    - activation d'un programme de production dudit article tricoté (6) et de ladite au moins une zone tricotée ou de ladite pluralité de zones tricotées (6a, 6b) sur ledit dispositif de commande (11) de ladite machine de tricotage (1) ;
    - production de ladite au moins une zone tricotée ou de ladite pluralité de zones tricotées (6a, 6b) dudit article tricoté (6) en séquence, maintien d'une tension ou du grammage du fil (9) alimenté aux aiguilles (4) sensiblement constant-e, à l'aide d'un dispositif de freinage et/ou d'un dispositif de régulation de la tension du fil (9) ;
    - détection d'une pluralité de données liant la consommation en fil (9) selon ladite au moins une zone tricotée ou ladite pluralité de zones tricotées (6a, 6b) par la détection, parmi des signaux de début et de fin respectifs de la zone tricotée (6a, 6b), d'une quantité globale de fil (9) utilisée pour réaliser chaque zone tricotée (6a, 6b) en correspondance de chaque position d'alimentation en fil (10) de la machine et/ou du dispositif d'alimentation relatif en fil (8) ou pour une totalité des dispositifs d'alimentation en fil (8) de ladite première pluralité dans le fonctionnement pour la production ;
    - comparaison de la pluralité des données pour la consommation en fil (9) pour ladite au moins une zone tricotée ou ladite pluralité de zones tricotées (6a, 6b) à une pluralité respective de valeurs de référence pour la consommation en fil (9) pour ladite au moins une zone tricotée ou ladite pluralité de zones tricotées (6a, 6b), afin d'obtenir une pluralité respective de résultats de comparaison ;
    - détermination, à l'aide d'un premier algorithme, d'une pluralité de valeurs correctives de la position des baisse-aiguilles (7) sur la base de la pluralité respective des résultats de comparaison, si de tels résultats de comparaison sont supérieurs aux seuils de tolérance prédéterminés respectifs ;
    - déplacement automatiquement, avant la production d'une zone successive (6a, 6b) de l'article tricoté (6), et/ou immédiatement avant la production d'un article tricoté correspondant successif (6) et/ou avant la production de chaque zone tricotée correspondante (6a, 6b) d'un article tricoté correspondant successif (6) après avoir temporairement mémorisé les valeurs correctives correspondant à chaque zone tricotée (6a, 6b), les baisse-aiguilles (7) conformément à ladite pluralité de valeurs correctives, afin de réduire la différence entre ladite pluralité de données liant la consommation en fil (9) pour ladite au moins une zone tricotée ou ladite pluralité de zones tricotées (6a, 6b) et ladite pluralité de valeurs de référence pour la consommation en fil (9) pour ladite au moins une zone tricotée ou ladite pluralité de zones tricotées (6a, 6b) ;
    le procédé de régulation de la taille des articles tricotés est effectué de manière continue durant la production d'une pluralité d'articles tricotés identiques qui sont distincts l'un de l'autre, soit périodiquement, soit à des intervalles réguliers, prédéterminés soit établis par un utilisateur, durant la production des articles et/ou la vérification d'au moins une condition de fonctionnement sélectionnée parmi les suivantes : durant une période transitoire de chauffage de la machine de tricotage (1) après un démarrage de production ; après au moins une intervention de maintenance de la machine de tricotage ; après un remplacement d'au moins un composant de la machine de tricotage ; sur variation, au-dessus d'un seuil prédéterminé, d'au moins une condition environnementale influençant potentiellement le fonctionnement de la machine de tricotage, par exemple la température ou le niveau d'humidité de l'environnement.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel les données de consommation totale du fil (9) pour la zone tricotée ou pour chaque zone tricotée (6a, 6b) sont détectées, correspondant aux quantités de fil (9) utilisées, pour réaliser la zone tricotée ou pour chaque zone tricotée (6a, 6b), correspondant toutes ensemble aux consommations du fil (9) de la totalité des positions d'alimentation en fil (10) de la machine et/ou des dispositifs d'alimentation en fil (8) de la première pluralité de dispositifs d'alimentation en fil dans le fonctionnement pour la production, et où lesdites données de consommation globale en fil (9) par zone tricotée (6a, 6b) sont comparées aux valeurs de référence respectives pour la consommation globale en fil (9) par zone tricotée (6a, 6b) afin d'obtenir un résultat respectif de comparaison globale pour la zone tricotée ou une pluralité de résultats de comparaison globale pour les zones tricotées (6a, 6b) et pour définir une valeur corrective commune pour chaque zone tricotée (6a, 6b), et où ladite étape de déplacement des baisse-aiguilles (7) est effectuée en déplaçant tous les baisse-aiguilles (7), actifs pour la production, ensemble selon une valeur identique commune corrective et/ou simultanément.
  3. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant en outre une étape préliminaire de régulation et d'équilibrage du tissu tricoté produit par la machine circulaire de tricotage (1), dont l'étape préliminaire de régulation et d'équilibrage est réalisée avant les étapes citées de procédé et comprend les étapes additionnelles de :
    - définition d'une partie du tissu tricoté (5) d'équilibrage à produire sur la machine de tricotage (1), ladite partie du tissu tricoté (5) d'équilibrage ayant une structure sensiblement uniforme convenant pour déterminer une consommation identique en fil (9) au niveau de chaque position d'alimentation en fil (10) de la machine de tricotage (1) et/ou chaque dispositif d'alimentation en fil de la première pluralité de dispositifs d'alimentation en fil (8) durant le fonctionnement pour la production ;
    - production de ladite partie de tissu tricoté (5) d'équilibrage, à l'aide d'un nombre prédéterminé de rotations complètes du cylindre (3) des aiguilles (4), maintenant une tension du fil (9) alimenté aux aiguilles (4) sensiblement constante par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif de freinage et/ou d'un dispositif de régulation de la tension du fil (9) ;
    - détection, parmi les signaux respectifs de parties de début et de fin du tissu tricoté (5) d'équilibrage, d'une pluralité de données de consommation en fil (9) du fil (9) utilisé pour réaliser la partie du tissu tricoté (5) d'équilibrage, détection d'une donnée de consommation respective en fil (9) de chaque position d'alimentation en fil (10) de la machine et/ou du dispositif d'alimentation relatif en fil (8) de ladite première pluralité ;
    - comparaison de chaque donnée de consommation en fil (9), concernant une position respective d'alimentation en fil (10) de la machine et/ou d'un dispositif respectif d'alimentation en fil (8), ou une moyenne de chaque donnée de consommation en fil (9) sur une révolution complète unique du cylindre (3) des aiguilles (4), à une valeur de référence commune unique pour la consommation en fil (9), afin d'obtenir un résultat respectif de comparaison ;
    - détermination, à l'aide d'un second algorithme, d'une valeur corrective de la position de chaque baisse-aiguilles (7) sur la base du résultat respectif de comparaison du dispositif correspondant d'alimentation en fil (8), si le résultat de comparaison excède un seuil prédéterminé de tolérance ou s'il se situe en dehors d'une plage prédéterminée de tolérance ;
    - déplacement individuellement de chaque baisse-aiguilles (7) selon la valeur corrective relative, afin de réduire la différence entre la donnée respective de consommation en fil (9) du dispositif correspondant d'alimentation en fil (8) et la valeur de référence de la consommation en fil (9), afin d'équilibrer le tissu en cours de production.
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la, ou chaque, valeur corrective de la position de chaque baisse-aiguilles (7) correspond à de nombreux déplacements unitaires minimums du baisse-aiguilles (7) proportionnelle à la valeur respective du résultat de comparaison, ou dans lequel la, ou chaque, valeur corrective de la position de chaque baisse-aiguilles (7) correspond pour un quelconque résultat de comparaison à une valeur minimale de déplacement unitaire du baisse-aiguilles (7).
  5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel au moins ladite étape de déplacement des baisse-aiguilles (7) et/ou ladite étape de déplacement individuellement de chaque baisse-aiguilles (7) est effectuée de manière cyclique une pluralité de fois jusqu'au moment où le, ou chaque, résultat de comparaison se situe en dessous d'un seuil prédéterminé de tolérance pour tous les dispositifs d'alimentation en fil (8) de la première pluralité de dispositifs d'alimentation en fil (8) durant le fonctionnement.
  6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant en outre une étape d'émission d'un signal d'alarme ou d'arrêt dans le cas dans lequel à l'intérieur d'un nombre prédéterminé de cycles le, ou chaque, résultat de comparaison ne peut pas être porté en dessous du seuil prédéterminé de tolérance ou à l'intérieur de la plage prédéterminée de tolérance pour tous les dispositifs d'alimentation en fil (8) de la première pluralité de dispositifs d'alimentation en fil (8) durant le fonctionnement.
  7. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant en outre une étape de détermination, sur ladite machine de tricotage (1) ou sur une seconde machine de tricotage (1'), de la valeur de référence pour chaque consommation en fil (9), la valeur de référence pour la consommation en fil (9) par zone tricotée (6a, 6b), ou la pluralité des valeurs de référence pour la consommation en fil (9) par zone tricotée (6a, 6b), à l'aide d'un traitement de ladite pluralité de données de consommation en fil (9) ou de données de consommation en fil (9) par zone tricotée, à l'aide d'un troisième algorithme, par exemple exécution d'une moyenne, ou d'une valeur maximale, ou d'une valeur minimale, desdites données de consommation en fil (9) ou données de consommation en fil (9) par zone, ou par sélection desdites données de consommation par rapport à une partie du tissu tricoté (5) d'équilibrage ou à un article tricoté d'équilibrage approuvé.
  8. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant en outre l'étape de réception, dans ladite machine de tricotage (1), de la valeur de référence de consommation en fil (9) ou de la valeur de référence de consommation en fil (9) par zone tricotée (6a, 6b) ou de la pluralité des valeurs de référence de consommation en fil (9) par zone tricotée (6a, 6b), à partir d'une seconde machine de tricotage (1') sur laquelle elle a été détectée ou calculée.
  9. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant en outre une étape de transmission de la valeur de référence de consommation en fil (9) ou de la valeur de référence de consommation en fil (9) par zone tricotée (6a, 6b), ou de la pluralité des valeurs de référence de consommation en fil (9) par zone tricotée (6a, 6b), calculée ou détectée par ladite machine de tricotage (1), à au moins une seconde machine de tricotage (1'), lesdites étapes de réception ou de transmission de ladite valeur de référence étant automatiquement exécutées à l'aide d'un réseau câblé (15) et/ou de type sans fil et/ou de type local ou connecté à Internet ou à l'aide du transfert d'un dispositif de mémorisation.
  10. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant en outre l'étape de modification automatiquement de la taille dudit article tricoté (6) afin de permettre la production d'un article tricoté (6) correspondant d'une taille différente, ou la production d'un article tricoté (6) correspondant ayant la même taille, sur une seconde machine circulaire de tricotage (1') différente de ladite machine circulaire de tricotage (1), ladite étape de modification automatiquement de la taille étant effectuée par modification de ladite valeur de référence de consommation en fil (9) par zone tricotée (6a, 6b), ou ladite pluralité de valeurs de référence de consommation en fil (9) par zone tricotée (6a, 6b), détectées ou déterminées sur la machine de tricotage (1), selon un quatrième algorithme fonctionnant également sur une pluralité de paramètres de fonctionnement, placés en relation réciproque, de la machine de tricotage (1) et de la seconde machine de tricotage (1'), lesdits paramètres de fonctionnement comprenant au moins un ou plusieurs des paramètres suivants : le nombre d'aiguilles (4) du cylindre (3), le calibre des aiguilles (4) du cylindre, le diamètre du cylindre, la vitesse de rotation du cylindre, le nombre de positions d'alimentation en fil (10) ou le nombre de dispositifs d'alimentation en fil (8) ou le type de fil (9) utilisé.
  11. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel lesdits dispositifs d'alimentation (8) en fil (9) sont des dispositifs passifs d'alimentation (8) en fil (9).
  12. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel lesdits dispositifs d'alimentation (8) en fil (9) sont des dispositifs d'alimentation (8) en fil (9) passifs à tambour fixe dont chacun est fonctionnellement actif pour l'alimentation en fil (9), par déroulage depuis le tambour fixe, auxdites aiguilles (4).
  13. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, dans lequel lesdits dispositifs d'alimentation (8) en fil (9) sont des dispositifs d'alimentation (8) passifs en fil (9), ou de type bobine rotative.
  14. Logiciel pour machines circulaires de tricotage pour vêtement tricoté ou article chaussant, configuré pour effectuer un procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
  15. Machine circulaire de tricotage pour vêtement tricoté ou article chaussant comprenant au moins : une structure formant support (2) ; un cylindre (3) des aiguilles (4) monté de manière à pouvoir tourner dans la structure formant support (2) ; une pluralité d'aiguilles (4) supportées par le cylindre (3) et mobiles parallèles à un axe de rotation du cylindre (3) afin de produire un tissu tricoté ; une pluralité de baisse-aiguilles (7) fonctionnellement actifs sur les aiguilles (4) et sélectivement et individuellement mobiles de sorte que chacun fait varier une taille des mailles (5a) produites par les aiguilles (4) au niveau d'une position respective d'alimentation en fil (10), une came (7) indépendamment l'une de l'autre, une première pluralité de dispositifs d'alimentation (8) en fil (9), dont chacun est fonctionnellement actif afin d'alimenter le fil (9) aux aiguilles (4) en correspondance d'une position respective d'alimentation en fil (10) et en correspondance d'une came respective (7) desdits baisse-aiguilles (7) ; un dispositif de commande (11) du fonctionnement de la machine de tricotage (1) ; et des moyens électriques et électroniques (11) reliés au dispositif de commande (11) et fonctionnellement actifs afin de commander le fonctionnement d'une pluralité de composants de la machine de tricotage (1) et afin de détecter une pluralité de paramètres de fonctionnement du fonctionnement de la machine de tricotage (1), le dispositif de commande (11) étant configuré afin d'effectuer un procédé comme dans l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13 et/ou étant doté d'un logiciel tel que dans la revendication 14.
