Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Notausstiegssystem eines Schienenfahrzeugs insbesondere für ein Passagierschienenfahrzeug.The invention relates to an emergency exit system of a rail vehicle, in particular for a passenger rail vehicle.
Die Passagiere von Schienenfahrzeugen verlassen in Notfällen das Schienenfahrzeug üblicherweise über die für den normalen Betrieb vorgesehenen Einstiege oder über stirnseitige, auch durch die Fahrzeugführerkabine führende Notausstiegswege. Ist eine Evakuierung auf freier Strecke erforderlich, so ist der Niveauunterschied zwischen dem Passagierraumboden und dem Gleisbett- bzw. dem Tunnelbodenniveau zu überbrücken. Diese Überbrückung bei stirnseitigem Ausstieg erfolgt typischerweise mittels ausklappbarer Rampen, Treppen oder ähnlichen Einrichtungen welche in eine Notausstiegstür integriert sind. Dabei ist auch eine unmittelbare Evakuierung der Passagiere in ein weiteres Schienenfahrzeug möglich, wobei die Passagiere das weitere Schienenfahrzeug über eine stirnseitige brückenartige Übergangseinrichtung erreichen können. Ist keine stirnseitige Evakuierung möglich, so müssen die Passagiere das Fahrzeug über die seitlichen Einstiege verlassen. Dazu sind oft senkrechte Leitern am Wagenkasten angebracht. Ein Ausstieg über diese Leitern ist jedoch schwierig und sehr verletzungsträchig, bzw. für ältere oder gebrechliche Personen unmöglich. In einer Notfallsituation, beispielsweise einem Fahrzeugbrand kann diese Gefährdung in Kauf genommen werden, ist das Fahrzeug jedoch nur z.B. aufgrund eines technischen Versagens oder Stromausfalls auf freier Strecke liegengeblieben, so ist das Gefährdungspotential bei einem Ausstieg meist zu hoch. Sollen bei so einer Betriebsunterbrechung die Passagiere das Fahrzeug verlassen können, stehen gemäß dem Stand der Technik keine geeigneten Einrichtungen zur Verfügung. Die Treppe und die weiteren Bauteile des Notausstiegssystems können in einer Ruheposition in geeigneten Halteeinrichtungen im Untergestell des Schienenfahrzeugs verstaut sein. - Emergency exit system for a rail vehicle (1), comprising steps (2) and a traction strut (3),
