Description

Technisches GebietTechnical area

The invention relates to an emergency exit system of a rail vehicle, in particular for a passenger rail vehicle.

Stand der TechnikState of the art

The passengers of rail vehicles leave the rail vehicle in emergencies usually on the provided for normal operation entrances or frontal, leading through the driver's cab emergency exit routes. If an evacuation on a free route is required, the difference in level between the passenger compartment floor and the trackbed or tunnel floor level shall be bridged. This bridging at the frontal exit is typically done by means of fold-out ramps, stairs or similar devices which are integrated into an emergency exit door. In this case, an immediate evacuation of the passengers in another rail vehicle is possible, wherein the passengers can reach the other rail vehicle via a front-side bridge-like transition means. If no frontal evacuation is possible, the passengers must leave the vehicle via the side entrances. These vertical ladders are often attached to the car body. However, getting out of these ladders is difficult and very traumatic, or impossible for the elderly or infirm. In an emergency situation, such as a vehicle fire, this hazard can be in However, if the vehicle is only left lying on the open road due to a technical failure or power failure, for example, the risk potential for an exit is usually too high. If the passengers are to be able to leave the vehicle in the event of such a business interruption, no suitable facilities are available according to the state of the art. The emergency slides known from aviation are particularly unsuitable in tunnels and also pose a high risk of injury.

Darstellung der ErfindungPresentation of the invention

The invention is therefore an object of the invention to provide an emergency exit system of a rail vehicle, which allows a passenger exit on a free route, especially in tunnels, with a safe and safe exit to the trackbed or tunnel floor level is possible.

The object is achieved by an emergency exit system having the features of claim 1. Advantageous embodiments are the subject of the subordinate claims.

According to the basic idea of the invention, an emergency exit system is described, which comprises a staircase, wherein the rail vehicle is equipped in the region of a lateral passenger door opening with a fastening point for a tension strut and below the passenger door opening is equipped with a fastening point for a staircase and the stairs in the use position parallel arranged to the vehicle longitudinal direction is and the tie rod is connected both to the associated attachment point in the region of the lateral passenger door opening and with an attachment point at the top tread of the stairs.

As a result, the advantage can be achieved to be able to create an exit option from a rail vehicle, which offers the greatest possible convenience and can also be used in confined spaces, for example in a tunnel.

According to the invention a staircase is provided, which is much safer to walk on than the emergency exits often used inclined ramps or ladders. The width and step height of a staircase allows virtually all passengers to leave the vehicle without significant difficulty. At most, severely restricted movement passengers (wheelchair users) can not use the emergency exit system according to the invention without outside help.
The staircase and the other components of the emergency exit system can be stored in a rest position in suitable holding devices in the undercarriage of the rail vehicle. The structure of the system is advantageously carried out exclusively by trained therein train staff.

The emergency exit system according to the invention comprises a staircase and an attachment point for these stairs. This attachment point is advantageously arranged below the door opening of a lateral passenger door and comprises means for releasably securing the ladder. For example, holes or hooks are suitable as attachment point, in which corresponding counterparts on the Intervene stairs. The attachment point for the stairs may also include several suitable attachment means.
To accommodate and initiate the weight forces of the ladder and the people thereon, a tension strut is provided which receives these forces from an attachment point at the top step and transmitted to the car body of the rail vehicle. For this purpose, a fastening point is to be provided on the carriage body side, to which the tension strut is releasably fastened.

A preferred embodiment of the invention provides to arrange the attachment point for the tension strut on a handle bar in the passenger compartment, in the immediate vicinity of the door opening. Since handlebars are suitable for receiving considerable forces, these weight forces can also be initiated.

In a further development of the invention, it is advisable to provide a push rod which supports the function of the tension strut and directs the weight forces of the ladder and the persons located thereon in addition to the tension strut in the undercarriage of the rail vehicle. For this purpose, an attachment point for this tie rod, advantageously provided below the door opening and equip the top step of the stairs with a suitable attachment point for the push rod side rail. In such a way, the advantage can be achieved to be able to introduce greater forces in the rail vehicle and to be able to prevent falling of the stairs in case of failure of one of the two rods.

It is advantageous, all attachment points with automatically latching fasteners with opening protection (For example, spring-loaded locking pin) equip. In this way, accidental or thoughtless release of the connections and thus falling off of a staircase from the use position can be prevented.

Another embodiment of the invention provides to provide the staircase with a handrail. This handrail can either be releasably attached to suitable fasteners on the stairs or be firmly connected to the stairs. In the second-mentioned solution, it is particularly advantageous to make the handrail foldable, so it must be erected and fixed after mounting the stairs and the tie rod and possibly the push rod only more.
