Description

Zudem betrifft die Erfindung ein Möbel mit einer solchen Antriebsvorrichtung. Des Weiteren betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zum Öffnen und Schließen eines bewegbaren Möbelteils mit einer Ausziehführung, mit dem Schritt Ausstoßen des bewegbaren Möbelteils aus einer Schließstellung in eine Offenstellung durch eine verriegelbare Ausstoßvorrichtung, wobei die Ausstoßvorrichtung durch Überdrücken des bewegbaren Möbelteils in eine in Schließrichtung hinter der Schließstellung liegende Überdrückstellung entriegelt wird.
In der Möbelbeschlägeindustrie sind schon seit vielen Jahren Antriebsvorrichtungen bekannt, mit denen durch Drücken auf ein bewegbares Möbelteil (zum Beispiel auf eine Schublade) eine Entriegelung dieses bewegbaren Möbelteils vom Möbelkorpus erfolgt und anschließend das bewegbare Möbelteil geöffnet bzw. aktiv ausgestoßen wird. Dazu weisen solche Antriebsvorrichtungen einen sogenannten Touch-Latch-Mechanismus auf. Bei diesem Mechanismus verläuft die Bewegung zum Schließen der Schublade aus der Offenstellung und die Bewegung zum Entriegeln bzw. Öffnen der Schublade aus der Schließstellung in dieselbe Richtung, nämlich in die Schließrichtung. Bei einem normalen sanften Schließen (händisch oder durch eine Einziehvorrichtung) wird die Schublade bzw. das bewegbare Möbelteil am Ende der Schließbewegung durch eine Verriegelungsvorrichtung in der Schließstellung gehalten. Um dieses Problem zu lösen, ist aus der prioritätsälteren aber nicht vorveröffentlichten österreichischen Patentanmeldung A 52/2012 (= AT 511 938 B1 ) ein Blockierelement bekannt, um die Bewegung in die Überdrückstellung bei zu schneller Schließbewegung zu verhindern. Ein ähnliches Funktionsprinzip geht auch aus der GB 2 427 651 A hervor. Somit wird durch das Blockierelement die Durchdrückbewegung des bewegbaren Möbelteils in der Schließstellung angehalten und es kann kein Durchdrücken bzw. Überdrücken erfolgen.
Um ein Auslösen der Ausstoßvorrichtung beim Durchdrücken zu verhindern, ist ein Blockierelement vorgesehen, das eine Blockierstellung aufweist, in der das Blockierelement bei Erreichen der Überdrückstellung die Entriegelung der Ausstoßvorrichtung verhindert, und das eine Freigabestellung aufweist, in der die Ausstoßvorrichtung bei Erreichen der Überdrückstellung entriegelbar ist. Durch dieses Blockierelement wird somit - im Gegensatz zur Patentanmeldung A 52/2012 - das bewegbare Möbelteil beim Durchdrücken nicht in der Schließstellung gehalten, sondern es wird ein Durchdrücken bis an den Endanschlag bzw. bis in die Überdrückstellung erlaubt. Im Speziellen ist dadurch beim Durchdrücken die Bewegung des bewegbaren Möbelteils bis in die Überdrückstellung zwar möglich, aber das Entriegeln der Ausstoßvorrichtung bei in Blockierstellung befindlichem Blockierelement wird dann verhindert.
Für eine mechanisch einfache Umschaltung zwischen Blockierstellung und Freigabestellung ist vorgesehen, dass das Blockierelement durch eine Rückstellvorrichtung von der Blockierstellung in die Freigabestellung bewegbar ist.
Da es aber durchaus erwünscht sein kann, mit starkem Zudrücken das bewegbare Möbelteil zu entriegeln, ist vorgesehen, dass die Rückstellbewegung der Rückstellvorrichtung zeitverzögert erfolgt. Das heißt, eine bestimmte Zeit nach Erreichen der Schließstellung ist ein Entriegeln der Ausstoßvorrichtung nicht möglich, wodurch eine Entriegelung beim unmittelbaren Durchdrücken des bewegbaren Möbelteils in die Überdrückstellung verhindert wird.
Eine derartige gattungsbildende Vorrichtung geht aus der US 4,657,292 hervor, wobei auch bei jeder absichtlichen Überdrückbewegung die Zeitverzögerung abgewartet werden muss. DE102006056791 offenbart eine gattungsgemäße Ausziehführung für eine Schublade.

Claims (15)

  1. An extension guide means for a drawer comprising a drive device (1) for a moveable furniture part (2) comprising a lockable ejection device (3) for ejecting the moveable furniture part (2) from a closed position (SS) into an open position (OS), wherein the ejection device (3) can be unlocked by over-pressing the moveable furniture part (2) into an over-pressing position (ÜS) which is behind the closed position (SS) in the closing direction (SR), comprising a blocking element (4)
    - which has a blocking position (B) in which the blocking element (4) prevents unlocking of the ejection device (3) when the over-pressing position (ÜS) is reached, and
    - which has a release position (F) in which the ejection device (3) can be unlocked when the over-pressing position (ÜS) is reached,
    wherein the blocking element (4) is moveable from the blocking position (B) into the release position (F) by a resetting device (5) and the resetting movement (T) of the resetting device (5) is effected in time-delayed relationship, characterised in that the resetting movement (T) begins at the latest when the closed position (SS) is reached.
  2. The extension guide means for a drawer as set forth in claim 1 characterised in that the blocking element (4) is moveable into the blocking position (B) before the closed position (SS) is reached.
  3. The extension guide means for a drawer as set forth in claim 2 characterised in that the blocking element (4) is moveable from the blocking position (B) into the release position (F), wherein the moveable furniture part (2) is in the closed position (SS) when the blocking element (4) returns into the release position (F).
  4. The extension guide means for a drawer as set forth in one of claims 1 through 3 characterised in that the resetting movement (T) lasts between 0.2 second and 4 seconds, preferably between 0.3 second and 1 second.
  5. The extension guide means for a drawer as set forth in one of claims 1 through 4 characterised by an ejection lever (7) which is force-actuated by an ejection force storage means (6), and a locking element (9) which is moveable along a locking base plate (8) and against which the ejection lever (7) bears in the closed position (SS), wherein in the closed position (SS) the locking element (9) which is in a locking position (V) blocks the path of movement of the ejection lever (7) into an ejection portion (A) and in the over-pressing position (ÜS) the locking element (9) which is in a release position (G) enables the path of movement of the ejection lever (7) into the ejection portion (A).
  6. The extension guide means for a drawer as set forth in claim 5 characterised in that the blocking element (4) is mounted moveably, preferably rotatably, on the locking element (9).
  7. The extension guide means for a drawer as set forth in claim 5 or claim 6 characterised in that the blocking element (4) is moveable into the blocking position (B) in a closing movement by the ejection device (3), preferably by the ejection lever (7) thereof.
  8. The extension guide means for a drawer as set forth in one of claims 5 through 7 characterised in that the blocking element (4) which is in the blocking position (B) prevents the movement of the locking element (9) into the release position (F).
  9. The extension guide means for a drawer as set forth in one of claims 5 through 8 characterised in that the blocking element (4) is mounted limitedly moveably in a guide path (10) preferably provided in the blocking base plate (8).
  10. The extension guide means for a drawer as set forth in claim 9 characterised in that the blocking element (4) is held, preferably wedged, in its blocking position (B) in the guide path (10).
  11. The extension guide means for a drawer as set forth in one of claims 1 through 10 characterised by a retraction device (35) preferably formed by the ejection lever (7).
  12. The extension guide means for a drawer as set forth in claim 11 characterised in that the drive device (1) has a control path (12), wherein the ejection lever (7) bears against the ejection portion (A) of the control path (12) upon ejection of the moveable furniture part (2), it bears against a stressing portion (S) of the control path (12) upon stressing of the ejection force storage means (6) and it bears against a retraction portion (E) of the control path (12) upon retraction of the moveable furniture part (2) into the closed position (SS) in the functioning as a retraction device (35).
  13. An article of furniture (13) having an extension guide means as set forth in one of claims 1 through 12.
  14. A method of opening and closing a moveable furniture part (2) with an extension guide means, in particular as set forth in one of claims 1 through 12, comprising the following step for opening the moveable furniture part (2):
    - ejection of the moveable furniture part (2) from a closed position (SS) into an open position (OS) by a lockable ejection device (3), wherein the ejection device (3) is unlocked by over-pressing of the moveable furniture part (2) into an over-pressing position (ÜS) which is behind the closed position (SS) in the closing direction (SR),
    with the steps:
    - movement of a blocking element (4) of the drive device (1) upon closing of the moveable furniture part (2) into a blocking position (B) in which unlocking of the ejection device (3) is prevented upon reaching the over-pressing position (ÜS), and
    - movement of the blocking element (4) by a resetting device (5) from the blocking position (B) into a release position (F) in which unlocking of the ejection device (3) occurs upon reaching the over-pressing position (ÜS), wherein the resetting movement (T) of the resetting device (5) is effected in time-delayed relationship,
    characterised in that the resetting movement (T) begins at the latest when the closed position (SS) is reached.
  15. A method as set forth in claim 14 characterised in that the movement of the blocking element (4) from the blocking position (B) into the release position (F) is effected with the moveable furniture part (2) in the closed position (SS) in time-delayed relationship by a resetting device (5), preferably in a time of between 0.2 and 4 seconds.
