Description
Die Erfindung betrifft Antriebsvorrichtung für ein bewegbares Möbelteil, mit einem Ausstoßelement zum Bewegen des bewegbaren Möbelteils aus einer Schließstellung in eine Offenstellung, einem das Ausstoßelement kraftbeaufschlagenden Ausstoßkraftspeicher und einer Verriegelungsvorrichtung zum Verriegeln des Ausstoßelements über ein Verriegelungselement in einem Verriegelungsabschnitt, wobei durch Überdrücken des bewegbaren Möbelteils aus der Schließstellung in Schließrichtung in eine Überdrückstellung die Verriegelungsvorrichtung entriegelbar ist, wodurch durch den Ausstoßkraftspeicher und das Ausstoßelement das bewegbare Möbelteil in Öffnungsrichtung bewegbar ist. B. eine Schublade) eine Entriegelung vom Möbelkorpus erfolgt und anschließend das bewegbare Möbelteil geöffnet bzw. ausgestoßen wird. Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt darin, eine alternative Möglichkeit zu schaffen, um auch bei einer Fehlbedienung durch Durchdrücken des bewegbaren Möbelteils ein unmittelbares Auslösen bzw. Somit gelangt das Verriegelungselement beim erstmaligen Verriegeln nicht sofort in den Verriegelungsabschnitt sondern wird im Vorverriegelungsabschnitt gehalten, welcher einen eigenen Durchdrück-Ausweichabschnitt aufweist, von welchem aus das Verriegelungselement nicht unmittelbar ausgestoßen werden kann, sondern zuerst in den eigentlichen Verriegelungsabschnitt gelangt. Um dies zu ermöglichen, sollte der Verriegelungsabschnitt vom Vor-Verriegelungsabschnitt verschieden sein. Insbesondere sollte der Verriegelungsabschnitt vom Vor-Verriegelungsabschnitt in Öffnungsrichtung des bewegbaren Möbelteils voneinander beabstandet sein. Claims (12)
- A drive device (1) for a moveable furniture part (2), comprising- an ejection element (3) for moving the moveable furniture part (2) from a closed position (SS) into an open position (OS),- an ejection force storage means (4) which acts with force on the ejection element (3), and- a locking device (5) for locking the ejection element (3) by way of a locking element (6) in a locking portion (V), wherein by over-pressing the moveable furniture part (2) from the closed position (SS) in the closing direction (SR) into an over-pressing position (ÜS) the locking device (5) can be unlocked whereby the moveable furniture part (2) is moveable in the opening direction by the ejection force storage means (4) and the ejection element (3), wherein the locking device (5) has a guide path (7) for the locking element (6), wherein the locking element (6) can be held in the locking portion (V) in a latching region (8) of the guide path (7)characterised in that the locking device (5) has a pre-locking portion (VV) for the locking element (6), wherein by pressing the moveable furniture part (2) through upon closing thereof into a through-pressing position (DS) behind the closed position (SS) in the closing direction (SR) the locking element (6) passes from the pre-locking portion (VV) into the locking portion (V) by way of a through-pressing evasion portion (D), wherein a holding element (9) for the locking element (6) is arranged or provided in the pre-locking portion (VV), wherein
either- in the pre-locking portion (VV) the guide path (7) has a straight contact surface (F) for the locking element (6), as the holding element (9), wherein the straight contact surface (F) is oriented in such a way that the force of acting from the ejection force storage means (4) onto the locking element (6) holds the locking element (6) on the straight contact surface (F) and the forces are acting substantially rectangular onto this straight contact surface (F),
or- the holding element (9) is in the form of a moveable damping element (10), wherein the damping element (10) has a dampedly rotatably mounted gear (11), wherein at least one tooth (12) of the gear (11) can be contacted in the pre-locking portion (VV) by the locking element (6) and is dampedly moveable in the direction of the locking portion (V). - A drive device as set forth in claim 1 characterised in that the locking portion (V) is different from the pre-locking portion (VV), wherein the pre-locking portion (VV) is behind the locking portion (V) in the closing direction (SR).
- A drive device as set forth in claim 1 or 2 characterised in that the guide path (7) successively has a preferably straight stressing portion (S), a preferably curved deflecting portion (L), the pre-locking portion (VV), the locking portion (V) in the form of a preferably trough-shaped latching region (8), an inclined diversion or unlocking portion (E) and an ejection portion (A).
- A drive device as set forth in claim 3 characterised in that between the inclined unlocking or diversion portion (E) and the ejection portion (A) the guide path (7) has a second evasion portion (W) separate from the through-pressing evasion portion (D) for the locking element (6).
- A drive device as set forth in one of claims 1 through 4 characterised in that the ejection force storage means (4) can be loaded by moving the moveable furniture part (2) in the opening direction (OR) and/or in the closing direction (SR).
- A drive device as set forth in claim 5 characterised in that the ejection element (3) is lockable in the pre-locking portion (VV) by way of the locking element (6) only after complete loading of the ejection force storage means (4).
- A drive device as set forth in one of claims 1 through 6 characterised by a retraction device (13) for retraction of the moveable furniture part (2) from an open position (OS) into the closed position (SS).
- A drive device as set forth in claim 7 characterised in that - when the locking element (6) reaches the pre-locking portion (VV) - the moveable furniture part (2) is in an open position (OS) and the moveable furniture part (2) is moveable from that open position (OS) into the closed position (SS) by the retraction device (13).
- A drive device as set forth in claim 7 or claim 8 characterised in that the locking element (6) is moveable from the pre-locking portion (VV) into the locking portion (V) only in the movement of the moveable furniture part (2) by the retraction device (13) into the closed position (SS).
- A drive device as set forth in claim 9 characterised in that the locking element (6) is moveable from the pre-locking portion (VV) into the locking portion (V) in dependence on the retraction device (13).
- An article of furniture (14) comprising a furniture carcass (15), a furniture part (2) moveable relative to the furniture carcass (15) and a drive device (1) as set forth in one of claims 1 through 10 for the moveable furniture part (2).
- An article of furniture as set forth in claim 11 characterised in that the drive device (1) is arranged on the moveable furniture part (2) and an entrainment portion (16) which can be brought into engagement with the ejection element (3) is arranged on the furniture carcass (15).
