Für die Funktionsweise dieser gesamten Synchronisierungsvorrichtung kann beispielhaft auf die
Weiters weist die Antriebsvorrichtung 1 eine Einziehvorrichtung 4 auf. Die wesentlichen Komponenten dieser Einziehvorrichtung 4 sind der Einziehkraftspeicher 18, der Einziehschlitten 15, der Einziehriegel 14 und die Einziehverriegelungsbahn 17. Der Einziehkraftspeicher 18 ist einerseits an der Einziehkraftspeicherbasis 19 der Gehäusegrundplatte 7 und andererseits am Einziehschlitten 15 gehalten. Prinzipiell kann der Einziehschlitten 15 direkt in einem abgewinkelten Endabschnitt der Einziehverriegelungsbahn 17 verriegelbar sein. In diesem Fall ist allerdings vorgesehen, dass am Einziehschlitten 15 über den Einziehverbindungszapfen 16 der Einziehriegel 14 schwenkbar gelagert ist, wodurch der gesamte Einziehschlitten 15 in einer Einzieh-Verriegelungsstellung über einen am Einziehriegel 14 angebrachten Einziehverriegelungszapfen 23 im abgewinkelten Endabschnitt der Einziehverriegelungsbahn 17 verriegelbar ist. Der Einziehkraftspeicher 18 ist als Zugfeder ausgebildet, welche den Einziehschlitten 15 beim Entspannen gemäß der Darstellung in
Diese Einziehbewegung kann an sich nur durch die Kraft des Einziehkraftspeichers 18 erfolgen. Um aber ein sanftes Einziehen zu ermöglichen, weist die Antriebsvorrichtung 1 auch eine Dämpfvorrichtung 5 für die Einziehvorrichtung 4 auf. Dazu weist die Dämpfvorrichtung 5 einen Zylinder 21 und einen im Zylinder 21 geführten Dämpfkolben 20 auf. Der Dämpfzylinder 21 ist zwischen dem Gehäusedeckel 6 und der Gehäusegrundplatte 7 gehalten. Der Dämpfkolben 20 wird von der Dämpfkolbenführung 22 geführt. Dieser Dämpfkolben 20 wirkt während seines Bewegungswegs teilweile auf das Zwischenstück 24. Claims (14)
- A drive device (1) for a movable furniture part (2), in particular for a drawer, comprising an ejection device (3) for ejecting the movable furniture part (2) from a closed position (SS) into an open position (OS) and a locking device (56) for locking the ejection device (3) in a locking position (VS), wherein the locking device (56) comprises a, in particular cardioid-shaped, locking guide track (41) and a locking pin (36) which is movable and lockable in the locking guide track (41), wherein a control device (40, 38, 45, 37) - which is separate from the locking guide track (41) and from the locking pin (36) - is provided and the movement of the locking pin (36) in the locking guide track (41) can be at least partially controlled by the control device (40, 38, 45, 37), wherein the locking pin (36) is formed on a carrier, wherein the movement of the carrier can be controlled by the control device (40, 38, 45, 37), wherein the control device (40, 38, 45, 37) comprises a coupling pin (37) arranged on the carrier and a coupling track (45).
- The drive device according to claim 1, characterized in that the carrier can be rotated about a rotational axis (X) oriented parallel to the longitudinal axis (L) of the ejection device (3).
- The drive device according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the coupling track (45) is formed in a coupling element (9).
- The drive device according to one of the claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the coupling track (45) comprises a holding surface (72) for holding the coupling pin (37) and an inclined section (73) for deflecting the coupling pin (37) into a guiding section (47) of the coupling track (45).
- The drive device according to claim 3 or 4, characterized in that the control device (40, 38, 45, 37) comprises a control track (40), preferably formed in a housing cover (6) of a housing (6, 7), and a control pin (38) engaging the control track (40) and arranged on a coupling element (9), preferably rotatable about the rotational axis (X).
- The drive device according to claim 4 and 5, characterized in that a rotational movement of the coupling element (9) about the rotational axis (X) is triggered by a movement of the control pin (38) along an inclined deflection control track section (66) of the control track (40), so that the coupling pin (37) travels from the holding surface (72) into the inclined section (73) of the coupling track (45) in the coupling element (9).
- The drive device according to one of the claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the locking guide track (41) comprises a tensioning section (78) substantially oriented in the longitudinal direction (L), a curved section (79), a pre-locking section (74) and a latching section (80).
- The drive device according to claim 6 and 7, characterized in that a rotational movement of the carrier about the rotational axis (X) can be triggered via the locking pin (36) when leaving the tensioning section (78) by means of the coupling pin (37) simultaneously situated in the inclined section (73) of the coupling track (45) and being deflected by this inclined section (73), and because of this rotational movement of the carrier also the movement of the locking pin (36) along the curved section (79) into the pre-locking section (74) is controlled.
- The drive device according to at least one of the previous claims, characterized in that a rotational movement of the coupling element (9) about the rotational axis (X) can be triggered by a movement of the control pin (38) along an inclined latching control track section (68) of the control track (40), wherein the coupling pin (37) engages the guiding section (47) of the coupling track (45) and participates in the rotational movement.
- The drive device according to one of the claims 1 to 9, characterized in that a housing (6, 7) of the drive device (1), the coupling element (9) and the carrier are at least partly formed sleeve-shaped or cylindrical.
- The drive device according to one of the claims 1 to 10, characterized in that the locking position (VS) can be unlocked by over-pressing the movable furniture part (2) into an over-pressing position (ÜS) located behind the closed position (SS).
- The drive device according to one of the claims 1 to 11, characterized in that the ejection device (3) comprises an ejection force storage member (13) and an ejection slider (10) force-actuated by the ejection force storage member (13).
- The drive device according to one of the claims 1 to 12, characterized by a housing (6, 7), wherein the ejection device (3) and a retraction device (4) for retracting the movable furniture part (2) from an open position (OS) into the closed position (SS) are arranged in this housing (6, 7).
- An item of furniture (50) comprising a furniture carcass (51), a movable furniture part (2) and a drive device (1) according to one of the claims 1 to 13 for the movable furniture part (2).
