Die Erfindung betrifft eine Antriebsvorrichtung für ein bewegbares Möbelteil, mit einem das bewegbare Möbelteil in Öffnungsrichtung beaufschlagenden Ausstoßelement, einem Gehäuse, einem im oder am Gehäuse angeordneten, relativ zum Gehäuse bewegbaren Verriegelungselement für das Ausstoßelement, einem mit dem Ausstoßelement verbundenen Rastelement, das in Schließstellung am Verriegelungselement anliegt, wobei im Gehäuse zumindest teilweise eine Kulissenbahn für das am Ausstoßelement gelagerte Rastelement ausgebildet ist, wobei das Verriegelungselement zumindest einen Teil einer Rastmulde der Kulissenbahn bildet, wobei durch das Verriegelungselement zumindest in Schließstellung des bewegbaren Möbelteils der Weg des Rastelements in Öffnungsrichtung versperrbar ist, wobei das Ausstoßelement sowohl bei Überdrücken des bewegbaren Möbelteils von einer Schließstellung in Schließrichtung als auch beim Ziehen des bewegbaren Möbelteils von der Schließstellung in Öffnungsrichtung freigebbar ist, und einer Erfassungseinrichtung zum Erfassen der Stellung des bewegbaren Möbelteils. Somit dient zumindest beim Ziehen nicht mehr das Rastelement selbst zur Übertragung der vom bewegbaren Möbelteil erfassten Ziehbewegung. Vielmehr ist eine vom Rastelement gesonderte Übertragungsvorrichtung vorgesehen, die beim Ziehen -je nach Ausführung zusätzlich beim Überdrücken - das Ausstoßelement entriegelt.

- A drive device (1) for a moveable furniture part (2), comprising- an ejection element (3) which acts on the moveable furniture part (2) in the opening direction (OR),- a housing (4),- a locking element (5) for the ejection element (3), which is arranged in or on the housing (4) and is moveable relative to the housing (4),- a latching element (6) which is connected to the ejection element (3) and which in the closed position (SS) bears against the locking element (5), wherein provided in the housing (4) at least partly is a sliding track (12) for the latching element (6) which is mounted to the ejection element (3), wherein the locking element (5) forms at least a part of a latching recess (13) of the sliding track (12), wherein the path of the latching element (6) in the opening direction (OR) can be blocked by the locking element (5) at least in the closed position (SS) of the moveable furniture part (2), wherein the ejection element (3) can be released both upon over-pressing of the moveable furniture part (2) from a closed position (SS) in the closing direction (SR) and also upon pulling of the moveable furniture part (2) from the closed position (SS) in the opening direction (OR),- a detection device (7) for detecting the position of the moveable furniture part (2), and- a transmission device (8) which is separate from the latching element (6) for transmission of the position of the moveable furniture part (2), that is detected by the detection device (7), to the locking portion (5), wherein upon pulling of the moveable furniture part (2) from the closed position (SS) in the opening direction (OR) the locking element (5) is moveable by the transmission device (8),characterised in that the transmission device (8) has a moveable coupling element (10), wherein upon movement of the detection device (7) from the closed position (SS) in the opening direction (OR) the transmission device (8) can be coupled to a connecting element (11) of the detection device (7) by way of the coupling element (10).
- A drive device as set forth in claim 1 characterised in that the detection device (7) can be coupled to the moveable furniture part (2) by way of an entrainment member (9) at least in a part of the path of movement of the moveable furniture part (2).
- A drive device as set forth in claim 1 or 2 characterised in that upon movement of the detection device (7) in the closing direction (SR) the coupling element (10) can be passed over by the coupling element (11) of the detection device (7).
- A drive device as set forth in one of claims 1 through 3 characterised in that the transmission device (8) has a transmission slide (14) mounted moveably in or on the housing (4).
- A drive device as set forth in claim 4 characterised in that the locking element (5) is in one piece with the transmission slide (14).
- A drive device as set forth in one of claims 1 through 5 characterised by a retraction device (15) for retraction of the moveable furniture part (2) from an open position (OS) into the closed position (SS).
- A drive device as set forth in claim 6 characterised in that the retraction device (15) is part of the detection device (7).
- An article of furniture (16) comprising a furniture carcass (17), a moveable furniture part (2) and a drive device (1) as set forth in one of claims 1 through 7 for the moveable furniture part (2).
