Claims (15)
- Dispositif de cuisson pour une cuisson aux micro-ondes, comprenant un liant inorganique et un laitier de cuivre, caractérisé en ce que ledit dispositif comprend de 10 % à 45 % en poids de laitier de cuivre et la porosité dudit matériau est dans la plage de 1 % à 15 %, en mesure selon UNI EN ISO 10545-3:2000.
- Dispositif de cuisson selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la quantité de laitier de cuivre est dans la plage de 15 % à 35 % en poids, de préférence de 20 % à 30 % en poids.
- Dispositif de cuisson selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel la quantité de laitier de cuivre est dans la plage de 24 % à 26 % en poids.
- Dispositif de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel ladite valeur de porosité mesurée selon UNI EN ISO 10545-3:2000 est dans la plage de 2 % à 12 %, de préférence de 2 % à 6 %.
- Dispositif de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant en outre une couche métallique située sur le côté intérieur dudit dispositif, comprenant des parois latérales lorsqu'elles sont présentes.
- Dispositif de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit dispositif de cuisson comprend une partie de base et une partie de couvercle.
- Dispositif de cuisson selon la revendication 6, dans lequel la quantité en pourcentage de laitier dans ladite partie de couvercle est différente de la quantité en pourcentage de laitier dans ladite partie de base.
- Dispositif de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel un liant inorganique est sélectionné parmi de la terre cuite, des matériaux semi-réfractaires, des matériaux réfractaires avec un bas point de fusion, de la céramique atomisée, de l'argile, du kaolin, du feldspath et des mélanges inorganiques appropriés pour préparer de la poterie, de la faïence, du grès et de la céramique, un matériau de grande plasticité pour du grès cérame, de préférence pour du grès de porcelaine.
- Dispositif de cuisson selon la revendication 8, dans lequel ledit dispositif est constitué d'un matériau approprié pour préparer un grès de porcelaine et présente une porosité dans la plage de 2 à 6 %.
- Procédé de production d'un dispositif de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, dans lequel un laitier de cuivre est mélangé à un liant inorganique, façonné en un dispositif de cuisson souhaité et cuit, caractérisé en ce que la quantité de laitier de cuivre mélangé audit liant inorganique est dans la plage de 10 % à 45 % en poids et ledit dispositif façonné est cuit à une température inférieure à 1180 °C pour fournir une porosité selon la revendication 1.
- Procédé selon la revendication 10, dans lequel ladite température de cuisson est dans la plage de 950 °C à 1160 °C, de préférence de 1100 °C à 1140 °C, et avec plus de préférence de 1130 °C à 1140 °C.
- Récipient pour aliments qui comprend un liant inorganique et un laitier de cuivre, caractérisé en ce que la quantité dudit laitier est dans la plage de 3 à 10 % en poids, de préférence à l'exclusion de 10 %.
- Récipient pour aliments selon la revendication 12, dans lequel ledit liant inorganique est sélectionné parmi de la terre cuite, des matériaux semi-réfractaires, des matériaux réfractaires avec un bas point de fusion, de la céramique atomisée, de l'argile, du kaolin, du feldspath et des mélanges inorganiques appropriés pour préparer de la poterie, de la faïence, du grès et de la céramique.
- Récipient pour aliments selon la revendication 13, dans lequel ledit liant inorganique est un matériau de grande plasticité pour du grès cérame, de préférence du grès de porcelaine.
- Récipient pour aliments selon la revendication 13 ou 14, qui est sélectionné parmi des assiettes, des assiettes de service, des plats, des bols et de la vaisselle.
