Claims (15)

  1. Kochvorrichtung zum Kochen in der Mikrowelle, umfassend ein anorganisches Bindemittel und eine Kupferschlacke, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung 10 Gew.-% bis 45 Gew.-% Kupferschlacke umfasst und die Porosität des Materials, gemessen gemäß UNI EN ISO 10545-3:2000, im Bereich von 1 % bis 15 % liegt.
  2. Kochvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der die Menge an Kupferschlacke im Bereich von 15 bis 35 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 20 bis 30 Gew.-% liegt.
  3. Kochvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Menge an Kupferschlacke im Bereich von 24 bis 26 Gew.-% liegt.
  4. Kochvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei der Porositätswert, gemessen gemäß UNI EN ISO 10545-3:2000, im Bereich von 2 % bis 12 %, vorzugsweise 2 % bis 6 %, liegt.
  5. Kochvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, ferner umfassend eine Metallschicht, die sich auf der Innenseite der Vorrichtung befindet, einschließlich Seitenwände, wenn diese vorhanden sind.
  6. Kochvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Kochvorrichtung einen Basisteil und einen Deckelteil aufweist.
  7. Kochvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, wobei sich die prozentuale Menge an Schlacke in dem Deckelteil von der prozentualen Menge an Schlacke in dem Basisteil unterscheidet.
  8. Kochvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das anorganische Bindemittel ausgewählt ist aus Terrakotta, halb-feuerfesten Materialien, feuerfesten Materialien mit niedrigem Schmelzpunkt, atomisierter Keramik, Ton, Kaolin, Feldspat und anorganischen Mischungen, die zur Herstellung von Tonwaren, Steingut, Steinzeug und Keramik geeignet sind, einem Material mit hoher Plastizität für Feinsteinzeug, vorzugsweise für Porcelaingres.
  9. Kochvorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, wobei die Vorrichtung aus einem Material hergestellt ist, das zur Herstellung eines Porcelaingres geeignet ist und eine Porosität im Bereich von 2 bis 6 % aufweist.
  10. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Kochvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, wobei eine Kupferschlacke mit einem anorganischen Bindemittel gemischt, zu einer gewünschten Kochvorrichtung geformt und gebrannt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Menge an mit dem anorganischen Bindemittel vermischter Kupferschlacke im Bereich von 10 Gew.-% bis 45 Gew.-% liegt und die geformte Vorrichtung bei einer Temperatur unterhalb von 1180 °C gebrannt wird, um eine Porosität gemäß Anspruch 1 bereitzustellen.
  11. Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, wobei die Brenntemperatur im Bereich von 950 °C bis 1160 °C, vorzugsweise von 1100 °C bis 1140 °C, mehr bevorzugt von 1130 °C bis 1140 °C liegt.
  12. Nahrungsmittelbehälter, der ein anorganisches Bindemittel und eine Kupferschlacke umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Menge der Schlacke im Bereich von 3 bis 10 Gew.-% liegt, wobei vorzugsweise 10 % ausgeschlossen sind.
  13. Nahrungsmittelbehälter nach Anspruch 12, wobei das anorganische Bindemittel ausgewählt ist aus Terrakotta, halb-feuerfesten Materialien, feuerfesten Materialien mit niedrigem Schmelzpunkt, atomisierter Keramik, Ton, Kaolin, Feldspat und anorganischen Mischungen, die zur Herstellung von Tonwaren, Steingut, Steinzeug und Keramik geeignet sind.
  14. Nahrungsmittelbehälter nach Anspruch 13, wobei das anorganische Bindemittel ein Material mit hoher Plastizität für Feinsteinzeug, vorzugsweise für Porcelaingres, ist.
  15. Lebensmittelbehälter nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, der ausgewählt ist aus Tellern, Servierplatten, Geschirr, Schüsseln und Geschirr.
