Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Befestigung von Schienenklemmen gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs.
- Aus der
US 4,479,440 ist eine derartige Vorrichtung zum Installieren von sogenannten e-Clips bekannt, die vom unteren Ende eines Werkzeughebels in Schienenlängsrichtung in eine auf der Schwelle vorgesehene Halterung eingeschoben werden. GemäßUS 4, 319,392 ist es weiters bekannt, Schienenklemmen mittels eines Schwenkhebels aus ihrer Position zum Fixieren der Schiene an der Schwelle zu entfernen. - In
EP 1 611 287 B1 ist eine Vorrichtung zur Montage von Schienenklemmen geoffenbart, bei der jeder verschwenkbare Werkzeughebel zwei Anpressorgane aufweist, die an den beiden Enden einer quer zur Schienenlängsrichtung verlaufenden Welle einander entgegengesetzt gelagert sind und so abwechselnd in die jeweilige Arbeitsposition zum Ein- oder Ausschieben der Schienenklemme gedreht werden können. -
GB 2 027 778 A - Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt nun in der Schaffung einer Vorrichtung der eingangs genannten Art, die eine bessere Einstellung der Arbeitspositionen des Anpressorgans ermöglicht.
- Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß mit einer Vorrichtung der gattungsgemäßen Art durch die im Kennzeichen des Anspruchs angeführten Merkmale gelöst.
- Eine mit diesen Merkmalen ausgestattete Vorrichtung kann nun sehr rasch und problemlos von einer Position zum Einschieben der Schienenklemmen in eine zum Ausschieben der Klemmen erforderliche Position (und umgekehrt) umgestellt werden. Die erfindungsgemäße Ausbildung ermöglicht eine einfache und robuste Konstruktion mit geringer Schadensanfälligkeit und hoher Präzision sowie leichter Bedienbarkeit. Der dritte Anschlag verhindert dabei zuverlässig ein Überschiessen der Schwenkbewegung des Werkzeughebels beim Ausbauen der Schienenklemmen und eine dadurch möglicherweise drohende Beschädigung der Vorrichtung oder des Gleises.
- Weitere Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der Zeichnungsbeschreibung.
- Im Folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand eines in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispieles näher beschrieben. Es zeigen:
Fig. 1 eine Seitenansicht einer erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung zur Befestigung von Schienenklemmen, undFig. 2 und 3 jeweils eine Detailansicht eines Anpressorgans. - In
Fig. 1 ist eine Gleisbearbeitungsmaschine 1 dargestellt, die über ein Schienenfahrwerk 2 auf einem - aus Schienen 3 und Schwellen 4 gebildeten - Gleis 5 verfahrbar ist. Ein Handgriff 6 dient zum händischen Verschieben der mit einer Energiequelle 7 ausgestatteten Maschine 1, die des Weiteren eine Vorrichtung 8 zur Befestigung (bzw. wahlweise zum Lösen) von Schienenklemmen 9 auf (bzw. von) einer mit der Schwelle 4 verbundenen Klemmenhalterung 10 aufweist. - Die Vorrichtung 8 besteht im Wesentlichen aus zwei vertikalen Werkzeughebeln 11, die auf einer gemeinsamen, in Gleisquerrichtung verlaufenden Schwenkachse 12 rotierbar gelagert und um diese jeweils anhand eines eigenen Beistellzylinders 13 in Schienenlängsrichtung bewegbar sind. Die Beistellbewegung der beiden - im Arbeitseinsatz beidseits der Schiene 3 angeordneten - Werkzeughebel 11 erfolgt dabei gegenläufig.
- Wie in den
Fig. 2 und 3 nun deutlicher zu sehen, ist am unteren Ende 14 der Werkzeughebel 11 jeweils ein Anpressorgan 15 angeordnet, das zur Anlage an eine Schienenklemme 9 vorgesehen ist und zu deren Einschieben (Fig. 2 ) bzw. Ausschieben (Fig. 3 ) in die bzw. aus der Klemmenhalterung 10 dient. Zu diesem Zweck weist das Anpressorgan 15 einen ersten Anschlag 16 zum Einschieben sowie einen zweiten Anschlag 17 zum Ausschieben der Schienenklemme 9 auf. Um einen abwechselnden Einsatz der Anschläge 16, 17 wahlweise zu ermöglichen, ist das Anpressorgan 15 um eine parallel zur Schwenkachse 12 der Werkzeughebel 11 verlaufende Drehachse 18 drehbar ausgebildet. Zur Fixierung des Anpressorgans 15 in der jeweiligen Arbeitsposition ist eine Klemmschraube 19 vorgesehen. - Weiters weist das Anpressorgan 15 noch einen dritten Anschlag 20 auf, der dem zweiten Anschlag 17 - in der Arbeitsposition zum Ausschieben der Schienenklemme 9 - nachgeordnet ist und zur Anlage an die Klemmenhalterung 10 dient, sobald die Schienenklemme 9 ganz aus der Klemmenhalterung 10 gelöst ist. Damit wird verhindert, dass die Ausschiebebewegung ungehindert zu weit fortgesetzt wird und dadurch etwa Beschädigungen verursacht werden.
Claims (1)
- Vorrichtung zur Befestigung von Schienenklemmen (9) auf einer mit einer Schwelle (4) verbundenen Klemmenhalterung (10) bzw. wahlweise auch zum Lösen von dieser, bestehend aus zwei durch einen Beistellzylinder (13) in Schienenlängsrichtung um eine Schwenkachse (12) bewegbaren Werkzeughebeln (11), an deren unterem Ende (14) jeweils ein zur Anlage an eine der Schienenklemmen (9) vorgesehenes Anpressorgan (15) angeordnet ist, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:a) jedes Anpressorgan (15) ist - für einen wahlweisen Einsatz eines ersten oder eines zweiten Anschlages (16, 17) zum Ein- bzw. Ausschieben der Schienenklemme (9) - um eine parallel zur Schwenkachse (12) der Werkzeughebel (11) verlaufende Drehachse (18) drehbar ausgebildet,b) zur Fixierung des Anpressorgans (15) in der jeweiligen Arbeitsposition ist eine Klemmschraube (19) vorgesehen,c) dem zweiten, zum Ausschieben der Schienenklemme (9) vorgesehenen Anschlag (17) ist ein zur Anlage an die Klemmenhalterung (10) vorgesehener dritter Anschlag (20) nachgeordnet.
