Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft eine wasserlösliche Verpackung mit wenigstens zwei Kammern, die ein erstes flüssiges wasserarmes Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel, ein zweites flüssiges wasserarmes Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel und eine wasserlösliche Umhüllung enthält.
- Optische Aufheller (so genannte "Weißtöner") werden Wasch- oder Reinigungsmitteln zugesetzt, um Vergrauungen und Vergilbungen der behandelten textilen Flächengebilde zu beseitigen. Diese Stoffe ziehen auf die Faser auf und bewirken eine Aufhellung und vorgetäuschte Bleichwirkung, indem sie unsichtbare Ultraviolettstrahlung in sichtbares längerwelliges Licht umwandeln, wobei das aus dem Sonnenlicht absorbierte ultraviolette Licht als schwach bläuliche Fluoreszenz abgestrahlt wird und mit dem Gelbton der vergrauten bzw. vergilbten Wäsche reines Weiß ergibt. Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel mit optischen Aufhellern werden auch oft als Universal-Waschmittel bezeichnet.
- Um während des Waschens und/oder des Reinigens von gefärbten Textilien die Farbstoffablösung und/oder die Farbstoffübertragung auf andere Textilien wirksam zu unterdrücken, wird einem Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel ein Farbübertragungsinhibitor zugesetzt. Dabei bildet der Farbübertragungsinhibitor meist Komplexe mit den Farbstoffen, die sich von den Textilien abgelöst haben und in der Waschflotte vorhanden sind, aus. Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel mit Farbübertragungsinhibitor werden auch oft als Color-Waschmittel bezeichnet.
- Versuche das Leistungsspektrum von flüssigen Universalwaschmitteln um die Eigenschaft der Verfärbungsinhibierung zu erweitern, scheiterten daran, dass optische Aufheller und Farbübertragungsinhibitoren in einer wässrigen Waschmittelmatrix mit herkömmlicher Zusammensetzung nicht kompatibel sind. So führt das gleichzeitige Einarbeiten eines optischen Aufhellers und eines polymeren Farbübertragungsinhibitors in eine flüssige Waschmittelmatrix sofort zu einer starken Trübung und anschließender Ausflockung oder Phasenseparation. Die Instabilitäten treten besonders stark bei konzentrierten oder wasserarmen flüssigen Wasch- oder Reinigungsmitteln auf.
- Aus der
WO 2009/019136 A1 ist ein stabiles wässriges Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel, enthaltend einen optischen Aufheller und einen Farbübertragungsinhibitor bekannt, welches einen pH-Wert in einem engen Bereich von 6,5 bis 7,5 aufweist. - Es besteht weiterhin Bedarf, ein lagerstabiles, flüssiges wasserarmes Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel bereitzustellen, welches einen optischen Aufheller und einen Farbübertragungsinhibitor enthält.
- Diese Aufgabe wird gelöst durch eine wasserlösliche Verpackung mit wenigstens zwei Kammern, die ein erstes flüssiges wasserarmes Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel, enthaltend weniger als 15 Gew.-% Wasser ein zweites flüssiges wasserarmes Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel enthaltend weniger als 15 Gew.-% Wasser und eine wasserlösliche Umhüllung enthält, wobei das erste flüssige wasserarme Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel einen optischen Aufheller und anionisches und nichtionisches Tensid und das zweite wasserarme Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel einen Farbübertragungsinhibitor und anionisches und nichtionisches Tensid enthält.
- Es hat sich überraschenderweise gezeigt, dass optische Aufheller und Farbübertragungsinhibitoren jeweils in hohen Mengen stabil in ein flüssiges wasserarmes Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel eingearbeitet werden können, das sich in einer wasserlöslichen Umhüllung befindet, ohne dass es zu einer Trübung, Phasenseparation und/oder Reaktion mit der wasserlöslichen Umhüllung kommt. Zusätzlich wird durch Einbringen des optischen Aufhellers und des Farbübertragungsinhibitors in unterschiedliche Kammern eine unerwünschte Reaktion der beiden Inhaltsstoffe miteinander verhindert.
- Es ist bevorzugt, dass der optische Aufheller aus den Substanzklassen der Distyrylbiphenyle, der Stilbene, der 4,4'-Diamino-2,2'-stilbendisulfonsäuren, der Cumarine, der Dihydrochinolinone, der 1,3-Diarylpyrazoline, der Naphthalsäureimide, der Benzoxazol-Systeme, der Benzisoxazol-Systeme, der Benzimidazol-Systeme, der durch Heterocyclen substituierten Pyrenderivate und Mischungen daraus ausgewählt ist. Diese Substanzklassen an optischen Aufhellern weisen eine hohe Stabilität, eine hohe Licht- und Sauerstoffbeständigkeit und eine hohe Affinität zu Fasern auf.
- Besonders gut und stabil lassen sich die folgenden optischen Aufheller, welche aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Dinatrium-4,4'-bis-(2-morpholino-4-anilino-s-triazin-6-ylamino)stilbendisulfonat, Dinatrium-2,2'-bis-(phenyl-styryl)disulfonat, 4,4'-Bis[(4-anilino-6-[bis(2-hydroxyethyl)amino]-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl)amino]stilben-2,2'-disulfonsäure, Hexanatrium-2,2'-[vinylenbis[(3-sulphonato-4,1-phenylen)imino[6-(diethylamino)-1,3,5-triazin-4,2-diyl]imino]]bis-(benzol-1,4-disulfonat), 2,2'-(2,5-Thiophendiyl)bis[5-1,1-dim ausgewählt sind, in ein wasserarmes flüssiges Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel einarbeiten.
- Es ist weiterhin bevorzugt, dass der Farbübertragungsinhibitor aus der Gruppe, die Polyvinylpyrrolidon (PVP), Polyvinylimidazol (PVI), Copolymere von Vinylpyrrolidon und Vinylimidazol (PVP/PVI), Polyvinylpyridin-N-oxid, Poly-N-carboxymethyl-4-vinylpyridiumchlorid, Polyethylenglycol-modifizierte Copolymere von Vinylpyrrolidon und Vinylimidazol und Mischungen daraus umfasst, ausgewählt ist.
- Diese Verbindungen bilden besonders stabile Komplexe mit den von den Textilien abgelösten Farbstoffen aus und lassen sich ferner gut und stabil in ein wasserarmes flüssiges Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel einarbeiten.
- Es ist bevorzugt, dass die Menge an optischem Aufheller von 0,01 bis 0,75 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das gesamte erste flüssige wasserarme Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel beträgt.
- Weiterhin ist bevorzugt, dass die Menge an Farbübertragungsinhibitor von 0,02 bis 0,6 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das gesamte zweite flüssige wasserarme Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel beträgt.
- Es ist auch bevorzugt, dass die wasserlösliche Umhüllung Polyvinylalkohol oder ein Polyvinylalkoholcopolymer enthält. Wasserlösliche Umhüllungen, die Polyvinylalkohol oder ein Polyvinylalkoholcopolymer enthalten, weisen eine gute Stabilität bei einer ausreichend hohen Wasserlöslichkeit, insbesondere Kaltwasserlöslichkeit auf.
- Im Folgenden soll die Erfindung, unter anderem anhand von Beispielen, eingehender erläutert werden.
- Die wasserlösliche Verpackung umfasst ein erstes flüssiges wasserarmes Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel, ein zweites flüssiges wasserarmes Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel und eine wasserlösliche Umhüllung.
- Das erste flüssige wasserarme Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel und das zweite flüssige wasserarme Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel unterscheiden sich mindestens in einem Inhaltsstoff. So enthält das erste flüssige wasserarme Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel einen optischen Aufheller und ist frei von Farbübertragungsinhibitoren. Dagegen enthält das zweite flüssige wasserarme Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel einen Farbübertragungsinhibitor und ist frei von optischen Aufhellern.
- Der optische Aufheller des ersten flüssigen Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittels ist vorzugsweise aus den Substanzklassen der Distyrylbiphenyle, der Stilbene, der 4,4'-Diamino-2,2'-stilbendisulfonsäuren, der Cumarine, der Dihydrochinolinone, der 1,3-Diarylpyrazoline, der Naphthalsäureimide, der Benzoxazol-Systeme, der Benzisoxazol-Systeme, der Benzimidazol-Systeme, der durch Heterocyclen substituierten Pyrenderivate und Mischungen daraus ausgewählt.
- Besonders bevorzugte optische Aufheller umfassen Dinatrium-4,4'-bis-(2-morpholino-4-anilino-s-triazin-6-ylamino)stilbendisulfonat (beispielsweise erhältlich als Tinopal® DMS von BASF SE), Dinatrium-2,2'-bis-(phenyl-styryl)disulfonat (beispielsweise erhältlich als Tinopal® CBS von BASF SE), 4,4'-Bis[(4-anilino-6-[bis(2-hydroxyethyl)amino]-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl)amino]stilben-2,2'-disulfonsäure (beispielsweise erhältlich als Tinopal® UNPA von BASF SE), Hexanatrium-2,2'-[vinylenbis[(3-sulphonato-4,1-phenylen)imino[6-(diethylamino)-1,3,5-triazin-4,2-diyl]imino]]bis-(benzol-1,4-disulfonat) (beispielsweise erhältlich als Tinopal® SFP von BASF SE), 2,2'-(2,5-Thiophendiyl)bis[5-1,1-dimethylethyl)-benzoxazol (beispielsweise erhältlich als Tinopal® SFP von BASF SE) und/oder 2,5-Bis(benzoxazol-2-yl)thiophen.
- In einer besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung enthält das erste flüssige wasserarme Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel Dinatrium-4,4'-bis-(2-morpholino-4-anilino-s-triazin-6-ylamino)stilbendisulfonat und/oder Dinatrium-2,2'-bis-(phenyl-styryl)disulfonat als optischen Aufheller.
- Die Menge an optischem Aufheller kann von 0,01 bis 0,75 Gew.-% betragen und beträgt bevorzugt von 0,05 bis 0,5 Gew.-%, jeweils bezogen auf das gesamte erste flüssige wasserarme Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel.
- Als essentielle Komponente enthält das zweite flüssige wasserarme Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel einen Farbübertragungsinhibitor.
- Es ist bevorzugt, dass der Farbübertragungsinhibitor ein Polymer oder Copolymer von cyclischen Aminen wie beispielsweise Vinylpyrrolidon und/oder Vinylimidazol ist. Als Farbübertragungsinhibitor geeignete Polymere umfassen Polyvinylpyrrolidon (PVP), Polyvinylimidazol (PVI), Copolymere von Vinylpyrrolidon und Vinylimidazol (PVP/PVI), Polyvinylpyridin-N-oxid, Poly-N-carboxymethyl-4-vinylpyridiumchlorid, Polyethylenglycol-modifizierte Copolymere von Vinylpyrrolidon und Vinylimidazol sowie Mischungen daraus. Besonders bevorzugt werden Polyvinylpyrrolidon (PVP), Polyvinylimidazol (PVI) oder Copolymere von Vinylpyrrolidon und Vinylimidazol (PVP/PVI) als Farbübertragungsinhibitor eingesetzt. Die eingesetzten Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) besitzen bevorzugt ein mittleres Molekular gewicht von 2.500 bis 400.000 und sind kommerziell von ISP Chemicals als PVP K 15, PVP K 30, PVP K 60 oder PVP K 90 oder von der BASF als Sokalan® HP 50 oder Sokalan® HP 53 erhältlich. Die eingesetzten Copolymere von Vinylpyrrolidon und Vinylimidazol (PVP/PVI) weisen vorzugsweise ein Molekulargewicht im Bereich von 5.000 bis 100.000 auf. Kommerziell erhältlich ist ein PVP/PVI-Copolymer beispielsweise von der BASF unter der Bezeichnung Sokalan® HP 56. Ein weiterer äußerst bevorzugt einsetzbarer Farbübertragungsinhibitor sind Polyethylenglycol-modifizierte Copolymere von Vinylpyrrolidon und Vinylimidazol, welche beispielsweise unter der Bezeichnung Sokalan® HP 66 von der BASF erhältlich sind.
- Die Menge an Farbübertragungsinhibitor bezogen auf die Gesamtmenge des Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittels liegt bevorzugt von 0,02 bis 0,6 Gew.-% und vorzugsweise von 0,1 bis 0,4 Gew.-%, jeweils bezogen auf das gesamte zweite flüssige wasserarme Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel.
- Neben dem optischen Aufheller oder dem Farbübertragungsinhibitor enthalten das erste flüssige wasserarme Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel und das zweite flüssige wasserarme Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel anionisches und nichtionisches Tensid.
- Als anionisches Tensid können vorzugsweise Sulfonate und/oder Sulfate eingesetzt werden. Der Gehalt an anionischem Tensid beträgt 5 bis 25 Gew.-% und vorzugsweise 8 bis 20 Gew.-%, jeweils bezogen auf das gesamte erste oder zweite flüssige wasserarme Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel.
- Als Tenside vom Sulfonat-Typ kommen dabei vorzugsweise C9-13-Alkylbenzolsulfonate, Olefinsulfonate, d.h. Gemische aus Alken- und Hydroxyalkansulfonaten sowie Disulfonaten, wie man sie beispielsweise aus C12-18-Monoolefinen mit end- oder innenständiger Doppelbindung durch Sulfonieren mit gasförmigem Schwefeltrioxid und anschließende alkalische oder saure Hydrolyse der Sulfonierungsprodukte erhält, in Betracht. Geeignet sind auch C12-18-Alkansulfonate und die Ester von α-Sulfofettsäuren (Estersulfonate), zum Beispiel die α-sulfonierten Methylester der hydrierten Kokos-, Palmkern- oder Talgfettsäuren.
- Als Alk(en)ylsulfate werden die Alkali- und insbesondere die Natriumsalze der Schwefelsäurehalbester der C12-C18-Fettalkohole, beispielsweise aus Kokosfettalkohol, Talgfettalkohol, Lauryl-, Myristyl-, Cetyl- oder Stearylalkohol oder der C10-C20-Oxoalkohole und diejenigen Halbester sekundärer Alkohole dieser Kettenlängen bevorzugt. Aus waschtechnischem Interesse sind die C12-C16-Alkylsulfate und C12-C15-Alkylsulfate sowie C14-C15-Alkylsulfate bevorzugt. Auch 2,3-Alkylsulfate sind geeignete anionische Tenside.
- Auch Fettalkoholethersulfate, wie die Schwefelsäuremonoester der mit 1 bis 6 Mol Ethylenoxid ethoxylierten geradkettigen oder verzweigten C7-21-Alkohole, wie 2-Methyl-verzweigte C9-11-Alkohole mit im Durchschnitt 3,5 Mol Ethylenoxid (EO) oder C12-18-Fettalkohole mit 1 bis 4 EO, sind geeignet.
- Weitere geeignete anionische Tenside sind Seifen. Geeignet sind gesättigte und ungesättigte Fettsäureseifen, wie die Salze der Laurinsäure, Myristinsäure, Palmitinsäure, Stearinsäure, (hydrierten) Erucasäure und Behensäure sowie insbesondere aus natürlichen Fettsäuren, zum Beispiel Kokos-, Palmkern-, Olivenöl- oder Talgfettsäuren, abgeleitete Seifengemische.
- Die anionischen Tenside sowie die Seifen können in Form ihrer Natrium-, Kalium- oder Magnesium- oder Ammoniumsalze vorliegen. Vorzugsweise liegen die anionischen Tenside in Form ihrer Ammoniumsalze vor. Bevorzugte Gegenionen für die anionischen Tenside sind die protonierten Formen von Cholin, Triethylamin, Monoethanolamin oder Methylethylamin.
- In einer ganz besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsform enthalten das erste flüssige wasserarme Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel und/oder das zweite flüssige wasserarme Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel jeweils eine mit Monoethanolamin neutralisierte Alkylbenzolsulfonsäure, insbesondere C9-13-Alkylbenzolsulfonsäure, und/oder eine mit Monoethanolamin neutralisierte Fettsäure.
- Geeignete nichtionische Tenside umfassen alkoxylierte Fettalkohole, alkoxylierte Fettsäurealkylester, Fettsäureamide, alkoxylierte Fettsäureamide, Polyhydroxyfettsäureamide, Alkylphenolpolyglycolether, Aminoxide, Alkylpolyglucoside und Mischungen daraus.
- Als nichtionisches Tensid werden vorzugsweise alkoxylierte, vorteilhafterweise ethoxylierte, insbesondere primäre Alkohole mit vorzugsweise 8 bis 18 C-Atomen und durchschnittlich 4 bis 12 Mol Ethylenoxid (EO) pro Mol Alkohol eingesetzt, in denen der Alkoholrest linear oder bevorzugt in 2-Stellung methylverzweigt sein kann bzw. lineare und methylverzweigte Reste im Gemisch enthalten kann, so wie sie üblicherweise in Oxoalkoholresten vorliegen. Insbesondere sind jedoch Alkoholethoxylate mit linearen Resten aus Alkoholen nativen Ursprungs mit 12 bis 18 C-Atomen, zum Beispiel aus Kokos-, Palm-, Talgfett- oder Oleylalkohol, und durchschnittlich 5 bis 8 EO pro Mol Alkohol bevorzugt. Zu den bevorzugten ethoxylierten Alkoholen gehören beispielsweise C12-14-Alkohole mit 4 EO oder 7 EO, C9-11-Alkohol mit 7 EO, C13-15-Alkohole mit 5 EO, 7 EO oder 8 EO, C12-18-Alkohole mit 5 EO oder 7 EO und Mischungen aus diesen. Die angegebenen Ethoxylierungsgrade stellen statistische Mittelwerte dar, die für ein spezielles Produkt eine ganze oder eine gebrochene Zahl sein können. Bevorzugte Alkoholethoxylate weisen eine eingeengte Homologenverteilung auf (narrow range ethoxylates, NRE). Zusätzlich zu diesen nichtionischen Tensiden können auch Fettalkohole mit mehr als 12 EO eingesetzt werden. Beispiele hierfür sind Talgfettalkohol mit 14 EO, 25 EO, 30 EO oder 40 EO. Auch nichtionische Tenside, die EO- und PO-Gruppen zusammen im Molekül enthalten, sind erfindungsgemäß einsetzbar. Geeignet sind ferner auch eine Mischung aus einem (stärker) verzweigten ethoxylierten Fettalkohol und einem unverzweigten ethoxylierten Fettalkohol, wie beispielsweise eine Mischung aus einem C16-18-Fettalkohol mit 7 EO und 2-Propylheptanol mit 7 EO. Insbesondere bevorzugt enthalten das erste flüssige wasserarme Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel und/oder das zweite flüssige wasserarme Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel einen C12-18-Fettalkohol mit 7 EO, einen C13-15-Oxoalkohol mit 7 EO und/oder einen C13-15-Oxoalkohol mit 8 EO als nichtionisches Tensid.
- Der Gehalt an nichtionischem Tensid beträgt 1 bis 25 Gew.-% und vorzugsweise 2 bis 20 Gew.-%, jeweils bezogen auf das gesamte erste oder zweite flüssige wasserarme Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel.
- Die Gesamtmenge an anionischem und nichtionischem Tensid in dem ersten oder zweiten flüssigen Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel beträgt vorzugsweise bis zu 85 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 40 bis 75 Gew.-% und besonders bevorzugt 50 bis 70 Gew.-%, bezogen jeweils auf das gesamte erste oder zweite flüssige wasserarme Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel.
- Zusätzlich zu dem optischen Aufheller und dem (den) Tensid(en) kann das erste flüssige wasserarme Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel weitere Inhaltsstoffe enthalten, die die anwendungstechnischen und/oder ästhetischen Eigenschaften des ersten flüssigen Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittels weiter verbessern. Im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung enthält das Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel vorzugsweise zusätzlich einen oder mehrere Stoffe aus der Gruppe der Gerüststoffe, Bleichmittel, Enzyme, Elektrolyte, pH-Stellmittel, Parfüme, Parfümträger, Fluoreszenzmittel, Farbstoffe, Hydrotope, Schauminhibitoren, Silikonöle, Antiredepositionsmittel, Vergrauungsinhibitoren, Einlaufverhinderer, Knitterschutzmittel, antimikrobiellen Wirkstoffe, nicht-wässrigen Lösungsmittel, Germizide, Fungizide, Antioxidantien, Konservierungsmittel, Korrosionsinhibitoren, Antistatika, Bittermittel, Bügelhilfsmittel, Phobier- und Imprägniermittel, Haut-pflegende Wirkstoffe, Quell- und Schiebefestmittel, weichmachenden Komponenten sowie UV-Absorber.
- Zusätzlich zu dem Farbübertragungsinhibitor und dem (den) Tensid(en) kann das zweite flüssige wasserarme Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel weitere Inhaltsstoffe enthalten, die die anwendungstechnischen und/oder ästhetischen Eigenschaften des ersten flüssigen Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittels weiter verbessern. Im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung enthält das Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel vorzugsweise zusätzlich einen oder mehrere Stoffe aus der Gruppe der Gerüststoffe, Bleichmittel, Enzyme, Elektrolyte, pH-Stellmittel, Parfüme, Parfümträger, Fluoreszenzmittel, Farbstoffe, Hydrotope, Schauminhibitoren, Silikonöle, Antiredepositionsmittel, Vergrauungsinhibitoren, Einlaufverhinderer, Knitterschutzmittel, antimikrobiellen Wirkstoffe, nicht-wässrigen Lösungsmittel, Germizide, Fungizide, Antioxidantien, Konservierungsmittel, Korrosionsinhibitoren, Antistatika, Bittermittel, Bügelhilfsmittel, Phobier- und Imprägniermittel, Haut-pflegende Wirkstoffe, Quell- und Schiebefestmittel, weichmachenden Komponenten sowie UV-Absorber.
- Die in der wasserlöslichen Verpackung enthaltenen ersten und zweiten Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel sind flüssig. Das erste und das zweite Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel sind wasserarm und können Wasser enthalten, wobei der Gehalt an Wasser weniger als 15 Gew.-%, bevorzugt weniger als 10 Gew.-% und besonders bevorzugt weniger als 8 Gew.-%, jeweils bezogen auf das gesamte erste und/oder zweite flüssige Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel, beträgt.
- Die wasserlösliche Verpackung enthält neben dem ersten und dem zweiten flüssigen wasserarmen Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel eine wasserlösliche Umhüllung. Die wasserlösliche Umhüllung wird vorzugsweise durch ein wasserlösliches Folienmaterial gebildet.
- Solche wasserlöslichen Verpackungen können entweder durch Verfahren des vertikalen Formfüllversiegelns (VFFS) oder Warmformverfahren hergestellt werden.
- Das Warmformverfahren schließt im Allgemeinen das Formen einer ersten Lage aus einem wasserlöslichen Folienmaterial zum Bilden von mindestens Ausbuchtungen zum Aufnehmen der flüssigen Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel darin, Einfüllen der der flüssigen Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel in die Ausbuchtungen, Bedecken der mit der Zusammensetzung gefüllten Ausbuchtungen mit einer zweiten Lage aus einem wasserlöslichen Folienmaterial und Versiegeln der ersten und zweiten Lagen miteinander zumindest um die Ausbuchtungen herum ein.
- Die wasserlösliche Umhüllung wird vorzugsweise aus einem wasserlöslichen Folienmaterial ausgewählt aus der Gruppe, bestehend aus Polymeren oder Polymergemischen gebildet. Die Umhüllung kann aus einer oder aus zwei oder mehr Lagen aus dem wasserlöslichen Folienmaterial gebildet werden. Das wasserlösliche Folienmaterial der ersten Lage und der weiteren Lagen, falls vorhanden, kann gleich oder unterschiedlich sein.
- Es ist bevorzugt, dass die wasserlösliche Umhüllung Polyvinylalkohol oder ein Polyvinylalkoholcopolymer enthält.
- Geeignete wasserlösliche Folien zur Herstellung der wasserlöslichen Umhüllung basieren bevorzugt auf einem Polyvinylalkohol oder einem Polyvinylalkoholcopolymer, dessen Molekulargewicht im Bereich von 10.000 bis 1.000.000 gmol-1, vorzugsweise von 20.000 bis 500.000 gmol-1, besonders bevorzugt von 30.000 bis 100.000 gmol-1 und insbesondere von 40.000 bis 80.000 gmol-1 liegt.
- Die Herstellung von Polyvinylalkohol geschieht üblicherweise durch Hydrolyse von Polyvinylacetat, da der direkte Syntheseweg nicht möglich ist. Ähnliches gilt für Polyvinylalkoholcopolymere, die aus entsprechend aus Polyvinylacetatcopolymeren hergestellt werden. Bevorzugt ist, wenn wenigstens eine Lage der wasserlöslichen Umhüllung einen Polyvinylalkohol umfasst, dessen Hydrolysegrad 70 bis 100 Mol-%, vorzugsweise 80 bis 90 Mol-%, besonders bevorzugt 81 bis 89 Mol-% und insbesondere 82 bis 88 Mol-% ausmacht.
- Ein zur Herstellung der wasserlöslichen Umhüllung geeignetes Folienmaterial kann zusätzlich Polymere, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe umfassend Acrylsäure-haltige Polymere, Polyacrylamide, Oxazolin-Polymere, Polystyrolsulfonate, Polyurethane, Polyester, Polyether Polymilchsäure, und/oder Mischungen der vorstehenden Polymere, zugesetzt sein.
- Bevorzugte Polyvinylalkoholcopolymere umfassen neben Vinylalkohol Dicarbonsäuren als weitere Monomere. Geeignete Dicarbonsäure sind Itaconsäure, Malonsäure, Bernsteinsäure und Mischungen daraus, wobei Itaconsäure bevorzugt ist.
- Ebenso bevorzugte Polyvinylalkoholcopolymere umfassen neben Vinylalkohol eine ethylenisch ungesättige Carbonsäure, deren Salz oder deren Ester. Besonders bevorzugt enthalten solche Polyvinylalkoholcopolymere neben Vinylalkohol Acrylsäure, Methacrylsäure, Acrylsäureester, Methacrylsäureester oder Mischungen daraus.
- Geeignete wasserlösliche Folien zum Einsatz in den Umhüllungen der wasserlöslichen Verpackungen gemäß der Erfindung sind Folien, die unter der Bezeichnung Monosol M8630 von MonoSol LLC vertrieben werden. Andere geeignete Folien umfassen Folien mit der Bezeichnung Solublon® PT, Solublon® KA, Solublon® KC oder Solublon® KL von der Aicello Chemical Europe GmbH oder die Folien VF-HP von Kuraray.
- Die wasserlösliche Verpackung weist mindestens zwei Kammern auf. Die erste Kammer der wasserlöslichen Verpackung enthält das erste flüssige wasserarme Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel und die zweite Kammer das zweite flüssige wasserarme Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel. Weist die wasserlösliche Verpackung mehr als zwei Kammern auf, können in der dritten und den weiteren Kammern, falls vorhanden, ein festes oder ein weiteres flüssiges wasserarmes Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel enthalten sein. Das weitere flüssige wasserarme Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel kann dieselbe Zusammensetzung wie das erste flüssige wasserarme Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel oder das zweite flüssige wasserarme Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel aufweisen. Vorzugsweise weist das weitere flüssige wasserarme Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel eine Zusammensetzung auf, die sich mindestens in einem Inhaltsstoff oder sich mindestens im Gehalt eines Inhaltsstoffes von dem ersten flüssigen Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel und dem zweiten flüssigen Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel unterscheidet.
- Da Suspension mit festen und flüssigen Inhaltsstoffen oftmals vom Anwender der wasserlöslichen Verpackung als wenig ästhetisch und/oder fehlerhaft angesehen werden, können im Fall das eine dritte oder weitere Kammer der wasserlöslichen Verpackung ein festes Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel aufweist, die festen bzw. unlöslichen Inhaltsstoffe in einer dieser Kammern der wasserlöslichen Verpackung enthalten sein.
- Es wurden flüssige wasserarme Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel mittels üblicher und bekannter Methoden und Verfahren hergestellt. In der folgenden Tabelle 1 sind die Zusammensetzungen von einem erfindungsgemäßen ersten Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel E1, einem erfindungsgemäßen zweiten Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel E2 und drei nicht erfindungsgemäßen Wasch- oder Reinigungsmitteln V1 bis V3 gezeigt.

** Copolymere von Vinylpyrrolidon und Vinylimidazol (PVP/PVI) (Sokalan® HP 56 ex BASF) - Bei dem flüssigen Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel V1 zeigten sich bereits während der Herstellung Präzipitate während die flüssigen Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel E1, E2, V2 und V3 klar und über mehrere Wochen lagerstabil waren.
- Zur Herstellung einer wasserlöslichen Verpackung mit den Wasch- oder Reinigungsmitteln E1 und E2 wurde eine Folie vom Typ M 8630 (ex Monosol) mit einer Dicke von 76 µm zum Ausbilden von zwei unterschiedlich großen Ausbuchtung mittels Vakuum in eine Mulde gezogen. Anschließend wurde die erste Ausbuchtung mit 11,7 g des ersten flüssigen Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittels E1 befüllt. Parallel wurde die zweite Ausbuchtung mit 23,3 g des zweiten flüssigen Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittels E2 befüllt. Nach Bedecken der mit den Mitteln befüllten Ausbuchtungen mit einer zweiten Lage einer Folie vom Typ M 8630 wurden die erste und zweite Lage miteinander versiegelt. Die Siegelungstemperatur betrug 150 °C und die Siegelungsdauer 1,1 Sekunden.
- Zur Herstellung einer wasserlöslichen Verpackung mit dem Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel V1, V2 oder V3 wurde eine Folie vom Typ M 8630 (ex Monosol) mit einer Dicke von 76 µm zum Ausbilden einer Ausbuchtung mittels Vakuum in eine Mulde gezogen. Anschließend wurde die Ausbuchtung mit je 35 g des flüssigen Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittels V1, V2 oder V3 befüllt. Nach Bedecken der mit dem Mittel V1, V2 oder V3 befüllten Ausbuchtung mit einer zweiten Lage einer Folie vom Typ M 8630 wurden die erste und zweite Lage miteinander versiegelt. Die Siegelungstemperatur betrug 150 °C und die Siegelungsdauer 1,1 Sekunden.
- Die wasserlösliche Verpackung mit dem Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel V1 war ästhetisch wenig ansprechend, da sich die während der Herstellung des Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittels V1 gebildeten Präzipitate an der wasserlöslichen Umhüllung festsetzten.
- Nach 8 Wochen Lagerzeit der wasserlöslichen Verpackung mit den Wasch- oder Reinigungsmitteln E1 und E2 konnte keinerlei An- oder Auflösung der wasserlöslichen Umhüllung beobachtet werden. Zudem konnten keine Poren oder Löcher, die ebenfalls zum Produktaustritt oder Leckagen führen würden, festgestellt werden. Ferner konnten keinerlei Reaktionen des optischen Aufhellers oder des Farbübertragungsinhibitors mit der wasserlöslichen Umhüllung festgestellt werden.
- Zur Bestimmung der Farbübertragungsinhibierung wurden Gewebe aus Baumwolle und Polyamid mit je einer wasserlöslichen Verpackung, enthaltend 35 g der Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel E1 und E2 oder V3 in einer Haushaltswaschmaschine (Miele W 526) in Gegenwart von mit C.I. Direct Orange 39, C.I. Direct Black 22, C.I. Direct Red 83:1 und C.I. Acid Blue 113 gefärbten Geweben bei 60 °C gewaschen. Nach hängender Trocknung und Mangeln der Wäsche wurde die Verfärbung visuell von sechs geschulten Personen mittels der SSR-Skala (Staining Scale Rating) beurteilt (siehe Tabelle 2).

5 = keine Verfärbung - Zur Bestimmung des Weißgraderhalts wurden Testgewebe aus Baumwolle und Polyamid in Gegenwart von 3,5 kg Ballastbeladung aus Baumwolle fünf Mal hintereinander mit je einer wasserlöslichen Verpackung, enthaltend 35 g der Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittels E1 und E2, V2 oder V3 in einer Haushaltswaschmaschine (Miele W 1514) mit je 5 SBL 2004 Tüchern mit standardisierter Schmutzbeladung (32 g Schmutzballast) und einem Baumwolltuch, welches mit synthetischem Hautfett und Ruß beladen wurde (Schmutzbeladung: 2 g) bei 40 °C gewaschen.
- Nach hängender Trocknung und Mangeln der Wäsche wurde der Weißgrad der Testgewebe spektralphotometrisch (Spectraflash SF 600 von Datacolor) bestimmt.
Tabelle 3: Y-Werte (Mittel aus 4 Messpunkten pro Gewebe) Wasserlöslichen Verpackung mit Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel Y-Werte Baumwolle Polyamid E1 und E2 134,6 153,2 V2 139 153 V3 61,8 75,7 - Die Ergebnisse zur Farbübertragungsinhibierung und zum Erhalt des Weißgrads zeigten deutlich, dass durch Einsatz einer wasserlösliche Verpackung mit wenigstens zwei Kammern, die ein erstes flüssiges wasserarmes Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel mit einem optischen Aufheller und ein zweites flüssiges wasserarmes Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel einen Farbübertragungsinhibitor in getrennten Kammern enthält, die Vorteile eines Universal-Waschmittels (Erhalt des Weißgrads) und eines Color-Waschmittels (Farbübertragungsinhibierung) in einem Produkt kombiniert werden können. Die Ergebnisse zeigen auch, dass das es nach Austritt der beiden flüssigen Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel E1 und E2 aus den jeweiligen Kammern in die Waschflotte zu keiner Deaktivierung durch Bildung von Präzipitaten kommt.

**** Polymer (Polypropylene Terephthalate) (Texcare® SRN 170 ex Clariant) - Die flüssigen Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel E3, E4, E5 und E6 sind klar und bleiben über mehrere Wochen lagerstabil.
- Zur Herstellung einer wasserlöslichen Verpackung mit den Wasch- oder Reinigungsmitteln E3 und E4 wurde eine Folie vom Typ M 8630 (ex Monosol) mit einer Dicke von 76 µm zum Ausbilden von zwei unterschiedlich großen Ausbuchtung mittels Vakuum in eine Mulde gezogen. Anschließend wurde die erste Ausbuchtung mit 11,7 g des ersten flüssigen Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittels E3 befüllt. Parallel wurde die zweite Ausbuchtung mit 23,3 g des zweiten flüssigen Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittels E4 befüllt. Nach Bedecken der mit den Mitteln befüllten Ausbuchtungen mit einer zweiten Lage einer Folie vom Typ M 8630 wurden die erste und zweite Lage miteinander versiegelt. Die Siegelungstemperatur betrug 150 °C und die Siegelungsdauer 1,1 Sekunden.
- Zur Herstellung einer wasserlöslichen Verpackung mit den Wasch- oder Reinigungsmitteln E5 und E6 wurde eine Folie vom Typ M 8630 (ex Monosol) mit einer Dicke von 76 µm zum Ausbilden von zwei unterschiedlich großen Ausbuchtung mittels Vakuum in eine Mulde gezogen. Anschließend wurde die erste Ausbuchtung mit 8,5 g des ersten flüssigen Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittels E5 befüllt. Parallel wurde die zweite Ausbuchtung mit 16,5 g des zweiten flüssigen Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittels E6 befüllt. Nach Bedecken der mit den Mitteln befüllten Ausbuchtungen mit einer zweiten Lage einer Folie vom Typ M 8630 wurden die erste und zweite Lage miteinander versiegelt. Die Siegelungstemperatur betrug 150 °C und die Siegelungsdauer 1,1 Sekunden.
Claims (11)
- Wasserlösliche Verpackung mit wenigstens zwei Kammern, die ein erstes flüssiges wasserarmes Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel enthaltend weniger als 15 Gew.-% Wasser, ein zweites flüssiges wasserarmes Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel enthaltend weniger als 15 Gew.-% Wasser und eine wasserlösliche Umhüllung enthält, wobei das erste flüssige wasserarme Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel einen optischen Aufheller und anionisches und nichtionisches Tensid und das zweite flüssige wasserarme Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel einen Farbübertragungsinhibitor und anionisches und nichtionisches Tensid enthält.
- Wasserlösliche Verpackung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der optische Aufheller aus den Substanzklassen der Distyrylbiphenyle, der Stilbene, der 4,4'-Diamino-2,2'-stilbendisulfonsäuren, der Cumarine, der Dihydrochinolinone, der 1,3-Diarylpyrazoline, der Naphthalsäureimide, der Benzoxazol-Systeme, der Benzisoxazol-Systeme, der Benzimidazol-Systeme, der durch Heterocyclen substituierten Pyrenderivate und Mischungen daraus ausgewählt ist.
- Wasserlösliche Verpackung gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der optische Aufheller ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Dinatrium-4,4'-bis-(2-morpholino-4-anilino-s-triazin-6-ylamino)stilbendisulfonat, Dinatrium-2,2'-bis-(phenyl-styryl)disulfonat, 4,4'-Bis[(4-anilino-6-[bis(2-hydroxyethyl)amino]-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl)amino]stilben-2,2,-disulfonsäure, Hexanatrium-2,2'-[vinylenbis[(3-sulphonato-4,1-phenylen)imino[6-(diethylamino)-1,3,5-triazin-4,2-diyl]imino]]bis-(benzol-1,4-disulfonat), 2,2'-(2,5-Thiophendiyl)bis[5-1,1-dimethylethyl)-benzoxazol, 2,5-Bis(benzoxazol-2-yl)thiophen und Mischungen daraus.
- Wasserlösliche Verpackung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Farbübertragungsinhibitor aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Polyvinylpyrrolidon (PVP), Polyvinylimidazol (PVI), Copolymere von Vinylpyrrolidon und Vinylimidazol (PVP/PVI), Polyvinylpyridin-N-oxid, Poly-N-carboxymethyl-4-vinylpyridiumchlorid, Polyethylenglycol-modifizierte Copolymere von Vinylpyrrolidon und Vinylimidazol und Mischungen daraus ausgewählt ist.
- Wasserlösliche Verpackung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Menge an optischem Aufheller von 0,01 bis 0,75 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das gesamte erste flüssige wasserarme Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel, beträgt.
- Wasserlösliche Verpackung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Menge an Farbübertragungsinhibitor von 0,02 bis 0,6 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das gesamte zweite flüssige wasserarme Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel, beträgt.
- Wasserlösliche Verpackung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die wasserlösliche Umhüllung Polyvinylalkohol oder ein Polyvinylalkoholcopolymer enthält.
- Wasserlösliche Verpackung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste flüssige wasserarme Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel 5 bis 25 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 8 bis 20 Gew.-%, anionisches Tensid enthält.
- Wasserlösliche Verpackung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite flüssige wasserarme Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel 5 bis 25 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 8 bis 20 Gew.-%, anionisches Tensid enthält.
- Wasserlösliche Verpackung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste flüssige wasserarme Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel 1 bis 25 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 2 bis 20 Gew.-%, nichtionisches Tensid enthält.
- Wasserlösliche Verpackung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite flüssige wasserarme Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittel 1 bis 25 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 2 bis 20 Gew.-%, nichtionisches Tensid enthält.
