Claims (14)
- Verfahren zur Vorhersage des Auftretens extrapyramidaler Symptome (EPS), die durch eine Behandlung auf Basis von Antipsychotika bei einer Testperson hervorgerufen werden, umfassend:i) Bestimmen der Sequenz der Einzelnukleotidpolymorphismen (Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms, SNPs) rs1130214, rs456998, rs7211818 und rs1053639 in einer Probe, die genetisches Material der Testperson umfasst, undii) Vorhersagen des Risikos, dass die Testperson EPS entwickelt, basierend auf der Sequenz der SNPs.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Vorhandensein einer Allelkombination gemäß Tabelle 1 darauf hinweist, dass ein hohes Risiko für die Testperson besteht, EPS zu entwickeln, oder wobei das Vorhandensein einer Allelkombination gemäß Tabelle 2 darauf hinweist, dass ein geringes Risiko für die Testperson besteht, EPS zu entwickeln.
- Verfahren zur Auswahl einer Testperson, die an einer mit Antipsychotika behandelbaren Krankheit leidet, um eine Therapie auf Basis von Antipsychotika mit geringer DRD2-Blockadewirkung zu erhalten, umfassendi) Bestimmen der Sequenz der SNPs rs1130214, rs456998, rs7211818 und rs1053639 in einer Probe, die genetisches Material der Testperson umfasst, undii) Auswählen der Testperson, um eine Therapie auf Basis von Antipsychotika mit geringer DRD2-Blockadewirkung zu erhalten, basierend auf der Sequenz der SNPs.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, wobei die Testperson ausgewählt wird, um eine Therapie auf Basis von Antipsychotika mit geringer DRD2-Blockadewirkung zu erhalten, wenn das Vorhandensein einer Allelkombination gemäß Tabelle 1 in der Probe nachgewiesen wird.
- Verfahren zur Auswahl einer geeigneten Therapie auf Basis von Antipsychotika zur Behandlung einer Testperson, die an einer mit Antipsychotika behandelbaren Krankheit leidet, umfassendi) Bestimmen der Sequenz der SNPs rs1130214, rs456998, rs7211818 und rs1053639 in einer Probe, die genetisches Material der Testperson umfasst, undii) Auswählen einer geeigneten Therapie auf Basis von Antipsychotika, basierend auf der Sequenz der SNPs,wobei das Antipsychotikum ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe bestehend aus einer Therapie auf Basis von Antipsychotika mit geringer DRD2-Blockadewirkung und irgendeiner Therapie auf Basis von Antipsychotika.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, wobei das Vorhandensein einer Allelkombination gemäß Tabelle 1 darauf hinweist, dass die Testperson ausgewählt wird, um eine Therapie auf Basis von Antipsychotika mit geringer DRD2-Blockadewirkung zu erhalten, und wobei das Vorhandensein einer Allelkombination gemäß Tabelle 2 darauf hinweist, dass die Testperson ausgewählt wird, um eine Therapie auf Basis von Antipsychotika zu erhalten.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 6, wobei die Therapie auf Basis von Antipsychotika ausgewählt wird aus der Gruppe bestehend aus einem Antipsychotikum mit geringer DRD2-Blockadewirkung, einem Antipsychotikum mit mittlerer DRD2-Blockadewirkung und einem Antipsychotikum mit hoher DRD2-Blockadewirkung.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7, wobei die Therapie auf Basis von Antipsychotika mit geringer DRD2-Blockadewirkung zusätzlich ein Adjuvans gegen Parkinson, vorzugsweise ein Anticholinergikum, umfasst.
- Kit, umfassend Reagenzien, die zum Bestimmen der Sequenz der SNPs rs1130214, rs456998, rs7211818 und rs1053639 geeignet sind, wobei die Reagenzien DNA- oder RNA-Sonden umfassen und wobei diese Sonden mindestens 10 % der Oligonukleotidsonden im Sondensatz ausmachen.
- Verwenden eines Kits nach Anspruch 9 zur Vorhersage des Auftretens von EPS, die durch eine Behandlung auf Basis von Antipsychotika bei einer Testperson hervorgerufen werden, basierend auf der Sequenz der SNPs rs1130214, rs456998, rs7211818 und rs1053639.
- Antipsychotikum mit geringer DRD2-Blockadewirkung zur Verwendung bei der Behandlung einer Krankheit, die mit Antipsychotika bei einer Testperson behandelbar ist, wobei die Testperson dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass eine Probe, die genetisches Material enthält, das aus der Testperson isoliert wurde, eine Allelkombination gemäß Tabelle 1 in den Einzelnukleotidpolymorphismen (SNPs) rs1130214, rs456998, rs7211818 und rs1053639 aufweist, und wobei die mit Antipsychotika behandelbare Krankheit ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Schizophrenie, schizoaffektiver Störung, akuter psychotischer Störung, wahnhafter Störung, schizotypischer Persönlichkeitsstörung, bipolarer Störung, Zwangsstörung, Persönlichkeitsstörung, psychotischer Depression, Verhaltensstörung, kognitiven Defiziten, Übelkeit und Erbrechen sowie Alzheimer-Krankheit.
- Antipsychotikum mit geringer DRD2-Blockadewirkung zur Verwendung bei der Behandlung einer mit Antipsychotika behandelbaren Krankheit nach Anspruch 11, wobei die Behandlung zusätzlich ein Adjuvans gegen Parkinson, vorzugsweise ein Anticholinergikum, umfasst.
- Verwendung der SNPs rs1130214, rs456998, rs7211818 und rs1053639 zur Vorhersage des Auftretens von EPS, die durch eine antipsychotische Behandlung bei einer Testperson hervorgerufen werden, zum Auswählen einer Testperson, die an einer mit Antipsychotika behandelbaren Krankheit leidet, um eine Therapie auf Basis von Antipsychotika mit geringer DRD2-Blockadewirkung zu erhalten, oder zum Auswählen einer geeigneten Therapie auf Basis von Antipsychotika, um eine Testperson zu behandeln, die an einer mit Antipsychotika behandelbaren Krankheit leidet.
- Verwendung nach Anspruch 13, wobei das Vorhandensein einer Allelkombination gemäß Tabelle 1 darauf hinweist, dass ein hohes Risiko für die Testperson besteht, EPS zu entwickeln, oder wobei das Vorhandensein einer Allelkombination gemäß Tabelle 2 darauf hinweist, dass ein geringes Risiko für die Testperson besteht, EPS zu entwickeln, oder wobei die Testperson ausgewählt wird, um eine Therapie auf Basis von Antipsychotika mit geringer DRD2-Blockadewirkung zu erhalten, wenn das Vorhandensein einer Allelkombination gemäß Tabelle 1 in der Probe nachgewiesen wird, oder wobei das Vorhandensein einer Allelkombination gemäß Tabelle 1 darauf hinweist, dass die Testperson ausgewählt wird, um eine Therapie auf Basis von Antipsychotika mit geringer DRD2-Blockadewirkung zu erhalten, oder wobei das Vorhandensein einer Allelkombination gemäß Tabelle 2 darauf hinweist, dass die Testperson ausgewählt wird, um irgendeine Therapie auf Basis von Antipsychotika zu erhalten.
