Claims (11)
- Brûleur à gaz, le brûleur à gaz 10 comprenant un corps 12 définissant une chambre, le corps 12 comprenant un élément monobloc profilé 14, avec une pluralité d'orifices 18 prévus s'étendant à travers une face du corps 12 pour fournir une bande de flamme 16, avec une surface de combustion sur le côté extérieur de la bande de flamme 16, le brûleur à gaz 10 comprenant également un élément de châssis 22 qui est monté sur le corps 12 par un assemblage mécanique, caractérisé en ce que le brûleur à gaz 10 est constitué par seulement le corps 12, l'élément de cadre 22, et une couche de fibres métalliques 17 montée sur le côté extérieur de la bande de flamme 16, l'élément de cadre 22 comportant une bande périphérique 24 définissant une ouverture centrale 26, avec une paire d'éléments de support 28 s'étendant au travers de l'ouverture, une collerette 20 étant prévue autour du corps 12, le corps 12 étant monté sur l'élément de cadre 22 par le biais des bords de la bande périphérique 24 qui sont pressés autour de la collerette 20.
- Brûleur à gaz selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le corps 12 comprend une partie au moins généralement plane définissant la bande de flamme 16, et des parois latérales s'étendant depuis la partie plane, avec la collerette 20 prévue au niveau des extrémités opposées des parois latérales par rapport à la partie plane.
- Brûleur à gaz selon la revendication 2, dans lequel la bande de flamme 16 est bombée.
- Brûleur à gaz selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la fibre métallique 17 est prévue sur une partie seulement de la bande de flamme 16.
- Brûleur à gaz selon la revendication 4, dans lequel la fibre métallique 17 est prévue sur seulement une partie centrale de la bande de flamme 16.
- Brûleur à gaz selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la fibre métallique 17 est montée sur le corps 12 par soudage par points.
- Procédé de formation d'un brûleur à gaz 10 selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à former une pluralité d'ouvertures dans une pièce de matériau plat afin de définir une bande de flamme 16 avec des orifices 18 au travers de celle-ci, façonner mécaniquement le matériau plat pour définir un corps 12, et monter le corps 12 sur un élément de cadre 22 en formant un joint mécanique entre eux.
- Procédé selon la revendication 7, dans lequel le corps 12 et l'élément de cadre 22 sont montés ensemble par pressage.
- Procédé selon les revendications 7 ou 8, dans lequel une collerette 20 est prévue sur le corps 12 et l'élément de cadre 22 est profilé pour s'engager de part et d'autre de la collerette 20 pour fournir un joint mécanique entre eux.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 9, dans lequel la fibre métallique 17 est montée sur un côté extérieur de la bande de flamme 16.
- Procédé selon la revendication 10, dans lequel la fibre métallique 17 est montée sur la bande de flamme 16 par soudage par points, et la fibre métallique 17 peut être montée sur la bande de flamme 16 avant la mise en forme du matériau plat pour former le corps 12.
