Claims (6)
- Une porte (1) apte à être utilisée dans les fours (C), comprenant- un panneau extérieur (2),- deux profils opposés (3) qui sont situés sur la surface intérieure du panneau extérieur (2) et s'étendent parallèlement les uns aux autres presque le long du panneau extérieur (2) aux parties proches des côtés latéraux du panneau extérieur (2),- un panneau interne (4) qui est disposé entre les profils (3) et fait face au volume intérieur du four (C)- au moins un panneau intermédiaire (5) situé entre le panneau intérieur (4) et le panneau extérieur (2),- deux éléments de support (7) qui sont montés sur l'extrémité supérieure de chaque profil (3) et permettent d'aligner le panneau intérieur (4) et le panneau intermédiaire (5) en étant montés sur le panneau extérieur (2) et qui ont une première étape (8) contre laquelle porte le panneau intermédiaire (5) et une seconde étape (9) contre laquelle porte le panneau intérieur (4)
caractérisé par- un palier (6) qui s'étend entre les extrémités inférieures des profils (3) et sur lequel sont disposés les côtés inférieurs du panneau intérieur (4) et du panneau intermédiaire (5)- une gaine (10) qui est montée sur les profils (3) et recouvre l'espace entre le côté supérieur du panneau intérieur (4) et le panneau extérieur (2) en s'étendant longitudinalement entre les profils (3),- un élément de verrouillage élastique (13) situé sur chacune de la surface supérieure des éléments de support (7) et deux épingles (14) qui sont situées sur la surface inférieure de la gaine (10) et permettent à la gaine (10) d' être monté sur les profils (3) en étant disposé dans les éléments de verrouillage (13),- les panneaux rectangulaires (2, 4, 5), une encoche (15) qui est située à un coin du panneau intérieur (4) et/ou du panneau intermédiaire (5), et un support (16) situé sur l'un des membres de support (7) et a la même forme que l'encoche (15). - La porte (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par la gaine (10) qui comprend un premier élément de retenue (11) qui s'étend vers le bas à partir de sa surface inférieure de manière à entrer entre le panneau intermédiaire (5) et le panneau intérieur (4) et qui permet de fixer le panneau intermédiaire (5).
- La porte (1) selon les revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée par la gaine (10) qui comprend un second élément de retenue (12) qui s'étend de sa surface inférieure vers la surface extérieure du panneau intérieur (4) et qui permet au panneau intérieur (4) à être fixé.
- La porte (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée par la gaine (10) qui est montée de manière amovible sur les profils (3).
- La porte (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par au moins deux rainures (17) situées sur le palier (6) et dans lesquelles les côtés inférieurs du panneau intérieur (4) et le panneau intermédiaire (5) sont disposés.
- Le four (C) comprenant une porte (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
