When desired to be detached, the sheath (10) is slightly pulled upwards. By means of the resilient structure of the locking element (13), the pin (14) expands the locking element (13) and thus is released from the locking element (13).

Claims (6)

  1. Eine Tür (1) zum Verwenden bei den Backöfen (C) umfassend
    - eine Außenplatte (2)
    - zwei gegenüberliegende Profile (3), die auf der Innenfläche der Außenplatte (2) angeordnet ist und bei den Bauteilen in der Nähe der seitlichen Seiten der Außenplatte (2) fast entlang der Außenplatte (2) parallel zu einander erstrecken
    - eine Innenplatte (4), die zwischen den Profilen (3) angeordnet ist und in das Innere des Backofens (C) zugewandt ist,
    - eine Zwischenplatte (5), die zwischen der Innenplatte (4) und der Außenplatte (2) angeordnet ist,
    - zwei Stützelemente (7), die an das obere Ende jedes Profils (3) montiert sind und die die Ausrichtung bei der Montage der Innenplatte (4) und der Zwischenplatte (5) auf die Außenplatte (2) bereitstellen und die eine erste Stufe (8), an die die Zwischenplatte (5) anstoßt und eine zweite Stufe (9), an die die Innenplatte (4) anstoßt, aufweist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie,
    - ein Wellenlager (6), das zwischen den unteren Enden der Profile (3) erstrecken und darauf die unteren Seiten der Innenplatte (4) und der Zwischenplatte (5) aufgestellt werden,
    - ein Gehäuse (10), das an die Profile (3) montiert wird und das den Hohlraum zwischen der oberen Seite der Innenplatte (4) und der Außenplatte (2) durch Erstrecken zwischen den Profilen (3) in Längsrichtung abdeckt,
    - ein beständiges Verriegelungsmittel (13), das auf jeder der Oberflächen der Stützelemente (7) angeordnet ist und zwei Stifte (14), die auf der unteren Seite des Gehäuses (10) angeordnet sind und die die Montage des Gehäuses (10) auf die Profile (3) sicherstellen, in dem man die Verriegelungsmittel (13) hinein einsetzt,
    - rechteckige Platten (2, 4, 5), eine Kerbe (15), die an einer Ecke der Innenplatte (4) und/oder der Zwischenplatte (5) angeordnet ist, und eine Halterung (16), die auf einer der Stützelemente (7) angeordnet ist und die selbe Form wie die Kerbe (15) hat,
    aufweist.
  2. Eine Tür (1) nach Anspruch 1 gekennzeichnet durch ein Gehäuse (10), das einen ersten Halteteil umfasst, der von der unteren Oberfläche nach unten erstreckt, um zwischen der Zwischenplatte (5) und Innenplatte (4) einzutreten und (11), der das Fixieren der Zwischenplatte (5) sicherstellt,
  3. Eine Tür (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 gekennzeichnet durch ein Gehäuse (10), das eine zweite Halteteil (12) umfasst, der von der unteren Oberfläche gegen die äußere Oberfläche der Innenplatte (4) erstreckt und der das Fixieren der Innenplatte (4) sicherstellt.
  4. Eine Tür (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 gekennzeichnet durch ein Gehäuse (10), das auf den Profilen (3) lösbar montiert ist.
  5. Eine Tür (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche gekennzeichnet durch mindestens zwei Kerben (17), die auf dem Wellenlager (6), angeordnet ist und hierhin die unteren Seiten der Innenplatte (4) und der Zwischenplatte (5) eingesetzt sind.
  6. Backofen (C), der eine Tür (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche umfasst.
