Die Erfindung betrifft eine Spaltabdichtung zur Abdichtung eines Türspaltes zwischen einer Zarge und einer Tür oder zwischen zwei Türen gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Hauptanspruches.
Es ist ein Rauchschutzabschlusssystem bekannt, DE 10 2004 040 749 A1 , welches ein Befestigungsprofil, eine Aufnahmenut für ein Dichtprofil sowie ein Abdeckprofil aufweist, wobei das Dichtprofil aus einem ortsfest in einer Aufnahmenut des Dichtprofils angeordneten Halteprofil und einem einen Dichtspalt überspannenden Abdichtungsprofil besteht, welches mit dem Halteprofil einteilig ist.
Nachteilig an diesem vorbekannten Spaltabdichtungssystem ist die zur sicheren Überbrückung eines Spaltes erforderliche Größe des Dichtprofils, welches aufgrund seiner Größe keinen definierten Dichtsitz erlaubt und eine große Verformung erfährt, woraus zusätzlich ein verstärkter Dichtungsverschleiß resultiert. Weiterhin kann ein solch starres System nur ungenügend auf eine Torsion oder eine konkave oder konvexe Verformung eines Türblattes reagieren, sodass die gewünschte Abdichtung eines größeren Spaltes nicht sicher und dauerhaft gewährleistet werden kann.

  1. Gap seal according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the inner profile (9) is of cross-sectionally approximately U-shaped design with two side webs (19; 20) and a connecting web (21) and, in the region of the connecting web (21), has shoulders (24) projecting in width between the side webs (19; 20) of said connecting web, and in that a profile portion of the fastening profile (1; 2) is of cross-sectionally approximately U-shaped design with two side webs (25; 26; 27; 28) and a connecting web (29; 30) and, in the region of the outer ends of the side webs (25; 26; 27; 28), has inwardly projecting shoulders (31; 32) which embrace the shoulders (24) of the inner profile (9) and limit the spring travel of the latter outwards.
  6. Gap seal according to Claim 5, characterized in that the leaf-spring-like spring assemblies (10) are arranged between the connecting webs (21; 22; 29; 30).
  7. Gap seal according to Claim 5, characterized in that the shoulders (24) which are arranged on the connecting web (21) extend rearwards at a distance from one another in the direction of the connecting web (29; 30) of the U-shaped profile portion of the fastening profile (1; 2) and, in the contact region of a spring element against the connecting web (29; 30), are plastically deformed around a partial region of the spring element and secure the spring element.
  8. Gap seal according to Claim 6, characterized in that the shoulders (24) which are arranged on the connecting web (21) extend rearwards in a manner spaced apart from one another in the direction of the connecting web (29; 30) of the U-shaped profile portion of the fastening profile (1; 2) and maintain a minimum receiving space (22) for the spring assembly (10).
  9. Gap seal according to Claim 5, characterized in that a tab (39; 40) is inwardly stamped in the direction of the inner profile (9) from the connecting web (29; 30) of the U-shaped profile portion of the fastening profile (1; 2) and, as a movement limitation, forms a receptacle for the end of a spring element which is designed as a leaf-spring-like spring assembly (10).
  10. Gap seal according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said gap seal is designed as a retrofittable gap seal and is arranged in frames (35), in a manner constricting the frame passage size of said frames, in front of a closing surface or a counter hinge side of a door (36; 37; 38) or on both sides or in an encircling manner on the frame (35).
