In Figur 1 ist ein erfindungsgemäßer Rollladenkasten 1 für Fenster, Türen oder Fassaden dargestellt mit miteinander in Wirkverbindung bringbaren Wandelementen 2, 3, 4, 5. Der Rollladenkasten 1 wird im Allgemeinen direkt auf ein Rahmenprofil 15 eines Fensters, einer Tür oder einer Fassade angeordnet.
Der Rollladen 10 ist in einer Rollladenführung 14 verschiebbar angeordnet, die an der Öffnung zu den entsprechenden Wandelementen 2, 3, 4, 5 angeordnet ist. Der Rollladen 10 selbst besteht aus mehreren miteinander in Wirkverbindung bringbaren Rollladenprofilen 100. Die Wandelemente 2, 3, 4, 5 werden zu einem prismatischen Rollladenkasten 1 zusammengefügt und an ihren freien Enden von wenigstens einem Abdeckelement 6 verschlossen. Die Wandelemente 2, 3, 4, 5 sowie das Abdeckelement 6 bilden zusammen den Aufnahmeraum 9, in den der Rollladen 10 einbringbar ist.
Im Abdeckelement 6 ist eine Rollladenwelle 7 drehbar angeordnet, die in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel eine achteckige Kontur aufweist. An der Rollladenwelle 7 ist ein Federelement 8 angeordnet, welches in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel über ein Adapterprofil 101 mit einem Rollladenprofil 100 des Rollladens 10 verbunden ist.
Am Abdeckelement 6 ist in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel das Sperrelement 11 angeordnet, welches aus dem gleichen Material hergestellt ist wie das Abdeckelement 6. Das Sperrelement 11 ist so angeordnet, dass es direkt an der inneren Wandung des vorderen Wandelementes 2 angeordnet ist. Der teilweise dargestellte Rollladen 10 ist in dieser Darstellung komplett von der Rollladenwelle 7 abgewickelt und verschließt das Fenster, die Tür oder die Fassade.
Durch die an sich bekannte Federwirkung des Federelementes 8 wird erreicht, dass die im Aufnahmeraum 9 des Rollladenkastens 1 verbleibenden Rollladenprofile 100 des Rollladens 10 sich in etwa parallel an der inneren Wand des vorderen Wandelementes 2 anordnen.
Wird nun bei verschlossenem Fenster, Tür oder Fassade von außen versucht, den Rollladen 10 nach oben zu bewegen, wird der Rollladen 10 bzw. das an ihm angeordnete Adapterprofil 101 soweit nach oben bewegt, bis es am Sperrelement 11 anschlägt und blockiert.

In the cover 6, a roller shutter shaft 7 is rotatably arranged, which has an octagonal contour in this embodiment. On the roller shutter shaft 7, a spring element 8 is arranged, which is connected in this embodiment via an adapter profile 101 with a roller shutter profile 100 of the shutter 10.
On the cover member 6, the blocking element 11 is arranged in this embodiment, which is made of the same material as the cover member 6. The blocking element 11 is arranged so that it is arranged directly on the inner wall of the front wall element 2. The partially illustrated shutter 10 is completely unwound in this representation of the roller shutter shaft 7 and closes the window, the door or the facade.

Der Steg 111 des Sperrelementes 11 weist an seiner zum Rollladen 10 bzw. zum Adapterprofil 101 weisenden Seite eine von der Basis 110 wegragende Krümmung auf, durch die sichergestellt ist, dass der Rollladen 10 durch das Sperrelement 11 blockierbar ist, auch wenn bspw. über zusätzliche Hilfsmittel versucht wird, den Rollladen 10 aus seiner vertikalen in etwa parallel am vorderen Wandelement 2 angeordneten Stellung zu verschieben, um das Sperrelement 11 zu umgehen.
In diesem Ausführungsbeispiel ist am Sperrelement 11 ein Verstärkungselement 12 angeordnet. Das Verstärkungselement 12, welches in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel aus einem metallischen Werkstoff besteht, ist so ausgebildet, dass es den Steg 111 des Sperrelementes 11 vollumfänglich umfasst und sich mit einem weiteren Schenkel an der inneren Wand des oberen Wandelementes 3 abstützt.
Ein derartiges metallisches Verstärkungselement 12 kann vor der Montage des Rollladenkastens 1 auf den Steg 111 des Sperrelementes 11 einfach aufgeschoben werden und wenn erforderlich, über zusätzliche an sich bekannte Befestigungsmittel wie bspw. Klebstoffsysteme bzw. Schrauben fixiert werden.
Das Verstärkungselement 12 weist in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel etwa die gleiche Höhe auf, wie der Steg 111 des Sperrelementes 11.
Es liegt jedoch auch im Rahmen der Erfindung, dass im Abdeckelement 6 eine Öffnung eingebracht ist, durch die das Verstärkungselement 12 von außen in den Rollladenkasten 1 nachträglich so einbringbar ist, dass es kraftschlüssig am Steg 111 des Sperrelementes 11 anliegt.
Es liegt weiterhin im Rahmen der Erfindung, dass das Verstärkungselement 12 aus beispielsweise polymeren bzw. auch duromeren Materialien hergestellt ist und auch andere Geometrien aufweist, je nach den Anforderungen an den zu blockierenden Rollladen 10.
Im Aufnahmeraum 9 des erfindungsgemäßen Rollladenkastens 1 ist weiterhin ein zusätzliches Dämmelement 13 angeordnet, welche den Wärmedurchgang des erfindungsgemäßen Rollladenkastens 1 entsprechend verbessert.

It is also within the scope of the invention that the reinforcing element 12 is made of, for example, polymeric or thermosetting materials and also has other geometries, depending on the requirements of the shutter 10 to be blocked.
In the receiving space 9 of the roller shutter box 1 according to the invention, an additional insulating element 13 is further arranged, which improves the heat transfer of the roller shutter box 1 according to the invention accordingly.

In Figur 2 ist eine perspektivische Darstellung des erfindungsgemäßen Rolllacenkastens 1 dargestellt. Der Rollladenkasten 1 für Fenster, Türen oder Fassaden weist miteinander in Wirkverbindung stehende Wandelemente 2, 3, 5 auf. Weiterhin sind an der in den Aufnahmeraum 9 des Rollladenkastens 1 weisenden Seite des Abdeckelementes 6 eine Aufnahmeöffnung 62 für die Rollladenwelle 7 erkennbar, sowie weitere Befestigungselemente, Rippen bzw. Schraubdome.
Gegenüber der Innenseite des vorderen Wandelementes 2 des Rollladenkastens 1 weist das Abdeckelement 6 ein in den Aufnahmeraum 9 des Rollladenkastens 1 weisendes Sperrelement 11 auf.
Das Sperrelement 11 ist in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel aus dem gleichen Material hergestellt, wie das Abdeckelement 6, so dass beide einstückig miteinander verbunden sind. Das Sperrelement 11 weist in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel eine Basis 110 und einen Steg 111 auf, die beide ebenfalls einstückig miteinander verbunden sind. Die Basis 110 des Sperrelementes 11 weist in etwa die gleiche Höhe auf wie die Begrenzungswände der Aufnahmeöffnungen 61 des Abdeckelementes 6.
Der Steg 111 des Sperrelementes 11, der etwa orthogonal an der Basis 110 angeordnet ist, weist eine etwa doppelt so große Höhe auf wie die Basis 110 des Sperrelementes 11. Durch diese Ausbildung des Sperrelementes 11 ist eine problemlose und kostengünstige Montage erfindungsgemäßer Rollladenkästen 1 möglich.
Durch eine etwas gekrümmte Ausbildung des Steges 111 des Sperrelementes 11 ist es problemlos möglich, verschiedene Dimensionen von Rollladen 10, welche hier nicht dargestellt sind, bezüglich eines unberechtigten, von außen geführten, Hochschiebens zu biockieren.
Es liegt jedoch auch im Rahmen der Erfindung, dass am Sperrelement 11 zusätzliche, hier nicht dargestellte Verstärkungselemente, anbringbar sind, die eine noch optimalere Hochschiebesicherung von Rollladen 10 gewährleisten. Es liegt weiterhin im Rahmen der Erfindung, dass beispielsweise an der Basis 110 des Sperrelementes 11 kraftschlüssig ein Steg 111 aus beispielsweise metallischem Werkstoff anbringbar ist.
