Claims (14)

  1. Procédé de remise en état d'un élément de fondation (10) en béton, selon lequel :
    - au moins un conduit (20) est prévu, dans l'élément de fondation (10), lors de la formation de l'élément de fondation (10),
    - une ouverture est pratiquée dans le au moins un conduit (20) dans la zone d'un défaut (40) dans l'élément de fondation (10) devant subir la remise en état, une lance à haute pression étant introduite dans le conduit (20) et un milieu de découpe étant amené sous haute pression par la lance à haute pression qui opère une découpe d'une paroi du conduit (20) et crée un accès (38) au défaut (40), et
    - un milieu de remplissage durcissable est introduit dans le défaut (40).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé :
    en ce que le matériau nuisible est expulsé du défaut (40) par le milieu de remplissage et est évacué en dehors de l'élément de fondation (10).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé :
    en ce qu'au moins un conduit d'alimentation (22) et au moins un conduit d'évacuation (24) sont prévus, entre lesquels est situé le défaut (40) dans l'élément de fondation (10),
    en ce que le au moins un conduit d'alimentation (22) et le au moins un conduit d'évacuation (24) comportent une ouverture dans la zone du défaut (40), un passage (36) étant ainsi créé du conduit d'alimentation (22) au conduit d'évacuation (24) par le défaut (40), et
    en ce que le milieu de remplissage est conduit au défaut (40) par l'intermédiaire du au moins un conduit d'alimentation (22), et le matériau nuisible est conduit en dehors du défaut (40) par l'intermédiaire du au moins un conduit d'évacuation (24).
  4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisé :
    en ce que, pour la formation du conduit (20), un tuyau est mis en place dans l'élément de fondation (10) lors de la fabrication, en particulier lors du bétonnage.
  5. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
    caractérisé :
    en ce que l'élément de fondation (10) consiste en un pieu foré ou en un panneau de paroi réalisé par fraisage.
  6. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5,
    caractérisé :
    en ce que, pour la formation du conduit (20), un ou plusieurs tuyaux, en métal ou en matière plastique, sont prévus.
  7. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6,
    caractérisé :
    en ce qu'on utilise comme milieu de découpe de l'eau ou le milieu de remplissage.
  8. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7,
    caractérisé :
    en ce qu'on utilise comme milieu de remplissage un coulis de ciment.
  9. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8,
    caractérisé :
    en ce qu'un dispositif de mesure est mis en place dans le conduit (20) pour le repérage du défaut (40).
  10. Agencement de remise en état d'un élément de fondation (10) en béton, en particulier conformément à un procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, dans lequel :
    - au moins un conduit (20) est mis en place dans l'élément de fondation (10) lors de la formation de l'élément de fondation (10),
    - une lance à haute pression qui peut être mise en place dans le conduit (20) est prévue en tant que dispositif de découpe, avec laquelle une ouverture peutêtre pratiquée dans le au moins un conduit (10) dans la zone du défaut (40) dans l'élément de fondation (10) devant subir la remise en état, laquelle forme ainsi un accès (38) au défaut (40), et
    - un dispositif d'alimentation destiné à faire venir par le conduit (20) un milieu de remplissage durcissable dans le défaut (40) est prévu.
  11. Agencement selon la revendication 10,
    caractérisé :
    en ce qu'au moins un conduit d'alimentation (22) et au moins un conduit d'évacuation (24) sont disposés, entre lesquels est situé le défaut (40) dans l'élément de fondation (10),
    en ce qu'au moyen du dispositif d'alimentation, le milieu de remplissage durcissable peut être introduit par le conduit d'alimentation (22) dans le défaut (40), et
    en ce qu'en passant par le au moins un conduit d'évacuation (24), le matériau nuisible peut être évacué du défaut (40) vers l'extérieur de l'élément de fondation (10).
  12. Agencement selon la revendication 11,
    caractérisé :
    en ce que le au moins un conduit (20) est constitué sous la forme d'un tuyau, qui est fixé sur une cage d'armature, elle-même installée dans l'élément de fondation (10) lors de la formation de l'élément de fondation (10).
  13. Agencement selon une des revendications 10 à 12,
    caractérisé :
    en ce qu'au moyen d'une pompe, un milieu de découpe est transportée sous haute pression jusqu'au dispositif de découpe pour la découpe d'une paroi (21) du conduit (20) dans la zone du défaut (40).
  14. Agencement selon une des revendications 10 à 13,
    caractérisé :
    en ce qu'un dispositif de mesure, en particulier un dispositif de mesure par ultrasons, est prévu, qui peut être monté dans le conduit (20) pour le repérage du défaut (40).
