Claims (10)

  1. Baustellen-Kippwanne (1) zur Türen-Durchfuhr, mit einem Hebebalken (20), der einen Querbalken (22) aufweist, der mit einer Hebeeinrichtung (24) versehen ist und an seinen Enden mit zwei Stützen (26) ausgerüstet ist, die jeweils eine Basis aufweisen, die an einer seitlichen Seite (2) der Kippwanne (1) angelenkt sind, wobei der Hebebalken (20) darüber hinaus über ein System zum automatischen Verriegeln und Entriegeln (32, 36) verfügt, das in der Lage ist, den Hebebalken (20) in Schließstellung während des Vorgangs des Leerens der Kippwanne (1) zu halten, und die Kippwanne (1) darüber hinaus über einen oberen Rand (4) verfügt, der eine Versteifungskontur bildet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenn sich der Hebebalken (20) in heruntergeklappter Position befinde, sich jede Stütze (26) mit ihrem Gelenk auf dem Abschnitt des oberen Rands (4) ablegt, die ihm entspricht, wobei seine Breite im Wesentlichen in jener des Randes (4) integriert ist.
  2. Baustellen-Kippwanne (1) zur Türen-Durchfuhr nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das automatische Verriegelungs- und Entriegelungssystem (32, 36), das in der Lage ist, seinen Hebebalken (20) in Schließstellung während des Vorgangs des Leerens zu halten, einen Schwenknocken (32) aufweist, der mit dem Querbalken (22) des Hebebalkens (20) verbunden ist, wobei der Nocken (32) in Kontakt mit verschiedenen Vorsprüngen (36) kommt, die an der Kippwanne (1) befestigt sind, wobei die Vorsprünge (36) derart angeordnet sind, dass sie bei jedem Absenken des Hebebalkens (20) eine Rotation des Nockens (32) hervorrufen, was abwechselnd zum Blockieren des Nockens (32) an den Vorsprüngen (36) oder zu seinem Lösen führt.
  3. Baustellen-Kippwanne (1) zur Türen-Durchfuhr nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Gesamtbreite zwischen ungefähr 650 mm und ungefähr 750 mm aufweist.
  4. Baustellen-Kippwanne (1) zur Türen-Durchfuhr nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unterseite der Platte (7), die die Basis der Kipptwanne bildet, mit einem Rollenzug (8) ausgerüstet ist.
  5. Baustellen-Kippwanne (1) zur Türen-Durchfuhr nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Gelenk einer Stütze (26) auf einer seitlichen Seite (2) der Kippwanne ein Gabelgelenk (16) aufweist.
  6. Baustellen-Kippwanne (1) zur Türen-Durchfuhr nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gabelgelenk (16) zwei parallele Platten (12, 14) aufweist, die das Ende (28) der Stütze (26) zwischen ihnen aufnehmen und die im Wesentlichen beiderseits des oberen Rands (4) fluchten.
  7. Baustellen-Kippwanne (1) zur Türen-Durchfuhr nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede seitliche Seite (2) eine obere Kontur in Form eines umgedrehten "V" aufweist, das in seinem Gipfel eine Gelenkeinrichtung (16) des Hebebalkens (20) aufnimmt.
  8. Baustellen-Kippwanne (1) zur Türen-Durchfuhr nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, wenn der Hebebalken (20) heruntergeklappt ist, seine Stützen (26) oberhalb der Ränder (4) kommen, wobei sie untereinander einen Sicherheitsabstand (E) lassen, der ein Einklemmen einer Hand oder eines Armes verhindert.
  9. Baustellen-Kippwanne (1) zur Türen-Durchfuhr nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hebebalken (20) Formen aufweist, die, wenn er heruntergeklappt ist, eine komplette Freigabe der oberen Öffnung der Kippwanne (1) schaffen.
  10. Baustellen-Kippwanne (1) zur Türen-Durchfuhr nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, wenn der Hebebalken (20) heruntergeklappt ist, sein Querbalken (22) außerhalb und hinter der Rückseite (5) der Kippwanne (1) angeordnet ist, derart, dass er gleichzeitig einen Handgriff bildet, um die Kippwanne (1) zu bewegen.
