Claims (15)

  1. Station de rejet (S2) permettant d'expulser un groupe défectueux (2) de cigarettes d'un caisson (5) d'un convoyeur de formation de groupe d'empaqueteuse de cigarettes (4) ;
    la station de rejet (S2) comprenant un premier dispositif de poussée (6) situé le long du convoyeur de formation de groupe (4) et qui, pour expulser le groupe défectueux (2) de cigarettes du caisson (5), pousse certaines des cigarettes dans le groupe (2) dans une direction d'expulsion (D) perpendiculaire au chemin (P) du convoyeur de formation de groupe (4) ;
    la station de rejet (S2) est caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un second dispositif de poussée (7) situé le long du convoyeur de formation de groupe (4), du côté opposé au premier dispositif de poussée (6), et qui, pour expulser le groupe défectueux (2) de cigarettes du caisson (5), pousse le reste des cigarettes dans le groupe (2) dans la direction d'expulsion (D) opposée à celle du premier dispositif de poussée (6).
  2. Station de rejet (S2) selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le premier dispositif de poussée (6) comprend une première pousseuse mobile (8) initialement située le long du convoyeur de formation de groupe (4) et qui, pour expulser le groupe défectueux (2) de cigarettes du caisson (5), est insérée à l'intérieur du caisson (5) dans la direction d'expulsion (D).
  3. Station de rejet (S2) selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le premier dispositif de poussée (6) comprend un certain nombre de premières buses de soufflage, chacune permettant de souffler de l'air dans la direction d'expulsion (D) sur le groupe (2) de cigarettes.
  4. Station de rejet (S2) selon la revendication 3, dans laquelle le premier dispositif de poussée (6) comprend un premier corps de support fixe situé le long du convoyeur de formation de groupe (4) et supportant les premières buses de soufflage.
  5. Station de rejet (S2) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, dans laquelle le second dispositif de poussée (7) comprend une seconde pousseuse mobile initialement située le long du convoyeur de formation de groupe (4) et qui, pour expulser le groupe défectueux (2) de cigarettes du caisson (5), est insérée à l'intérieur du caisson (5) dans la direction d'expulsion (D).
  6. Station de rejet (S2) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, dans laquelle le second dispositif de poussée (7) comprend un certain nombre de secondes buses de soufflage (10), chacune permettant de souffler de l'air dans la direction d'expulsion (D) sur le groupe (2) de cigarettes.
  7. Station de rejet (S2) selon la revendication 6, dans laquelle le second dispositif de poussée (7) comprend un second corps de support fixe (9) situé le long du convoyeur de formation de groupe (4) et supportant les secondes buses de soufflage (10).
  8. Station de rejet (S2) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, dans laquelle les deux dispositifs de poussée (6, 7) sont de forme complémentaire, de sorte que chaque cigarette (A, B) dans le groupe (2) soit toujours enclenchée par un et seulement un des deux dispositifs de poussée (6, 7).
  9. Station de rejet (S2) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, dans laquelle le premier dispositif de poussée (6) comporte une fenêtre traversante, à travers lequel le second dispositif de poussée (7) se déplace sans interférence.
  10. Station de rejet (S2) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, et comprenant une unité de commande (13) qui active le premier dispositif de poussée (6) avant le second dispositif de poussée (7).
  11. Station de rejet (S2) selon la revendication 10, dans laquelle l'unité de commande (13) active le second dispositif de poussée (7) lorsque les cigarettes (A) poussées par le premier dispositif de poussée (6) sont en partie expulsées du caisson (5).
  12. Station de rejet (S2) selon la revendication 11, dans laquelle l'unité de commande (13) active le second dispositif de poussée (7) lorsque les cigarettes (A) poussées par le premier dispositif de poussée (6) sont expulsées du caisson (5) sur au moins un tiers de leur longueur.
  13. Station de rejet (S2) selon la revendication 11 ou 12, dans laquelle l'unité de commande (13) active le second dispositif de poussée (7) lorsque les cigarettes (A) poussées par le premier dispositif de poussée (6) sont expulsées du caisson (5) sur la moitié de leur longueur.
  14. Station de rejet (S2) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13, et comprenant :
    une première benne (11) située en dessous du convoyeur de formation de groupe (4), du côté opposé au premier dispositif de poussée (6), pour recevoir les cigarettes (A) expulsées par le premier dispositif de poussée (6) ; et
    une seconde benne (12) située en dessous du convoyeur de formation de groupe (4), du côté opposé au second dispositif de poussée (7), pour recevoir les cigarettes (B) expulsées par le second dispositif de poussée (7).
  15. Procédé de rejet permettant d'expulser un groupe défectueux (2) de cigarettes d'un caisson (5) d'un convoyeur de formation de groupe d'empaqueteuse de cigarettes (4) ;
    pour expulser le groupe défectueux (2) de cigarettes du caisson (5), le procédé de rejet comprend l'étape de poussée de certaines des cigarettes dans le groupe (2) dans une direction d'expulsion (D) perpendiculaire au chemin (P) du convoyeur de formation de groupe (4), au moyen d'un premier dispositif de poussée (6) situé le long du convoyeur de formation de groupe (4) ;
    le procédé de rejet est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend, pour expulser le groupe défectueux (2) de cigarettes du caisson (5), l'étape supplémentaire de poussée du reste des cigarettes dans le groupe (2) dans une direction d'expulsion (D) opposée à celle du premier dispositif de poussée (6), au moyen d'un second dispositif de poussée (7) situé le long du convoyeur de formation de groupe (4), du côté opposé au premier dispositif de poussée (6).
