Claims (15)
- Aussonderungsstation (S2) zum Auswerfen einer fehlerhaften Gruppe (2) von Zigaretten aus einer Tasche (5) eines Gruppenbildungsförderers (4) einer Zigarettenverpackungsmaschine,
wobei die Aussonderungsstation (S2) eine erste Verschiebevorrichtung (6) umfasst, die längsseits des Gruppenbildungsförderers (4) angeordnet ist und die zum Auswerfen der fehlerhaften Gruppe (2) von Zigaretten aus der Tasche (5) einige der Zigaretten in der Gruppe (2) in einer Auswurfrichtung (D) senkrecht zu dem Weg (P) des Gruppenbildungsförderers (4) verschiebt;
wobei die Aussonderungsstation (S2) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass sie eine zweite Verschiebevorrichtung (7) umfasst, die längsseits des Gruppenbildungsförderers (4) an der entgegengesetzten bzw. gegenüberliegenden Seite zu der ersten Verschiebevorrichtung (6) angeordnet ist und die zum Auswerfen der fehlerhaften Gruppe (2) von Zigaretten aus der Tasche (5) die restlichen Zigaretten in der Gruppe (2) in einer Auswurfrichtung (D) entgegengesetzt zu derjenigen der ersten Verschiebevorrichtung (6) verschiebt. - Aussonderungsstation (S2) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die erste Verschiebevorrichtung (6) einen beweglichen ersten Verschieber (8) umfasst, der anfänglich längsseits des Gruppenbildungsförderers (4) angeordnet ist und der zum Auswerfen der fehlerhaften Gruppe (2) von Zigaretten aus der Tasche (5) ins Innere der Tasche (5) in der Auswurfrichtung (D) eingeführt wird.
- Aussonderungsstation (S2) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die erste Verschiebevorrichtung (6) eine Mehrzahl von ersten Blasdüsen jeweils zum Blasen von Luft in der Auswurfrichtung (D) auf die Gruppe (2) von Zigaretten umfasst.
- Aussonderungsstation (S2) nach Anspruch 3, wobei die erste Verschiebevorrichtung (6) einen festen ersten Stützkörper umfasst, der längsseits des Gruppenbildungsförderers (4) angeordnet ist und die ersten Blasdüsen stützt.
- Aussonderungsstation (S2) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei die zweite Verschiebevorrichtung (7) einen beweglichen zweiten Verschieber umfasst, der anfänglich längsseits des Gruppenbildungsförderers (4) angeordnet ist und der zum Auswerfen der fehlerhaften Gruppe (2) von Zigaretten aus der Tasche (5) ins Innere der Tasche (5) in der Auswurfrichtung (D) eingeführt wird.
- Aussonderungsstation (S2) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei die zweite Verschiebevorrichtung (7) eine Mehrzahl von zweiten Blasdüsen (10) jeweils zum Blasen von Luft in der Auswurfrichtung (D) auf die Gruppe (2) von Zigaretten umfasst.
- Aussonderungsstation (S2) nach Anspruch 6, wobei die zweite Verschiebevorrichtung (7) einen festen zweiten Stützkörper (9) umfasst, der längsseits des Gruppenbildungsförderers (4) angeordnet ist und die zweiten Blasdüsen (10) stützt.
- Aussonderungsstation (S2) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei die zwei Verschiebevorrichtungen (6, 7) der Form nach komplementär sind, sodass jede Zigarette (A, B) in der Gruppe (2) stets von ausschließlich einer der zwei Verschiebevorrichtungen (6, 7) ergriffen wird.
- Aussonderungsstation (S2) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei die erste Verschiebevorrichtung (6) ein Durchgangsfenster aufweist, durch das sich die zweite Verschiebevorrichtung (7) ohne Störwirkung bewegt.
- Aussonderungsstation (S2) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, umfassend eine Steuer- bzw. Regeleinheit (13), die die erste Verschiebevorrichtung (6) vor der zweiten Verschiebevorrichtung (7) aktiviert.
- Aussonderungsstation (S2) nach Anspruch 10, wobei die Steuer- bzw. Regeleinheit (13) die zweite Verschiebevorrichtung (7) aktiviert, wenn die von der ersten Verschiebevorrichtung (6) verschobenen Zigaretten (A) teilweise aus der Tasche (5) ausgeworfen sind.
- Aussonderungsstation (S2) nach Anspruch 11, wobei die Steuer- bzw. Regeleinheit (13) die zweite Verschiebevorrichtung (7) aktiviert, wenn die von der ersten Verschiebevorrichtung (6) verschobenen Zigaretten (A) aus der Tasche (5) um wenigstens ein Drittel ihrer Länge ausgeworfen sind.
- Aussonderungsstation (S2) nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, wobei die Steuer- bzw. Regeleinheit (13) die zweite Verschiebevorrichtung (7) aktiviert, wenn die von der ersten Verschiebevorrichtung (6) verschobenen Zigaretten (A) aus der Tasche (5) um die Hälfte ihrer Länge ausgeworfen sind.
- Aussonderungsstation (S2) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, umfassend:einen ersten Behälter (11), der unterhalb des Gruppenbildungsförderers (4) an der entgegengesetzten bzw. gegenüberliegenden Seite zu der ersten Verschiebevorrichtung (6) angeordnet ist, um die von der ersten Verschiebevorrichtung (6) ausgeworfenen Zigaretten (A) aufzunehmen; undeinen zweiten Behälter (12), der unterhalb des Gruppenbildungsförderers (4) an der entgegengesetzten bzw. gegenüberliegenden Seite zu der zweiten Verschiebevorrichtung (7) angeordnet ist, um die von der zweiten Verschiebevorrichtung (7) ausgeworfenen Zigaretten (B) aufzunehmen.
- Aussonderungsverfahren zum Auswerfen einer fehlerhaften Gruppe (2) von Zigaretten aus einer Tasche (5) eines Gruppenbildungsförderers (4) einer Zigarettenverpackungsmaschine,
wobei zum Auswerfen der fehlerhaften Gruppe (2) von Zigaretten aus der Tasche (5) das Aussonderungsverfahren umfasst: einen Schritt des Verschiebens einiger der Zigaretten in der Gruppe (2) in einer Auswurfrichtung (D) senkrecht zu dem Weg (P) des Gruppenbildungsförderers (4) mittels einer ersten Verschiebevorrichtung (6), die längsseits des Gruppenbildungsförderers (4) angeordnet ist;
wobei das Aussonderungsverfahren dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass es zum Auswerfen der fehlerhaften Gruppe (2) von Zigaretten aus der Tasche (5) umfasst:einen weiteren Schritt des Verschiebens der restlichen Zigaretten in der Gruppe (2) in einer Auswurfrichtung (D) entgegengesetzt zu derjenigen der ersten Verschiebevorrichtung (6) mittels einer zweiten Verschiebevorrichtung (7), die längsseits des Gruppenbildungsförderers (4) an der entgegengesetzten bzw. gegenüberliegenden Seite zu der ersten Verschiebevorrichtung (6) angeordnet ist.
