- Dispositif, destiné à emballer une pile de produits (1) à l'aide d'un film rétractable, notamment à l'aide d'une housse rétractable (2), au moins un système d'enrobage (3) étant présent, pour tirer le film rétractable ou la housse rétractable (2) par-dessus la pile de produits (1), au moins un dispositif de préhension (4) pourvu d'éléments préhenseurs (5), destinés à saisir le bord inférieur (6) du film rétractable ou de la housse rétractable (2) tiré(e) par-dessus la pile de produits (1) étant prévu, par ailleurs, au moins un système de rétraction (7), notamment au moins un cadre de rétraction (8) étant présent, pour ajuster par rétraction le film rétractable ou la housse rétractable (2) tiré (e) par-dessus la pile de produits (1), au moins un système de convoyage (10) étant prévu, à l'aide duquel la pile de produits (1) est transportable, une première position de service (position de recouvrement) étant prévue, dans laquelle on tire le film rétractable à l'aide du système d'enrobage (3) par-dessus la pile de produits (1) et une seconde position de service (position de rétraction) étant prévue, dans laquelle on rétracte le film rétractable à l'aide du système de rétraction (7) par-dessus la pile de produits (1) et au moyen de l'au moins un système de convoyage (10), la pile de produits (1) étant transportable de la première position de service (position de recouvrement) dans la seconde position de service (position de rétraction), les éléments préhenseurs (5) du dispositif de préhension (4) étant mobiles, avec le film rétractable ou la housse rétractable (2) saisi(e) et avec la pile de produits (1) dans la direction de transport de la pile de produits (1), de sorte que les éléments préhenseurs (5) avec la pile de produits (1) transportée et le film rétractable tiré par-dessus ce dernier soit co-transportables dans la seconde position de service et que les éléments préhenseurs (5) fixent en le serrant le bord inférieur du film rétractable,
caractérisé en ce que
le système d'enrobage (3) comporte une pluralité d'éléments de manipulation (9), destinés à saisir le film rétractable ou la housse rétractable (2),
les éléments de manipulation (9) étant placés notamment dans les angles de la pile de produits (1),
le film rétractable avec les éléments de manipulation (9) étant tirés par-dessus la pile de produits (1) en ce que le système d'enrobage (3) ou les éléments de manipulation (9) de celui-ci est/sont déplacé(s) le long de la pile de produits (1),
dans la zone inférieure de la pile de produits (1) ou dans la zone d'un système de convoyage (10) pour la pile de produits (1), le film rétractable ou le bord inférieur (6) du film rétractable étant transférable par les éléments de manipulation (9) du système d'enrobage (3) vers les éléments préhenseurs (5) du dispositif de préhension (4) et
les éléments préhenseurs (5) étant manoeuvrables par voie mécanique et/ou électromagnétique. - Dispositif selon la revendication 1, le dispositif de préhension (4) comportant au moins une paire, de préférence au moins deux paires et de manière préférentielle plus de deux paires d'éléments préhenseurs (5), auxquelles paires d'éléments préhenseurs (5), le film rétractable ou le bord inférieur (6) du film rétractable est transféré/transférable par le système de d'enrobage et les deux éléments préhenseurs (5) d'une paire d'éléments préhenseurs (5) étant prévus sur des côtés opposés de la pile de produits (1), placés dans la direction de transport de la pile de produits (1).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, le système de rétraction (7) comportant au moins un cadre de rétraction (8), le cadre de rétraction (8) entourant la pile de produits (1) lors de la rétraction du film rétractable et le cadre de rétraction (8) étant déplaçable le long de la pile de produits (1) et chauffant à cet effet le film rétractable pour le rétracter par-dessus la pile de produits (1).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, les éléments préhenseurs (5) du dispositif de préhension (4) saisissant le bord inférieur (6) du film rétractable tiré par-dessus la pile de produits (1) pendant que la pile de produits (1) est transportée à l'aide du système de convoyage (10) de la première position de service (position de recouvrement) dans la seconde position de service (position de rétraction).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, les éléments préhenseurs (5) du dispositif de préhension (4) étant mobiles de manière synchrone avec le système de convoyage (10) de la première position de service (position de recouvrement) dans la seconde position de service (position de rétraction).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, les éléments préhenseurs (5) du dispositif de préhension (4) étant raccordés sur au moins un convoyeur sans fin (12) et au moyen du convoyeur sans fin (12), étant mobiles entre la première position de service (position de recouvrement) et la seconde position de service (position de rétraction).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, en-dessous de la pile de produits (1) qui doit être transportée ou en dessous des piles de produits (1) qui doivent être transportées étant prévu au moins un ventilateur, destiné à insuffler de l'air dans les interstices (13) entre le film rétractable ou la housse rétractable (2) posé(e) et la pile de produits (1) .
