  • the lifting arm 48 of the first lifting device 45 is again moved out of the magazine 39 (FIG. Fig. 11 ). Subsequently, the conveyor 66 is moved by one position, so that the next filled magazine 39 is positioned below the intermediate magazine 71. Then, the lifting arm 48 is again inserted into the magazine 39 and the objects 10 are lifted and transported upwards until the intermediate magazine 71 is again completely filled ( Fig. 12 ). Thereafter, the lifting arm 73 of the second lifting device 72 can be moved out of the intermediate magazine 71 again ( Fig. 13 ) and the further transport of the entire stack 40 is effected by the lifting arm 48 of the first lifting device 45 (FIG. Fig. 8 ).

Claims (12)

  1. Procédé de manutention d'objets plats (10), en particulier d'articles hygiéniques tels que des couches-culottes, des serviettes hygiéniques et similaires, les objets (10) étant transportés sur un parcours de transport (12) en un flux de produits et étant ensuite rassemblés en groupes d'objets (10) dans un poste de regroupement,
    des objets (10) étant incorporés dans le flux de produits au niveau d'un poste d'incorporation (23) avant que les objets (10) soient rassemblés en groupes, caractérisés en ce que
    au niveau du poste d'incorporation (23), les objets (10) sont préparés dans un magasin (39, 71) d'où ils sont prélevés pour être incorporés dans le flux de produits,
    en ce que les objets (10) sont prélevés par le haut dans le magasin (39, 71) qui est situé en dessous du parcours de transport (12),
    en ce que les objets (10) sont déplacés vers le haut dans le magasin (39, 71) par un dispositif de relèvement (45, 72) et
    en ce que le dispositif de relèvement (45, 72) est commandé par une unité de commande (17) en fonction de l'épaisseur des objets (10).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les objets (10) incorporés au niveau du poste d'incorporation (23) sont identiques et/ou différents des objets (10) déjà présents dans le flux de produits.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou selon l'une des autres revendications qui précèdent, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif (38) qui prélève les objets (10) dans le magasin (39, 71), en particulier une courroie aspirante (35), est disposé au niveau du poste d'incorporation (23) au-dessus du magasin (39, 71) ou d'une ouverture de prélèvement (43) du magasin (39, 71), le dispositif de prélèvement (38) étant abaissé au moins en partie au moyen d'un dispositif d'ajustement (65) pour prélever un objet (10) dans le magasin (39, 71), et étant relevé de nouveau après le prélèvement.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou selon l'une des autres revendications qui précèdent, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs magasins (39) sont associés à un dispositif de transport (66), en particulier un transporteur en boucle fermée présentant des logements (61) pour plusieurs magasins (39) et sont déplacés successivement au niveau du poste d'incorporation (23) pour y être vidés par incorporation de produits (10) du magasin (39) dans le flux de produits.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou selon l'une des autres revendications qui précèdent, caractérisé en ce que la vitesse de transport ou de production de certains ou de plusieurs organes présents dans le parcours de transport (12) sont adaptées par une ou plusieurs commandes (17, 19, 20) pour incorporer des objets (10) dans le poste d'incorporation (23).
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que pour incorporer des objets (10) dans un trou présent dans le flux de produits, la vitesse de production (10) d'un convertisseur (11) est abaissée et/ou la vitesse de transport des transporteurs (22, 24, 27, 28) est augmentée.
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou selon l'une des autres revendications qui précèdent, caractérisé en ce que les objets sont amenés au dispositif de regroupement dans un flux de produits régulier et ininterrompu.
  8. Ensemble de manipulation d'objets plats (10), en particulier des articles hygiéniques tels que des couches-culottes, des serviettes hygiéniques et similaires, présentant un parcours de transport (12) sur lequel les objets (10) sont transportés dans un flux de produits en direction d'un poste de regroupement, pour former des groupes d'objets (10), un poste d'incorporation (23) qui incorpore des objets (10) dans le flux de produits étant prévu sur le parcours de transport (12) à distance du poste de regroupement,
    caractérisé en ce que
    au niveau du poste d'incorporation (23) est prévu un magasin (39, 71) présentant des objets (10), ces derniers pouvant en être prélevés par le haut et en ce qu'un dispositif de relèvement (45, 72) qui transporte les objets (10) à l'intérieur du magasin (39, 71) est prévu, le magasin (39, 71) étant fermé dans le haut au moins en partie par un couvercle (42), une ouverture (43) étant formée à l'extérieur du couvercle (42) pour prélever les objets (10), le couvercle (42) et/ou les objets (10) étant de préférence légèrement inclinés.
  9. Ensemble selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif de prélèvement (38), en particulier une courroie aspirante (35), est disposé au-dessus du magasin (39, 71) au niveau du parcours de transport (12), le dispositif de prélèvement (38) pouvant être abaissé au moins en partie pour prélever un objet (10), pour saisir un objet (10) qui déborde en partie de l'ouverture de prélèvement (43).
  10. Ensemble selon la revendication 8 ou l'une des autres revendications qui précèdent, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs magasins (39) sont associés à un dispositif de transport (66) et peuvent être transportés successivement dans le poste d'incorporation (23) pour vider les magasins (39), un magasin intermédiaire (71) étant disposé dans le poste d'incorporation (23) au-dessus du magasin (39), les objets (10) pouvant être d'abord transportés par le dispositif de relèvement (45) jusqu'au niveau du magasin intermédiaire (71) et les objets provenant du magasin intermédiaire (71) pouvant être amenés au dispositif de prélèvement (38) au moyen d'un autre dispositif de relèvement (72), pendant que le magasin vide (39) est remplacé par un magasin plein (39).
  11. Ensemble selon la revendication 8 ou l'une des autres revendications qui précèdent, caractérisé en ce que la présence d'objets (10) dans les magasins (39) peut être vérifiée au moyen d'un dispositif de vérification (81), le dispositif de transport (66) pouvant être commandé au moyen d'une unité de commande (17) de telle sorte que seuls des magasins (39) contenant des objets (10) sont maintenus dans le poste d'incorporation (23) pour en prélever des objets (10).
  12. Ensemble selon la revendication 8 ou l'une des autres revendications qui précèdent, caractérisé en ce que pour être remplis d'objets (10), les magasins (39) peuvent être fixés de manière libérable sur le dispositif de transport (66), en particulier pour le nettoyage et/ou le remplissage des magasins par des objets (10) et/ou la mise en réserve à l'extérieur du dispositif de transport (66).
