Definitions
- the invention relates to an active dynamic seating furniture with a footboard, a seat and designed as a pillar deflectable pendulum column, which is connected by a pendulum joint, which opposes a return a restoring moment with the foot, and on / on which the seat is resiliently arranged , and with a device arranged on the seat for defining the backward direction, z.
- the musculoskeletal system requires and requires constant activity. He needs movement for a healthy development, and the maintenance of his function. Modern everyday life forces people to spend hours sitting. With an active dynamic seat opportunity, the user is provided with a three-dimensionally movable seating furniture for a dynamic and ergonomically sensible seating. By moving the body three-dimensionally while sitting, the user strengthens the back through continuous training of the muscles and actively maintains intervertebral discs, tendons and joints.
- the user When sitting on such a seat, the user is always required, by balancing the balance on the resilient seat to keep the body constantly moving easily. As a result, the user takes a straight Posture, so that the discs experience a uniform load.
- the mobility of the seat always encourages the user to sit upright and change the posture so that the intervertebral discs remain loaded in parallel with alternating pressure points.
- EP 0 808 116 B1 is a chair known, which has a return device to a footboard.
- This restoring device is formed of oscillating metal and consists of a tubular upper part, a lower part and an upper part and lower part arranged elastic material.
- the lower part which is fixedly attached to an arm of the foot part, surrounds the upper part cup-shaped, wherein the elastic material is arranged not only between the end sides, but also between the side walls.
- the upper part and the lower part are connected to one another via a screw, wherein the restoring device can be pretensioned via an adjusting nut cooperating with the screw and thus the restoring force can be adjusted.
- Such a stool can be equipped with a backrest. Then there is the need to limit the pendulum movement in at least one direction, in particular to the rear, so that when leaning back against the back of the user does not tilt unintentionally backwards.
- the publication DE 1 205 666 B1 discloses an active dynamic seating with a foot part 10, a seat 4 and designed as a pillar, deflectable pendulum column 1, which is connected by a pendulum joint 7, which opposes a return moment a return to the foot part, and arranged on the seat resiliently is, and with a seat arranged on the backrest 5 for defining the backward direction, wherein the foot part of the seat is equipped with a safety device 13 which sets a pendulum movement of the pendulum column backwards to a higher resistance than the resistance of the restoring moment in the other directions (see FIG. 2 ).
- the invention has for its object to form a generic seating so on that unintentional reclining can not lead to the fall of the seating.
- the safety device has a deflection limit formed in the pendulum joint.
- the limitation of the deflection prevents the user's center of gravity from shifting beyond the support area of the base.
- This Auslenkungsbegrenzung is formed in the pendulum joint, costs for an additional support structure are avoided and the aesthetic appearance of the furniture is not affected.
- the pendulum joint has an elastomeric hinge cup with elastic wall and elastic bottom, which is arranged in a rotatably mounted pot, the pendulum column is provided at its lower end with a leg rest, which is elastically received in the pivot cup and the wall of the Articulated cup in the region of the upper edge in the rear region has a radially inwardly projecting projection which has a lower compliance than a remainder formed bead on the inner circumference of the joint cup, the outer wall of the leg end abuts the projection and the bead.
- a particularly advantageous embodiment provides that the projection protrudes into the interior of the joint cup in the form of a circular section and at the location of the circular section on the outside of the joint cup a detachable crescent-shaped insert stiffens the projection.
- the insert is inserted into a correspondingly shaped insert recess.
- the wall of the joint cup in the bottom region opposite the region with the projection has an extension into which engages a formed in the bottom region of the main leg end nose projection.
- the support leg end is formed with a closure plate on which an elastic tensioning element designed in the manner of a vibration metal is arranged.
- the clamping element has a fastening bolt, which passes through aligned openings in the leg end, the cup and the pot and is externally screwed adjustable under the pot by means of a fastening nut.
- the fastening nut can be fixed to a hand wheel, so that an adjustment without tools is possible.
- the seat, the pendulum column and the pendulum bearing are rotatably connected to each other, and the unit formed thereby relative to the foot part about the column axis S is rotatably mounted.
- the pot is provided at its upper opening with a radially outwardly extending, circumferential, designed as an upper bearing ring rim with downwardly directed bearing track. This interacts directly or indirectly with a lower bearing ring provided in the foot part with the bearing web directed upwards, wherein the receiving pot is held on a receiving surface in the foot part by means of a threaded ring designed as an adjusting ring, which permits a rotation of the receiving pot.
- the adjusting ring which has a fine thread and which acts on the peripheral edge of the pot from above and rests on this in sliding contact, and on the lower bearing ring a measuring device according to the principle of a micrometer is formed.
- the storage finely dosed allow easy or difficult to turn.
- Eight threaded holes (G 1 - G 8 ) for a cover ring and four through holes are formed on the Sich ceremoniessgewindering, and three downwardly directed pins, which can cooperate with nine measuring holes in the lower bearing ring with concentric holes and each have the same angular distance from each other with the Condition that a pin and a through hole in the cover on a common Radiation jet lie and that a measuring bore (M 1 ) symmetrically between two threaded holes (g 1 , g 2 ) is arranged.
- the projection in the joint area extends over a circumferential angle of about 45 ° and in the rest of the Umfags Scheme a circumferential bead on the wall of the leg end A and this holds deflectable in the vertical position.
