Claims (14)

  1. Fermeture inviolable (1) comprenant un capuchon de fermeture (2) en plastique ainsi qu'un col de contenant (3a), le col de contenant (3a) et le capuchon de fermeture (2) étant connectés l'un à l'autre de manière mutuellement déplaçable par le biais d'un filetage ou par le biais d'une connexion à traction/poussée de telle sorte que le capuchon de fermeture (2) puisse être détaché du col de contenant (3a) par rotation autour de l'axe longitudinal (L) et/ou par coulissement dans la direction de l'axe longitudinal (L), le col de contenant (3a) comprenant une partie d'engagement (3d) qui est connectée au col de contenant (3a) par le biais d'une zone de connexion (3b), la partie d'engagement (3d) s'étendant dans la direction de l'étendue de l'axe longitudinal (L) et la partie d'engagement (3d) étant disposée de telle sorte que la partie d'engagement (3d) s'étende à l'extérieur le long de la partie d'enveloppe (2b) lorsque le capuchon de fermeture (2) est connecté au col de contenant (3a), caractérisée en ce que le capuchon de fermeture (2) comprend une partie de tête (2a) ainsi qu'une partie d'enveloppe (2b), la partie d'enveloppe (2b) étant configurée sous forme essentiellement cylindrique creuse et présentant un axe longitudinal (L), la partie d'enveloppe (2b) s'étendant depuis la partie de tête (2a) le long de l'axe longitudinal (L), la partie d'enveloppe (2b) présentant une portion d'extrémité (2f) à l'extrémité opposée à la partie de tête (2a) et le capuchon de fermeture (2) comprenant une partie d'inviolabilité (2e) ainsi que des parties de pont (2i), la partie d'inviolabilité (2e) étant disposée à distance de la partie d'enveloppe (2b) et étant connectée par le biais de parties de pont (2i) à la portion d'extrémité (2f) de la partie d'enveloppe (2b), et la partie d'inviolabilité (2e) étant disposée dans la direction d'étendue de l'axe longitudinal (L) le long de la portion d'extrémité (2f) de telle sorte que la partie d'inviolabilité (2e) soit disposée à distance de la partie d'enveloppe (2b) dans la direction radiale par rapport à l'axe longitudinal (L) et s'étende dans la direction périphérique par rapport à l'axe longitudinal (L) à l'extérieur le long de la partie d'enveloppe (2b), et
    la partie d'engagement (3d) présentant une saillie (3q), la saillie (3q) étant disposée dans la direction d'étendue de l'axe longitudinal (L) entre la partie de tête (2a) et la partie d'inviolabilité (2e), et la partie d'inviolabilité (2e) faisant saillie radialement par rapport à l'axe longitudinal (L) au-delà de la saillie (3q), de telle sorte que la partie d'inviolabilité (2e) vienne en contact pendant la première ouverture du capuchon de fermeture (2) avec la saillie (3q) et soit endommagée par celle-ci.
  2. Fermeture inviolable selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la partie d'engagement (3d) présente, vers le col de contenant (3a), une surface directrice (3i) s'étendant obliquement par rapport à l'axe longitudinal (L), la surface directrice (3i) se rapprochant du col de contenant (3a) dans la direction de la zone de connexion (3b).
  3. Fermeture inviolable selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la partie d'engagement (3d) comprend une barbe (3e), la saillie (3q) constituant une partie de la barbe.
  4. Fermeture inviolable selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que le col de contenant (3a) comprend une partie de support (3g) et en ce que la partie de support (3g) est disposée en regard de la partie d'engagement (3d).
  5. Fermeture inviolable selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que la zone de connexion (3b) est configurée sous forme de bague de col de contenant (3b).
  6. Fermeture inviolable selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que le capuchon de fermeture (2) présente un diamètre extérieur (D), en ce que l'extrémité (2m) du capuchon de fermeture (2) orientée vers la bague de col de contenant (3b) est espacée dans la direction de l'axe longitudinal (L) d'une distance (L2) de la bague de col de contenant (3b), et en ce que la distance (L2) est inférieure à 2 % du diamètre extérieur (D).
  7. Col de contenant (3a) présentant un canal de déversement (3m) s'étendant la direction d'un axe longitudinal (L), qui débouche dans une ouverture de sortie (3h), le col de contenant (3a) présentant, vers l'ouverture de sortie (3h), une portion avant (3k) et présentant, dans la direction de l'axe longitudinal (L), à la suite de la portion avant (3k), une portion arrière (31), et le col de contenant (3a) présentant au niveau du côté extérieur de la portion avant (3k) un filetage extérieur (3c) ou un moyen d'engagement (3p) pour la fixation d'un capuchon de fermeture (2), le filetage extérieur (3c) ou le moyen d'engagement (3p) présentant une profondeur (B1) radialement par rapport à l'axe longitudinal (L), et le col de contenant (3a), dans le cas de la portion arrière (31), présentant une zone de connexion (3b) et une partie d'engagement (3d), la zone de connexion (3b) s'étendant radialement par rapport à l'axe longitudinal (L) et la partie d'engagement (3d) s'étendant à partir de la zone de connexion (3b) dans la direction de l'axe longitudinal (L) et de manière orientée vers l'ouverture de sortie (3h), caractérisé en ce que le col de contenant (3a) présente une partie de support (3g) qui est disposée en regard de la partie d'engagement (3d) de sorte qu'une fente (3o) s'étendant entre la partie de support (3g) et la partie d'engagement (3d) dans la direction de l'axe longitudinal (L) soit formée, et la partie de support (3g) présentant, radialement par rapport à l'axe longitudinal (L), une largeur (B2) qui est au moins aussi grande que la profondeur (B1).
  8. Col de contenant selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la partie d'engagement (3d) présente au niveau de la portion d'extrémité opposée à la zone de connexion (3b) une saillie (3q), la saillie (3q) étant orientée vers la partie de support (3g) et pénétrant dans la fente (3o).
  9. Col de contenant selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la partie d'engagement (3d) comprend une barbe (3e), la saillie (3q) constituant une partie de la barbe (3e) de sorte que la barbe (3e) soit orientée vers la partie de support (3g) et pénètre dans la fente (3o).
  10. Col de contenant selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la partie d'engagement (3d) présente, dans la direction de l'ouverture de sortie (3h), une surface directrice (3i) qui s'étend transversalement à l'axe longitudinal (L) de telle sorte que la surface directrice (3i) constitue, dans la direction de la zone de connexion (3b), une fente se rétrécissant (3n).
  11. Col de contenant selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 10, caractérisé en ce que celui-ci comprend deux parties d'engagement (3d) qui sont disposées de manière décalée de 180° par rapport à l'axe longitudinal (L).
  12. Col de contenant selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 11, caractérisé en ce que la zone de connexion (3b) est configurée sous forme de bague de col de contenant (3b).
  13. Contenant (3) ou col de contenant (3) comprenant une fermeture inviolable selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6.
  14. Procédé de fabrication d'une fermeture inviolable (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, en connectant le capuchon de fermeture (2) à un col de contenant (3a) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 12, caractérisé en ce qu'une portion avant (3k) du col de contenant (3a) est introduite par encliquetage ou rotation dans le capuchon de fermeture (2) et en ce qu'une partie d'inviolabilité (2e) du capuchon de fermeture (2) est pressée contre un épaulement (21) du capuchon de fermeture (2) pendant la connexion du capuchon de fermeture (2) au col de contenant (3a) par la partie d'engagement (3d) de telle sorte que la partie d'inviolabilité (2e) s'applique pendant la connexion au moins temporairement dans une position définie contre l'épaulement (21) afin d'éviter, pendant la connexion, des forces de traction excessives sur les parties de pont (2i).
