Claims (11)

  1. Schneidwerkzeug (100) zum Zuschneiden einer Platte (A), die mit einer vorgegebenen Dicke (e) aus einem Recyclingmaterial hergestellt ist, wobei das Werkzeug eine Auflage (10) umfasst, auf der eine Klinge (20) mit einer vorgegebenen Klingenbreite (Lt) durch einen Zapfen (21) schwenkbar zwischen einer geöffneten Position zum Aufnehmen der Platte (A), die zugeschnitten werden soll, zwischen der Auflage (10) und der Klinge (20) und einer geschlossenen Position am Ende eines Zuschnitts befestigt ist, wobei die Auflage (10) einen Abschnitt (2, 2a, 2b, 2c) umfasst, der mit einem Schlitz (3) versehen ist, der ausgelegt ist, während des Schnitts mindestens einen Teil der Klinge (20) aufzunehmen, wobei der Schlitz (3) zwei Längskanten (3a-3b) umfasst, die voneinander durch eine Schlitzbreite (Lfmax) beabstandet sind, die in jedem Fall größer als eine Klingenbreite (Lt) ist, derart, dass die Klinge (20) von jeder Längskante (3a-3b) des Schlitzes (3) beabstandet ist und während des Übergangs von der geöffneten Position in die geschlossene Position nicht mit den Längskanten des Schlitzes in Kontakt gelangt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Werkzeug eine Haube (200, 300, 400, 500, 600), die abnehmbar auf dem Abschnitt (2a) der Auflage (10) befestigt ist, umfasst, wobei die Haube einen Schlitz (203, 303), dessen Breite (Lf) kleiner als eine Breite (Lfmax) des Schlitzes (3) der Auflage und größer als eine Breite (Lt) der Klinge (20) ist, umfasst.
  2. Schneidwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Klinge (20) von jeder Längskante (3a-3b) des Schlitzes durch einen Spalt (e1-e2) beabstandet ist, der größer oder gleich 5 % der Klingenbreite (Lt), vorzugsweise zwischen 5 % und 60 % der Klingenbreite (Lt), stärker bevorzugt zwischen 10 % und 50 % der Klingenbreite (Lt), vorteilhafterweise zwischen 25 % und 40 % der Klingenbreite (Lt), typischerweise ungefähr gleich 35 % der Klingenbreite (Lt) ist.
  3. Schneidwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Klinge (20) von jeder Längskante (3a-3b) des Schlitzes durch einen Spalt (e1-e2) beabstandet ist, der größer oder gleich einer Dicke (e) der zuzuschneidenden Platte ist.
  4. Schneidwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, wobei die Klinge (20) von jeder Längskante (3a-3b) des Schlitzes durch einen gleichen Spalt (e1-e2) beabstandet ist.
  5. Schneidwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, wobei die Klinge (20) von jeder Längskante (3a-3b) des Schlitzes durch einen unterschiedlichen Spalt (e1-e2) beabstandet ist.
  6. Schneidwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei die Klinge durch einen Zapfen, der mit Abstandshaltern (30-31) einer vorgegebenen Dicke versehen ist, damit die Klinge während des Zuschnitts von den Längskanten des Schlitzes beabstandet ist, drehbar auf der Auflage befestigt ist.
  7. Schneidwerkzeug nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Klinge eine Breite von 6 Millimetern aufweist und der Schlitz eine Breite im Bereich von 6,6 mm bis 13,2 mm, vorzugsweise im Bereich von 9 bis 10,5 mm, aufweist.
  8. Schneidwerkzeug nach Anspruch 3, wobei die Klinge eine Dicke von 6 Millimetern aufweist und der Schlitz eine Dicke im Bereich von 18 mm bis 36 mm, vorzugsweise im Bereich von 22 bis 34 mm, vorteilhafterweise im Bereich von 26 mm bis 30 mm aufweist.
  9. System zum Zuschneiden von Platten (A), die mit vorgegebenen Dicken (e) aus einem Recyclingmaterial hergestellt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ein Werkzeug nach Anspruch 1 und mehrere Hauben (200, 300, 400, 500, 600) umfasst, wovon jede einen Schlitz (203, 303), dessen Breite (Lf) vorgegeben und von einer Haube zur anderen unterschiedlich ist, umfasst, wobei die Hauben ausgelegt sind, abhängig von der Dicke (e) der zuzuschneidenden Platte wahlweise abnehmbar auf der Auflage (10) befestigt zu werden.
  10. System nach Anspruch 9, das ferner ein Arretierungsmittel (204, 304, 504, 604) an der Betriebsposition einer Haube (200, 300, 400, 500, 600) auf dem Werkzeug umfasst.
  11. System nach einem der Ansprüche 9 oder 10, wobei die Hauben (200, 300, 400, 500, 600) Punkte (4) zum Halten der zuzuschneidenden Platten (A) entlang des Schlitzes umfassen.
