Claims (9)

  1. Anschlag (200) für ein Schneidwerkzeug (100) zum Schneiden einer Platte (A), die aus einem rekonstituierten Material besteht, wobei das Werkzeug umfasst:
    - einen Träger (10),
    - eine Klinge (20), die auf dem Träger durch einen Schwenkzapfen (21) schwenkbar zwischen einer offenen Position, um, zwischen dem Träger (10) und der Klinge (20), die Platte aufzunehmen, welche zu schneiden ist, und einer geschlossenen Position am Ende eines Schneidens montiert ist,
    - einen Schlitz (3), der dazu bestimmt ist, mindestens einen Teil der Klinge während des Schneidens aufzunehmen, wobei der Schlitz von einem Abschnitt (2) des Trägers mit bestimmter Breite (Ls) getragen wird und ein proximales Ende (3a) nahe bei dem Schwenkzapfen und ein distales Ende (3b) entfernt von dem Schwenkzapfen umfasst,
    - eine Nut (13), die in den Schlitz (3) nahe bei dem distalen Ende (3b) mündet, wobei der Anschlag dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass dieser eine erste Verwendungsposition, die als "Schneiden" bezeichnet wird, und eine zweite Verwendungsposition, die als "Besäumen" bezeichnet wird, aufweist, wobei der Anschlag umfasst:
    - eine mittlere Wand (201), die dazu bestimmt ist, mit Kraft in die Nut (13) eingesetzt zu werden, und umfassend:
    - eine erste ebene Fläche (202), die als "Kontakt" bezeichnet wird, auf der eine Lippe (203) angeordnet ist, die als "Stütze" bezeichnet wird, die sich in einer ersten Ebene (P1) senkrecht zu der Kontaktfläche (202) erstreckt und die positioniert ist, um auf der Höhe des Schlitzes (3) in der Verwendungsposition des Schneidens hervorzutreten;
    - eine zweite ebene Fläche (204), die der Kontaktfläche (202) gegenüberliegt, auf der eine Lippe (205) angeordnet ist, die als "Besäumung" bezeichnet wird, die sich senkrecht zu der zweiten ebenen Fläche (204) in einer zweiten Ebene (P2) parallel und verschoben in Bezug auf die erste Ebene (P1) der Stützlippe (203) erstreckt, um auf der Höhe des Schlitzes (3) in der Verwendungsposition des Besäumens hervorzutreten.
  2. Anschlag nach Anspruch 1, ferner umfassend eine Lippe (206), die als "Haltelippe" bezeichnet wird, die senkrecht zu der Kontaktfläche (202) in einer dritten Ebene (P3) parallel und verschoben um eine bestimmte Distanz (d) in Bezug auf die erste Ebene (P1) der Stützlippe (203) angeordnet ist.
  3. Anschlag nach Anspruch 1, ferner umfassend auf der zweiten ebenen Fläche (204) einen Keil (210a, 210b, 210c) senkrecht zu der zweiten ebenen Fläche (204) und zu der Besäumungslippe (205), wobei der Keil dazu bestimmt ist, in die Nut (13) des Trägers in der Verwendungsposition eingesetzt zu werden.
  4. Anschlag nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Stützlippe (203) und die Besäumungslippe (205) jeweils eine Ausnehmung (203a, 205a) mit einer Breite umfassen, die knapp kleiner, gleich oder größer als die Breite (Ls) des Abschnitts (2) des Trägers ist, der den Schlitz trägt.
  5. Anschlag nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Haltelippe (206) eine Ausnehmung (206a) mit einer Breite aufweist, die knapp kleiner, gleich oder größer als die Breite des Abschnitts des Trägers ist, der den Schlitz trägt, wobei die Ausnehmung der Haltelippe mit der Ausnehmung der Stützlippe und der Ausnehmung der Besäumungslippe ausgerichtet ist.
  6. Anschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, wobei die Haltelippe und die Stützlippe voneinander um eine Distanz beabstandet sind, welche knapp kleiner, gleich oder größer als die Dicke der Platte ist, die zu schneiden ist.
  7. Schneidwerkzeug zum Schneiden einer Platte, die aus einem rekonstituierten Material besteht, wobei das Werkzeug umfasst: einen Träger (10), auf dem eine Klinge (20) durch einen Schwenkzapfen (21) schwenkbar zwischen einer offenen Position, um, zwischen dem Träger (10) und der Klinge (20), die Platte aufzunehmen, die zu schneiden ist, und einer geschlossenen Position am Ende eines Schneidens montiert ist, wobei der Träger (10) einen mit einem Schlitz (3) versehenen Abschnitt (2) umfasst, der dazu bestimmt ist, mindestens einen Teil der Klinge (20) während des Schneidens aufzunehmen, wobei der Schlitz ein proximales Ende (3a) nahe bei dem Schwenkzapfen und ein distales Ende (3b) entfernt von dem Schwenkzapfen umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abschnitt (2) des mit dem Schlitz versehenen Trägers umfasst:
    - eine Nut (13), die in den Schlitz nahe bei dem distalen Ende mündet, und
    - einen Anschlag (200) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, der abnehmbar in dem Schlitz montiert ist.
  8. Verfahren zum Schneiden einer Platte, die aus einem rekonstituierten Material besteht, mit einem Werkzeug nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieses die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    a) Bereitstellen eines Werkzeugs nach Anspruch 7;
    b) Bringen der Klinge in die offene Position;
    c) Positionieren des Anschlags in die Verwendungsposition, die als "Schneiden" bezeichnet wird, indem die mittlere Wand des Anschlags in die Nut derart eingesetzt wird, dass die Kontaktfläche des Anschlags und die Stützlippe zu dem Schlitz gerichtet sind, dass die Besäumungslippe unter der Stützlippe angeordnet ist, und dass die Stützlippe auf der Höhe des Schlitzes hervortritt;
    d) Platzieren der zu schneidenden Platte auf den Abschnitt des Trägers, der mit dem Schlitz versehen ist, und gegen die Kontaktfläche des Anschlags und auf die Stützlippe;
    e) Schwenken der Klinge um den Schwenkzapfen, um diese in die geschlossene Position zu führen, und Schneiden der Platte.
  9. Verfahren zum Besäumen einer Platte, die aus einem rekonstituierten Material besteht, mit einem Werkzeug nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieses die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    α) Bereitstellen eines Werkzeugs nach Anspruch 7;
    β) Bringen der Klinge in die offene Position;
    γ) Positionieren des Anschlags in die Verwendungsposition, die als "Besäumen" bezeichnet wird, indem die mittlere Wand des Anschlags in die Nut derart eingesetzt wird, dass die Kontaktfläche des Anschlags und die Stützlippe zu dem Schlitz gerichtet sind, dass die Besäumungslippe über der Stützlippe angeordnet ist und auf der Höhe des Schlitzes hervortritt;
    δ) Platzieren der zu schneidenden Platte auf den Abschnitt des Trägers, der mit dem Schlitz versehen ist, und auf die Besäumungslippe;
    ε) Schwenken der Klinge um den Schwenkzapfen, um diese in die geschlossene Position zu führen;
    ζ) Wiederholen der Schritte β), δ) und ε), bis die Platte vollständig besäumt ist.
