Description

    Gebiet der Erfindung
  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Taschen-Rucksack-Kombination gemäss Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
    • Stand der Technik
  • Aus dem Stand der Technik sind Handtaschen bekannt, welche einen austauschbaren Deckel besitzen. Der Deckel kann gegen einen anderen Deckel mit einem anderen Motiv und / oder Material getauscht werden. Der Stauraum einer solchen Handtasche ist jedoch im Vergleich zu Rucksäcken oder Reisetaschen relativ klein.
  • In der JP 2002 325615 ist eine Kombination von drei Taschen offenbart. Die Taschen lassen sich an ihren Seitenflächen miteinander verbinden und wieder lösen. Bevorzugt ist das Verbinden und Lösen der Taschen durch Reissverschlüsse realisiert. Die JP 2002 325615 schlägt auch vor, dass eine einzelne Tasche auch an anderen grösseren Taschen, beispielsweise einer Reisetasche oder einem Rucksack, anzippbar ist. Dadurch muss man nicht mehrere Taschen gleichzeitig tragen. Allerdings ist der Rucksack störend, wenn dessen Stauraum nicht benötigt wird.
  • Auch in der US 6,015,072 der US 5,964,383 und der DE 88 10 050 U1 ist eine Kombinationen aus einer Tasche und einem Rucksack vorgeschlagen. In allen drei Publikationen ist vorgeschlagen, dass die Tasche zwei Fächer besitzt. Der Rucksack ist fest mit der Tasche verbunden und lässt sich aus einem der Fächer entfalten. Jedoch muss der Rucksack immer mit der Tasche transportiert werden, da er mit dieser fest verbunden ist.
    • Aufgabe der Erfindung
  • Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, die aus dem Stand der Technik bekannten Taschen-Rucksack Kombinationen dahingehend zu verbessern, dass sie flexibler werden und vom Benutzer individueller gestaltbar sind.
    • Beschreibung
  • Erfindungsgemäss wird die Aufgabe bei einer Taschen-Rucksack-Kombination gemäss Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 dadurch gelöst, dass die Tasche einen zweiten Stauraum besitzt, welcher an den ersten Stauraum angrenzt und von der Trennwand, einem Deckel und einem die Trennwand und den Deckel verbindenden zweiten Seitenwand begrenzt ist, wobei der Deckel durch einen umlaufenden Reissverschluss oder umlaufende Druckknöpfe vollständig von der zweiten Seitenwand abzippbar bzw. vollständig lösbar ist, wodurch an der zweiten Seitenwand ein freier Rand erhältlich ist, und dass die Tasche nach vollständigem Lösen des Deckels mit dem freien Rand an dem Rucksack befestigbar ist und der Deckel an dem Rucksack befestigbar ist. Die Kombination ermöglicht es grosse gestalterische Spielräume ihre optische Erscheinung betreffend. Der Deckel kann durch andere Deckel mit einer anderen Farbe und/oder einem anderen Material getauscht werden. Sind eine erste und eine zweite Taschen-Rucksack-Kombination vorhanden, so sind die beiden Taschen, die beiden Rucksäcke und die beiden Deckel beliebig kombinierbar. Dadurch kann der Benutzer beliebige Farb- und Materialkombinationen nach seinen Vorstellungen realisieren. So ist es denkbar, dass Rucksack und/oder Tasche und/oder Deckel an die Kleidung des Benutzers angepasst werden.
    Die Bezeichnung Rucksack soll im Rahmen dieser Anmeldung auch Taschen, beispielsweise Beuteltaschen, umfassen. Der Rucksack kann also auf dem Rücken getragen werden, muss aber nicht. Durch Vorsehen eines Tragegriffes kann der Rucksack auch in der Hand getragen werden.
    In einer besonders bevorzugten Ausgestaltungsform der Erfindung findet der Rucksack in dem ersten oder zweiten Stauraum zusammengefaltet Platz. Diese Kombination hat den Vorteil, dass der Stauraum der Tasche jederzeit durch den in einem der Stauräume aufgenommenen Rucksack erweiterbar ist. Auch schwerere Waren können mit Hilfe des Rucksacks am Rücken getragen werden. Wird der Rucksack nicht benötigt, so lässt er sich rasch in einem der Stauräume zusammengefaltet verstauen. In dem Stauraum ist der Rucksack von aussen nicht sichtbar. So bietet diese Gepäcks-Kombination eine sehr grosse Flexibilität, was den momentan benötigten Stauraum betrifft.
  • In einer weiteren Ausgestaltungsform der Erfindung ist an dem Deckel ein dritter Stauraum vorgesehen. Der Deckel bietet Platz für kleiner Gegenstände, wie Geldbörsen, Schlüssel usw. Ist der Deckel rechteckig ausgestaltet lässt er sich auch als Mappe nutzen.
    In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist der Rucksack von der Tasche vollständig lösbar. Ist der Rucksack entfaltet, so kann er von der Tasche getrennt getragen werden oder aber auch zusammen mit der Tasche getragen werden.
  • In einer weiteren Ausführungsform ist der Rucksack unlösbar von der Tasche in dem ersten oder zweiten Stauraum angeordnet und aus dem jeweiligen Stauraum heraus entfaltbar. Diese Ausführungsform hat den Vorteil, dass die Tasche und der Rucksack immer miteinander verbunden sind. Allerdings ist diese Lösung weniger flexibel und ein Stauraum der Tasche ist immer von dem Rucksack belegt.
    Mit Vorteil ist der Querschnitt der Tasche rund oder mehreckig. Die runde Form ermöglicht, dass die Reissverschlüsse keine Ecken aufweisen und leichtgängig zu betätigen sind. Denkbar sind selbstverständlich auch andere eckigen, abgerundeten oder ovalen Formen.
    Als vorteilhaft erweist es sich, wenn sich der Deckel von dem Rest der Tasche optisch unterscheidet. Beispielsweise kann der Deckel eine andere Farbe, ein anderes Material, eine andere Materialstruktur oder dekorative Elemente aufweisen. Diese optische Aufwertung, welche die Tasche durch den Deckel erfährt, lässt sich auch auf den Rucksack übertragen, wenn der Deckel an der Vorderseite des Rucksacks angezippt wird.
    In einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform umfasst die Tasche einen Schulterriemen, welcher teilbar ist, wodurch er als die beiden Schultergurten des Rucksackes verwendbar ist. Ein zweigeteilter Schulterriemen lässt sich am einfachsten durch einen Reissverschluss in Längsrichtung umsetzen. Die beiden so erhältlichen Schulterriemen lassen sich an der Oberseite und am Boden des Rucksacks einhängen.
    In einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausgestaltungsform sind die ersten Enden der Schultergurten an dem Rucksack und die zweiten Enden der Schultergurten an der Tasche lösbar befestigbar. Dadurch benötigt der Rucksack keine eigenen Befestigungsösen zum Einhängen der zweiten Enden der Schultergurte. Es können die ohnedies vorhandenen Ösen der Tasche verwendet werden. Soll der Rucksack auch ohne der Tasche am Rücken getragen werden können, so sind weitere Ösen am Rucksack vorzusehen.
    Als vorteilhaft erweist es sich, wenn die Kombination einen lösbaren Schultergurt und einen lösbaren Handtaschengriff umfasst. Die Taschen-Rucksack-Kombination ist dadurch noch flexibler. Wird der Taschenhenkel an dem Rucksack befestigt kann dieser als Beuteltasche verwendet werden. Wird der Taschenhenkel an der Tasche befestigt, kann diese als Handtasche verwendet werden. Der Schultergurt dient dazu, dass der Rucksack oder die Tasche über eine Schulter getragen werden kann.
  • Weitere Vorteile und Merkmale ergeben sich aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung zweier Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung unter Bezugnahme auf die schematischen Darstellungen. Es zeigen in nicht massstabsgetreuer Darstellung:

  • Die erfindungsgemässe Taschen-Rucksack-Kombination wird gesamthaft mit dem Bezugszeichen 11 bezeichnet. Dabei ist ein Rucksack 13 in einer Hand- bzw. Umhängetasche 15 zusammengefaltet aufgenommen. Die in Figur 1 gezeigte Handtasche 15 besitzt einen ersten und zweiten Stauraum 17,19. Der erste Stauraum 17 ist von einem Boden 21, einer Trennwand 23 und einer ersten Seitenwand 25 begrenzt. An der ersten Seitenwand 25 ist eine Zugangsöffnung 27 vorgesehen, um aus dem ersten Stauraum Gegenstände entnehmen zu können und in diesen hineingeben zu können. Die Zugangsöffnung 27 kann beispielsweise durch einen Reissverschluss verschlossen werden. Die Zugangsöffnung 27 kann umlaufend entlang der ersten Seitenwand 25 verlaufen oder aber auch schlitzförmig sein und eine Länge von beispielsweise 20 cm aufweisen.
    Der zweite Stauraum 19 ist durch die Trennwand 23, eine zweite Seitenwand 29 und einen Deckel 31 begrenzt. Der Deckel 31 ist durch einen umlaufenden Reissverschluss 33 vollständig von der zweiten Seitenwand abzippbar. In dem zweiten Stauraum kann der Rucksack 13 verstaut werden (Figur 3). Ist der Rucksack 13 jedoch für beide Stauräume 17,19 zu gross, so kann die Taschen-Rucksack-Kombination 11 gemeinsam transportiert werden, indem die Handtasche 15 an dem Rucksack 13 befestigt werden kann. Der Rucksack 13 hat an seinem Boden 34 und seiner Frontseite ein erstes bzw. zweites Reissverschlussteil 35,37 angeordnet (Figur 4). Das erste und zweite Reissverschlussteil 35,37 wirken mit dem zweiten Reissverschlussteil 39 der zweiten Seitenwand 29 bzw. mit dem ersten Reissverschlussteil 41 des Deckels 41 zusammen. Diese besondere Anordnung von ersten und zweiten Reissverschlussteilen ermöglicht eine äusserst flexible Nutzung von Tasche 15 und Rucksack 13: Der Boden 34 des Rucksacks 13 lässt sich an die zweite Seitenwand 29 anzippen, wie dies in Figur 2 gezeigt ist. Dadurch lässt sich eine Kombination aus Tasche 15 und Rucksack 13 herstellen. Gemäss einer weiteren Ausführungsform kann an der Innenseite der zweiten Seitenwand auch ein weiteres Reissverschlussteil 40 angeordnet sein. Das weitere Reissverschlussteil 40 ist wenigstens 2 cm unterhalb des zweiten Reissverschlussteils 39 an der inneren Seitenwand 29 positioniert. Das weitere Reissverschlussteil 40 kann mit dem ersten Reissverschlussteils 35 des Rucksackbodens 34 zusammenwirken. Der Rucksack 11 kann dadurch ordentlich in dem zweiten Stauraum 19 verstaut werden. Im verstauten Zustand des Rucksacks 11 bleibt in dem zweiten Stauraum 19 trotz Aufnahme des Rucksacks 11 noch Platz zwischen Rucksackboden 34 und Deckel 31. Die Tasche 15 bietet demnach zwei Stauräume, auch wenn der Rucksack 11 in der Tasche verstaut ist.
    Die Tasche 15 muss nicht in dem Rucksack, wo sie unnötig Stauraum benötigt, verstaut werden, sondern ist an dem Boden des Rucksacks 13 befestigt, wo sie nicht stört. Der erste Stauraum 17 der Tasche 15 ist von aussen weiterhin zugänglich und kann benutzt werden. Der Deckel 31 der Tasche 15 kann an der Vorderseite des Rucksacks 13 angezippt werden. Dies hat mehrere Vorteile: Der Deckel 31 muss nicht separat in der Tasche 15 oder dem Rucksack 13 verstaut werden. Sind auf dem Deckel dekorative Elemente angeordnet, um die Tasche zu schmücken, so lässt sich damit auch der Rucksack schmücken. Wird der Deckel 31 an der Vorderseite des Rucksacks 13 angezippt, so entsteht ein schmales Staufach zwischen dem Rucksack 13 und dem Deckel 31.
    Der Schulterriemen 43 der Tasche 15 lässt sich durch einen weiteren Reissverschluss 45 teilen, wodurch er als die beiden Schultergurten 43a,43b des Rucksacks 13 verwendbar ist. In diesem Ausführungsbeispiel sind der Rucksack 13 und die Tasche 15 auch separat verwendbar. Auch können mehrere Deckel 31 mit unterschiedlichem Erscheinungsbild verwendet werden, um das Design des Rucksacks 13 bzw. der Tasche 15 rasch und effektiv ändern zu können.
    In dem Ausführungsbeispiel gemäss der Figur 6 ist die Taschen-Rucksack-Kombination 11 eine untrennbare Einheit. Dabei ist der Rucksack 13 derart in den ersten Stauraum 17 eingenäht, dass der Boden 21 der Tasche gleichzeitig der Boden 34 des Rucksacks 13 ist. Der zweite Stauraum 19 ist an der Vorderseite des Rucksacks 13 untrennbar angeordnet. In dem ersten Stauraum 17 lässt sich der Rucksack 13 zusammengefaltet komplett verstauen. Dann kann sich der Benutzer die Tasche 15 umhängen und den zweiten Stauraum 19 unabhängig von dem mit dem Rucksack 13 gefüllten ersten Stauraum 17 nutzen.

Claims (7)

  1. Taschen-Rucksack-Kombination (11), umfassend einen Rucksack (13) und eine Tasche (15), wobei die Tasche (15)
    - einem ersten Stauraum(17) besitzt, welcher von
    - einem Boden (21),
    - einer Trennwand (23) und
    - einem den Boden (21) und die Trennwand (23) verbindenden ersten eine Zugangsöffnung (27) aufweisende Seitenwand (25) begrenzt ist
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    - die Tasche (15) einen zweiten Stauraum (19) besitzt, welcher an den ersten Stauraum (17) angrenzt und von
    - der Trennwand (23),
    - einem Deckel (31) und
    - einem die Trennwand (23) und den Deckel (31) verbindenden zweiten Seitenwand (29) begrenzt ist,
    wobei der Deckel (31) durch einen umlaufenden Reissverschluss (33) oder umlaufende Druckknöpfe vollständig von der zweiten Seitenwand abzippbar bzw. vollständig lösbar ist, wodurch an der zweiten Seitenwand (29) ein freier Rand erhältlich ist, und dass die Tasche (15) nach vollständigem Lösen des Deckels (31) mit dem freien Rand an dem Rucksack (13) befestigbar ist und der Deckel (31) an dem Rucksack (13) befestigbar ist.
  2. Kombination nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rucksack (13) in dem ersten oder zweiten Stauraum (17,19) zusammengefaltet Platz findet.
  3. Kombination nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Deckel (31) ein dritter Stauraum vorgesehen ist.
  4. Kombination nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Querschnitt der Tasche (15) rund oder mehreckig ist.
  5. Kombination nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Deckel (31) von dem Rest der Tasche (15) optisch unterscheidet, indem er eine andere Farbe, ein anderes Material, eine andere Materialstruktur oder dekorative Elemente aufweist.
  6. Kombination nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kombination (11) einen Schulterriemen (43) umfasst, welcher teilbar ist, wodurch er als die beiden Schultergurten (43a,43b) des Rucksackes (13) verwendbar ist.
  7. Kombination nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kombination einen lösbaren Schultergurt und einen lösbaren Handtaschenhenkel umfasst.
