Description

Gebiet der ErfindungField of the invention

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Taschen-Rucksack-Kombination gemäss Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a pocket-backpack combination according to the preamble of claim 1.

Stand der TechnikState of the art

Handbags are known from the prior art, which have a replaceable lid. The lid can be exchanged for another lid with another motif and / or material. However, the storage space of such a handbag is relatively small compared to backpacks or travel bags.

In the JP 2002 325615 is a combination of three bags revealed. The pockets can be connected to each other at their side surfaces and released again. Preferably, the connection and detachment of the pockets is realized by zippers. The JP 2002 325615 Also suggests that a single bag can also be tipped on other larger bags, such as a travel bag or a backpack. This does not mean you have to carry several bags at the same time. However, the backpack is annoying when its storage space is not needed.

Also in the US 6,015,072 of the US 5,964,383 and the DE 88 10 050 U1 is suggested a combinations of a bag and a backpack. In all three publications it is suggested that the bag has two compartments. The backpack is firmly attached to the bag and can be unfolded from one of the compartments. However, the backpack must always be transported with the bag as it is firmly connected to this.

Aufgabe der ErfindungObject of the invention

The object of the present invention is to improve the pocket backpack combinations known from the prior art in such a way that they become more flexible and can be designed individually by the user.

Beschreibungdescription

According to the invention the problem is solved in a pocket-backpack combination according to the preamble of claim 1, characterized in that the bag has a second storage space which is adjacent to the first storage space and of the partition wall, a lid and a second side wall connecting the partition and the lid is limited, wherein the lid by a circumferential zipper or rotating push buttons completely abzippbar or completely detachable from the second side wall, whereby on the second side wall, a free edge is available, and that the bag after complete release of the lid with the free edge the backpack is fastened and the lid is attachable to the backpack. The combination allows for great creative freedom in terms of their visual appearance. The lid may be replaced with other lids of a different color and / or material. If a first and a second bag-backpack combination are available, the two bags, the two backpacks and the two lids can be combined as desired. This allows the user to realize any color and material combinations according to his ideas. So it is conceivable that backpack and / or bag and / or lid are adapted to the clothing of the user.
The term backpack should in the context of this application also include bags, such as pouches. The backpack can therefore be worn on the back, but does not have to. By providing a carrying handle, the backpack can also be worn in the hand.
In a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, the backpack is folded in the first or second storage space. This combination has the advantage that the storage space of the bag at any time by the recorded in one of the storage compartments backpack is expandable. Even heavier goods can be worn with the help of the backpack on the back. If the backpack is not needed, it can be stowed away quickly in one of the stowage compartments. In the storage space, the backpack is not visible from the outside. So this luggage combination offers a very high flexibility in terms of the currently required storage space.

In a further embodiment of the invention, a third storage space is provided on the lid. The lid offers space for small items such as purses, keys, etc. If the lid is rectangular, it can also be used as a folder.
In a preferred embodiment, the backpack is completely detachable from the bag. If the backpack is unfolded, it can be carried separately from the bag or even be worn with the bag.

In a further embodiment, the backpack is arranged inseparably from the pocket in the first or second storage space and can be deployed out of the respective storage space. This embodiment has the advantage that the bag and the backpack are always connected to each other. However, this solution is less flexible and a storage space of the bag is always occupied by the backpack.
Advantageously, the cross-section of the bag is round or polygonal. The round shape allows that the zippers have no corners and are easy to operate. Of course, other angular, rounded or oval shapes are conceivable.
It proves to be advantageous if the lid visually differs from the rest of the bag. For example, the lid may have a different color, a different material, a different material structure or decorative elements. This visual enhancement, which the bag experiences through the lid, can also be transferred to the backpack when the lid on the front of the backpack is zipped.
In another preferred embodiment, the bag includes a shoulder strap which is divisible, thereby acting as the two shoulder straps of the backpack is usable. A two-piece shoulder strap is easiest to implement by a zipper in the longitudinal direction. The two shoulder straps so available can be hung on the top and bottom of the backpack.
In a further preferred embodiment, the first ends of the shoulder straps on the backpack and the second ends of the shoulder straps on the bag are releasably attachable. As a result, the backpack needs no own eyelets for hanging the second ends of the shoulder straps. It can be used without the existing eyelets of the bag. If the backpack can be worn without the bag on the back, so further eyelets are provided on the backpack.
It proves to be advantageous if the combination comprises a detachable shoulder strap and a detachable handbag grip. The bag-backpack combination is thus even more flexible. If the bag handle attached to the backpack this can be used as a pouch. If the bag handle is attached to the bag, it can be used as a handbag. The shoulder strap allows the backpack or bag to be carried over one shoulder.

The inventive pocket-backpack combination is designated overall by the reference numeral 11. In this case, a backpack 13 is added folded in a hand or shoulder bag 15. In the FIG. 1 shown handbag 15 has a first and second storage space 17,19. The first storage space 17 is bounded by a bottom 21, a partition wall 23 and a first side wall 25. An access opening 27 is provided on the first side wall 25 in order to be able to remove objects from the first storage space and to be able to feed into these. The access opening 27 can be closed, for example, by a zipper. The access opening 27 can run circumferentially along the first side wall 25 or else be slot-shaped and have a length of, for example, 20 cm.
The second storage space 19 is bounded by the partition wall 23, a second side wall 29 and a lid 31. The cover 31 is completely zippable by a circumferential zipper 33 of the second side wall. In the second storage space, the backpack 13 can be stowed ( FIG. 3 ). However, if the backpack 13 is too large for both storage spaces 17,19, then the pocket-backpack combination 11 can be transported together by the handbag 15 can be attached to the backpack 13. The backpack 13 has at its bottom 34 and its front side a first and second zippered part 35,37 arranged ( FIG. 4 ). The first and second zip fastener parts 35, 37 cooperate with the second zip fastener part 39 of the second side wall 29 and with the first zip fastener part 41 of the cover 41, respectively. This particular arrangement of first and second zippered parts allows extremely flexible use of pocket 15 and backpack 13: the bottom 34 of the backpack 13 can be taped to the second side wall 29, as shown in FIG FIG. 2 is shown. As a result, a combination of bag 15 and backpack 13 can be produced. According to a further embodiment, a further zipper part 40 may be arranged on the inside of the second side wall. The further zipper part 40 is positioned at least 2 cm below the second zipper closure 39 on the inner sidewall 29. The further zipper part 40 can interact with the first zipper part 35 of the backpack bottom 34. The backpack 11 can be stowed neatly in the second storage space 19. In the stowed state of the backpack 11 remains in the second storage space 19 despite receiving the backpack 11 still room between the backpack bottom 34 and cover 31. The bag 15 therefore offers two storage spaces, even if the backpack 11 is stowed in the bag.
The bag 15 need not be stowed in the backpack where it needs unnecessary storage space, but is attached to the bottom of the backpack 13 where it does not bother. The first storage space 17 of the pocket 15 is still accessible from the outside and can be used. The lid 31 of the bag 15 can be zipped on the front of the backpack 13. This has several advantages: The lid 31 need not be stored separately in the pocket 15 or the backpack 13. If decorative elements are arranged on the lid to decorate the bag, it can also be used to decorate the backpack. If the lid 31 is zipped on the front of the backpack 13, so there is a narrow storage compartment between the backpack 13 and the lid 31st
The shoulder strap 43 of the pocket 15 can be divided by a further zipper 45, whereby it can be used as the two shoulder straps 43a, 43b of the backpack 13. In this embodiment, the backpack 13 and the pocket 15 are also used separately. Also, a plurality of lids 31 having a different appearance can be used to quickly and effectively change the design of the backpack 13 and the bag 15, respectively.
In the embodiment according to the FIG. 6 the bag-backpack-combination 11 is an inseparable unit. In this case, the backpack 13 is sewn into the first storage space 17 such that the bottom 21 of the pocket is at the same time the bottom 34 of the backpack 13. The second storage space 19 is arranged inseparably on the front of the backpack 13. In the first storage space 17, the backpack 13 can be folded completely folded. Then the user can put on the bag 15 and use the second storage space 19 independently of the first storage space 17 filled with the backpack 13.
