Description

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to a storage device with a surface element forming an organization system according to the type defined in more detail in the preamble of patent claim 1, and to a luggage system with such a storage device.

STATE OF THE ART

In the field of storage devices such as bags or luggage systems, the problem often arises in practice that objects in a compartment or a pocket are difficult to access because they are so far in the respective pocket element when stored that the objects are difficult to find by hand and / or can be pulled out.

If there are several objects in the pocket element, it is usually necessary to identify the desired object purely haptically with the fingers and to remove it separately from, if necessary, several objects located on the bottom of the pocket element. Often the entire interior of a pocket element is therefore emptied, if this is possible at all, and not a larger one connected to the pocket element Baggage item would have to be tipped over, with the result that the contents of the further baggage item would get into a corresponding disorder.

Practice teaches that certain items, which form a kind of "essential kit" or basic equipment for the user and which the user would like to carry with him at all times, are particularly often the subject of searching in a bag and repacking between different bags, piece by piece .

Various solutions have been proposed in order to make it easier to find and access certain items from the contents of the bag.

In the US 2009/0084475 A1 describes an organizer bag for personal items, the organizer bag being used as a stand-alone bag or as a compartment in various other transport items such as a backpack, handbag or carrier bag and being held there by means of z. B. a magnetic holder can be secured captive. The interior of the organizer bag can be provided with various types of storage devices, e.g. B. with credit card slots, zip pockets, open pockets, pen holders, key ring holders or removable small pockets.

The disadvantage here is that the basic problem with bags, namely the search for objects that are disordered or that are in separate containers in an interior of the bag that is difficult to overlook, continues to exist. It is also like most pocket-in-pocket systems disadvantageous that the inner pockets are arranged on the bottom of an outer pocket and take away space there for other things.

Furthermore, this known solution brings with it the problem that the assignment of essential objects, which a user usually always wants to have with him, to certain bag elements is inadequate, so that when changing bags, the user also transfers things that they often do not need .

This problem also exists, for example, with the US 8,225,829 B2 disclosed organization devices or the organizer for handbags or other transportable bags, since these represent inner pockets, which can also be used independently as separate bags. In particular, it is provided that at least one of the walls is made solid or hard to protect the contents of the organizing devices.

In the EP 2 689 684 A1 a handbag with an organization system with two or three foldably interconnected plate-shaped surfaces is proposed. Various holders and / or pockets for glasses, keys and cell phones, among other things, are provided on the inside of the surfaces. The brackets can be attached to the inner surface with snap or snap fasteners.

Disadvantageously, when changing the bag, z. B. from the handbag to a briefcase or a sports bag, each of the contents of the Organization system can be transferred to the other pocket. Such repackaging is already time-consuming in itself and requires a reorientation of the person using the bag, and in practice a lot of time is often spent looking for certain items in a bag.

The US 2007/0044877 A also discloses a carrier bag with a modular organization system, wherein several separate inner pockets are arranged one behind the other in the horizontal direction, based on an upright standing position of the carrier bag, and are connected to one another. This known solution is therefore also a pocket-in-pocket system, which confronts a user with the problem of searching in separate inner pockets arranged without a haptically memorable system, and the inner pockets disadvantageously taking up considerable space on the bottom of the carrier bag .

From the U.S. 5,505,356 a back support belt with removable tool holders is also known.

The US 2014/0054195 A1 shows a storage system for the discreet and convenient transportation of feminine hygiene articles. The storage device has an elongated surface element which is formed on its front side with a plurality of transparent, open pockets. The surface element is intended to be folded in two and has an opening at its upper end with which it can be hung on a wall hook. Alternatively, it can also be worn on a belt.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION TECHNICAL TASK

The object of the present invention is to create a storage device with a surface element forming an organization system and a luggage system with such a storage device, in which a high level of operating comfort and increased flexibility for the user with less time required to pack and find certain objects is given when using different types of luggage.

TECHNICAL SOLUTION

This object is achieved with a storage device according to the features of patent claim 1 or a baggage item system according to the features of patent claim 14.

The invention therefore provides a storage device for at least one item of luggage, which is designed as a corresponding part of the storage device and can be connected by means of a holding device to a surface element forming an organization system, which surface element is a plurality of pocket elements and / or arranged on one side of the surface element at a defined location Has receiving devices for receiving pocket elements or functional elements. BENEFICIAL EFFECTS

The storage device according to the invention combines the advantages of an organizer system with those of a modular pocket system.

By providing several pocket elements and / or receiving devices for receiving pocket elements or functional elements, essential objects for a user, which should always be carried along for respective functions, daily or travel sections, can be clearly arranged in specially dimensioned and z. B. also be arranged with regard to the need for protection designed pocket elements or compartments. The items stored in it are always in the predefined location and can be found quickly.

The invention also advantageously provides compatibility with other items of luggage created in various ways. The individual pocket elements, such. B. a cover for a single object or a wallet, key case or small bag for optical, cosmetic or pharmaceutical items, can be detachably or permanently attached to the surface element in a very short time in a variable arrangement and together with it in a simple manner and in one step be arranged in another, possibly larger piece of luggage or an item of clothing. The only prerequisite is that the additional item of luggage has a suitable receiving facility and holding means that interact with the surface element. The latter can be easily implemented in particular with bags from a specific manufacturer or a specific system with similar fastening mechanisms.

Such a further piece of luggage can be a bag of any type, in particular a travel bag, sports bag, briefcase, shopping bag, handbag or clutch, a suitcase or a backpack, each with or without wheels.

According to the invention, the surface element, which is generally characterized by a small depth, can itself be converted into a separate pocket by folding. Such a separate bag with basic equipment for the user can represent a clutch which is open on its sides and towards the upper edge of the surface element, or a handbag which has straps or brackets.

Particularly when traveling or in frequently changing situations that require an appropriately adapted appearance, such as work, restaurant, sport, travel, etc., the clarity and quick repackaging of frequently required items are of great importance. Here, the storage device according to the invention offers the user a considerable gain in convenience with the possibility of placing the existing contents of a bag in another storage container without any repackaging.

With regard to clarity, it is particularly advantageous in the invention that in each case one pocket element is assigned to a content with a specific functionality. The functionality is preferably tailored to the basic needs of the user who would like to carry the fitted surface element with him as basic equipment at all times.

In order to maintain order in the most varied of arrangements of a removal opening of the pocket elements and to protect the received objects, the pocket elements have a closure device for securing the contents against falling out or being stolen from a removal opening of the pocket element. Such a locking device thus also forms an effective protection against theft, especially in the case of open pockets such as, for. B. Shopping bags with a storage device arranged therein for a correspondingly important basic equipment of the user.

If the contents located in the pocket element are appropriately secured, the removal opening can be oriented vertically or horizontally or at an angle within the storage device when the closure device is in the closed state. Any arrangement of the pocket element is thus possible, even in an "overhead" arrangement as in the case of folding the surface element to form a clutch, in or on another receiving element that interacts therewith.

It is advantageous if the functionality of the pocket elements provided is selected from one or more of the storage areas for cell phones, credit, bank or business cards, identification documents, funds, keys, pens and optical, pharmaceutical or cosmetic products. The assignment of functionality can be specified by the dimensioning and geometric design or can be specified by the user, with multi-functionality also being possible and flexibility for the individual needs of the user.

The arrangement of the individual pocket elements for each desired functionality is therefore also possible when transferring the equipped surface element z. B. consistently possible within the luggage series of a certain brand, so that the user always finds certain objects in the same place on the surface element.

Of course, if the surface element is of the appropriate size, it is also conceivable to use it with pocket elements for other objects such as, for. B. to equip tablet computers, stationery, clothing, etc., but the possibility of accommodation and transferability is limited with increasing size.

In the case of a very flat design of the organization system, i.e. H. With a small depth perpendicular to a plane of the surface element, all pocket elements and receptacles for functional elements of the storage areas described above can be arranged on a single side of the surface element, which also results in very good accessibility when attached to a wall of the item of luggage.

The pocket elements can in themselves represent separate, closable shells which can be detachably or permanently connected to the surface element. In addition, pocket elements between several layers of the surface element, in particular for receiving documents or other thin objects, are also conceivable.

In particular if the surface element can be converted into a separate clutch or handbag, however, further pocket elements or receptacles z. B. for credit or business cards, be provided. These can be closed, for example, with a zip fastener or some other suitable closure means and are particularly easily accessible in the folded state with their arrangement on the outside of the clutch or handbag.

Likewise, on a side of the surface element facing away from the main side with the essential pocket elements, a closure means, such as a zipper, can be provided for a pocket element also accessible from the main side, so that in a surface element closed to form a clutch, the contents can be easily accessed from both sides is possible.

The closure device can in principle be formed by any type of closure known for items of luggage or clothing. The easiest in terms of handling is a push-button connection, which at the same time ensures a secure attachment with a high level of reliability. The same variability in the types of closure mentioned with regard to the closure device exists in the selection of the type of closure of the holding device by means of which the surface element can be fixed to an item of luggage. Here, too, the advantage of increased security against theft is of great importance, since the user otherwise he would lose all essential items.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the surface element is formed from a flexible material, in particular from leather or a textile. In principle, an essentially rigid design of the planar element is also conceivable, but the versatility of the planar element with a flexible material is increased.

In a particularly easy-to-use embodiment, the holding device can be designed in such a way that the surface element in the fitted state is actuated by a maximum of two holding means, e.g. B. two push-through twist lock elements or turn-lock elements, is transferable.

The holding means of the holding device for securing the surface element on a respective item of luggage can therefore advantageously form a lock, with which the entire surface element including pockets arranged thereon and contents essential for the user is better protected against theft.

The user-friendliness of the organization system is further increased if the fastest and easiest type of access is selected for the respective pocket elements.

It can be advantageous if at least one of the pocket elements is designed with an access device with at least one band, the pocket element is formed with at least a first and a second opposing wall delimiting an interior space, which walls are connected to one another at least via a base area, and wherein the band is attached to one of the walls above the base area and has a free end through an opening the opposite wall is led out of the interior above the bottom area, the length and guidance of the tape being designed in such a way that with the movement of the tape out of the interior a content located therein and under which the tape engages is moved away from the bottom area.

In a very simple embodiment, the first and second walls can be simply sewn, riveted or glued in the bottom area and on two sides. To accommodate larger or more objects, the pocket element can also be designed with correspondingly wide side walls between the first and second walls, which each have a larger area than the side walls. The same applies to the bottom area of the pocket element, which, depending on the application, can be designed with a seam or with a bottom wall.

The tape of a corresponding access device can be guided between the first wall and the second wall via a removal opening of the pocket element opposite the bottom area in the closed state of the closure device in order to secure the contents from falling out. The free end of the tape can have a closure element.

In an expedient embodiment, the receiving device securing the respective pocket element on the surface element can have, as a holding element, a loop that interacts in particular with the band and is formed, for example, by two material slots in the surface element. Likewise, an eyelet or a closure element of the closure device, e.g. B. a counter element cooperating with a snap fastener part at a free end of the tape is conceivable as a holding element.

According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the band can be formed from a more flexible, in particular thinner material than the first and second walls of the pocket element. For example, the walls can be made from thick leather that stiffens the pocket element and the band can be made from a thinner, easily bendable leather part. In principle, the band can also be formed from a different material than the other elements of the pocket element and can represent, for example, an elastic rubber band.

With regard to the width dimensioning, in an advantageous embodiment the tape can have an extension in its area facing the base area in order to be able to better reach under the relevant content. It can also be advantageous if the area of the belt facing the base area is reinforced or designed in the manner of a shell. Here, the band can also be interrupted and connected at its interruption points to a shell element made of a different material.

In particular in the case of pocket elements for holding larger objects, the belt can be connected together with at least one further belt for reaching under the contents in the interior space, wherein the belt can form a triangular belt with two fastening points on the pocket element.

EMBODIMENTS OF THE INVENTION

Each of the pocket elements 5 is assigned a content 16 with a specific functionality, the organization system 2 overall having the function of keeping the basic equipment ready with the items essential for the personal needs of a user. In the present case, the surface element 3 is formed from a flexible leather patch 18, onto which two pocket elements 5 are sewn on one side 4 or are sewn between two layers of the surface element 3 and can be closed with a closure device 9 designed as a zipper. The open design thus has the advantage that the contents of the pocket elements 5, 7, 8 are immediately and easily accessible.

For simple locking of the lower region of the surface element 3 in the folded state on the upper region of the surface element 3, further holding means 34, which are designed as twist lock elements analogous to the holding means 26 provided on the pockets 21, 22, can be provided on the lower edge 33 - based on the suspended state are to be provided. The closure device 19 of the respective bag element 7 secures its contents 16 independently of the arrangement of a removal opening 36, 37, so that the bag elements 7 in the respective item of luggage or clothing can be oriented vertically or horizontally or obliquely or even "overhead".

Claims (14)

1. A storage device (1) of at least one piece of luggage (21, 22) which is designed as a corresponding part of the storage device (1) and can be connected by means of a retaining device (24) to a panel element (3) forming an organizer system (2), which panel element (3) has a plurality of bag elements (5, 7, 8) arranged on a side (4) of the panel element (3) at a respectively defined location and/or receiving devices (6) for receiving bag elements (7) or functional elements, wherein each bag element (5, 7, 8) is assigned to a respective content (16) with a specific functionality, the content (16) of the bag elements (5, 7, 8) representing a basic equipment for a user with essential items to be carried along at all times, and wherein the panel element (3) is designed in a transferable manner, for selective use in the piece of luggage (21, 22) for definable functions, travel or day sections as a corresponding part of the storage device (1) and is fixable thereto by means of the retaining device (24), characterised in that the retaining device (24) with at least one retaining element (25, 26) is arranged, with respect to the dimensioning of the packed panel element (3), at a distance from a bottom area (27) of the piece of luggage (21, 22) receiving the panel element (3), in particular in an edge region (28) facing away from the bottom area (27), such that the lower edge (33) of the packed panel element (3) is at least approximately flush with the bottom area (27) or that the bottom area (27) is not touched by the packed panel element (3).
2. The storage device according to claim 1,
   characterised in that the bag elements (5, 7, 8) with their retrieval openings and with closure devices (9, 19, 42) for securing the contents (16) against falling out of or being stolen from a retrieval opening (36, 37) of the bag element (5, 7, 8) are designed in such a way that the accessibility to the contents (16) thereof, from both sides of the panel element (3), is also given in a folded state of the panel element (3), in particular in a state folded like a clutch (35).
3. The storage device according to claim 1 or 2,
   characterised in that the functionality is selected from at least one of the areas of a storage for a mobile phone, credit, bank or business cards, identity documents, money, keys, pens and optical, pharmaceutical or cosmetic products.
4. The storage device according to claim 1, 2 or 3,
   characterised in that, in the closed state of the closure device (9, 19, 42), the retrieval opening (36, 37) is oriented vertically or horizontally or transversal inside the storage device (1), the closure device (9, 19, 42) preferably being designed as a push-button connection, a hook-and-loop tape connection, a latch connection, a hook or zip connection, a snap connection, in particular a clip connection, or a magnetic connection.
5. The storage device according to any one of claims 1 to 4,
   characterised in that the retaining device (24) is designed as a push-button connection, a hook-and-loop tape connection, a latch connection, a hook connection, a snap connection, in particular a clip connection, or a magnetic connection with associated retaining means (25, 26).
6. The storage device according to any one of claims 1 to 5,
   characterised in that the panel element (3) is formed from a flexible single-layer or multi-layer material, in particular leather or a textile.
7. The storage device according to any one of claims 1 to 6,
   characterised in that the retaining device (24) is designed in such a way that the panel element (3) can be transferred in the packed state by actuating a maximum of two retaining means (26).
8. The storage device according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the retaining device (24) is provided with retaining means (25, 26) forming a closure for securing the panel element (3) to the respective piece of luggage (21, 22).
9. The storage device according to any one of claims 1 to 8,
   characterised in that the panel element (3) is convertible by folding into a separate bag (35), in particular a clutch, which is preferably open at its sides (31, 32) and towards the upper edge (30) of the panel element (3).
10. The storage device according to any one of claims 1 to 9,
    characterised in that at least one of the bag elements (7) is provided with an access device (20) comprising at least one band (17), wherein the bag element (7) is provided with at least a first and a second wall (10, 11) opposite each other and defining an interior space (15), which walls (10, 11) are connected to each other at least via a bottom area (12), and wherein the band (17) is fastened to one of the walls (10) above the bottom area (12) and is guided with a free end (17A) out of the interior space (15) through an opening (40) on the opposite wall (11) above the bottom area (12), the length and guidance of the band (17) being designed in such a way that, when the band (17) is moved out of the interior space (15), a content (16) located therein and engaged with from below by the band (17) is moved away from the bottom area (12).
11. The storage device according to claim 10,
    characterised in that the panel element (3) comprises a holding element acting together with the band (17).
12. The storage device according to any one of claims 1 to 11,
    characterised in that the receiving device (6) fixing the bag element (7) to the panel element (3) comprises as a holding element a loop which is formed in particular by two material slots (38, 39) on the panel element (3), an eyelet or a closure element (41) of the closure device (19).
13. The storage device according to any one of claims 1 to 12,
    characterised in that the piece of luggage (21, 22) is configured as a bag, in particular a travel bag, sports bag, briefcase, shopping bag or handbag, a suitcase or a backpack.
14. A luggage system comprising at least two pieces of luggage (21, 22) and at least one storage device (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 13,
    characterised in that the retaining device (24) for fixing the panel element (3) to the respective piece of luggage (21, 22) is arranged in each of the pieces of luggage (21, 22) at the same distance from a bottom area (27) of the piece of luggage (21, 22) and in that the panel element (3) terminates with its lower edge (33) at least approximately flush with the bottom area (27).
