  5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que
    la mémorisation de données de position secondaires dans le dispositif du véhicule (100) dans un mode de non mémorisation de données secondaires du dispositif du véhicule (100) n'a pas lieu,
    suite au résultat d'une première comparaison primaire initiale d'au moins une position du véhicule avec des données d'un premier objet d'identification primaire (1E-XXX) déterminé ou d'une première comparaison primaire post-initiale d'au moins une variable mesurée supplémentaire du trajet qui est détectée par le dispositif du véhicule en relation avec les positions du véhicule et/ ou qui est déterminée à partir des positions détectées du véhicule avec des données d'un premier objet d'identification primaire (1E-XXX) déterminé, qu'aucun premier tronçon de voie primaire (1S-XXX) déterminé affecté au premier objet d'identification primaire (1E-XXX) déterminé n'a été traversé,
    le dispositif du véhicule (100)
    passant du mode de non-mémorisation de données secondaires dans le mode de mémorisation de données secondaires et
    suite au résultat d'une deuxième comparaison primaire initiale d'au moins une position du véhicule avec des données d'un deuxième objet d'identification primaire (1E-YYY) déterminé ou d'une deuxième comparaison primaire post-initiale d'au moins une variable mesurée supplémentaire du trajet qui est détectée par le dispositif du véhicule en relation avec les positions du véhicule et/ ou qui est déterminée à partir des positions détectées du véhicule avec des données d'un deuxième objet d'identification primaire (1E-YYY) déterminé, qu'un deuxième tronçon de voie primaire (1S-YYY) déterminé, interconnecté avec le deuxième objet d'identification primaire (1E-YYY) déterminé a été traversé,
    passant du mode de mémorisation de données secondaires dans le mode de non-mémorisation de données secondaires.
  6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que
    des positions du véhicule, pour lesquelles dans la première étape, chaque fois dans la comparaison primaire initiale de la première étape, une corrélation dans l'espace avec un objet d'identification primaire (1E-XXX) déterminé a été constatée, sont mémorisées par le dispositif du véhicule (100) au moins temporairement en tant que positions primaires dans une première zone de mémoire de données du dispositif du véhicule (100) et
    dans une étape suivante, des positions primaires mémorisées du véhicule sont mémorisées en tant que positions secondaires du véhicule par le dispositif du véhicule (100) dans une deuxième zone de mémoire de données du dispositif du véhicule (100)
    si
    au cours d'une comparaison primaire post-initiale d'au moins une position primaire mémorisée du véhicule ou d'au moins une variable mesurée supplémentaire du trajet qui est détectée par le dispositif du véhicule en relation avec les positions du véhicule et/ ou qui est déterminée à partir des positions détectées du véhicule avec des données de l'objet d'identification primaire déterminé (1E-XXX), il a été constaté par le dispositif du véhicule qu'aucun tronçon de trajet primaire (1S-XXX) affecté à l'objet d'identification primaire (1E-XXX) déterminé n'a été traversé.
  7. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que,
    dans une étape intermédiaire suivant la deuxième étape et précédant la troisième étape, au moins une position secondaire mémorisée du véhicule est envoyée par le dispositif du véhicule (100) au dispositif centralisé de traitement des données (300), au moyen d'un dispositif de communication par téléphonie mobile (140) englobé par le dispositif du véhicule (100),
    à partir d'une pluralité d'objets d'identification secondaires (2E-XXX, 2E-YYY, 2E-ZZZ), le dispositif centralisé de traitement des données (300) détermine à l'aide de l'au moins une position secondaire du véhicule réceptionnée un jeu d'objets d'identification secondaires (2E-XXX, 2E-YYY) choisis dont les données de localisation sont en corrélation dans l'espace dans une mesure prédéfinie avec la position secondaire du véhicule,
    et envoie au dispositif du véhicule (100) les objets d'identification secondaires (2E-XXX, 2E-YYY) choisis, ainsi que les identifications interconnectées avec ces derniers des tronçons de voie secondaires,
    et le dispositif du véhicule (100) réceptionne les objets d'identification secondaires (2E-XXX, 2E-YYY) choisis et les mémorise au moins temporairement dans le dispositif du véhicule (100), pour procéder dans la troisième étape à la comparaison initiale secondaire de positions secondaires du véhicule en ce qui concerne les objets d'identification secondaires (2E-XXX, 2E-YYY) choisis
    le dispositif du véhicule supprimant au moins les objets d'identification secondaires (2E-XXX, 2E-YYY) choisis réceptionnés du dispositif du véhicule, après avoir réalisé la troisième étape.
  8. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6 caractérisé en ce que,
    dans une étape intermédiaire suivant la deuxième étape et précédant la troisième étape, un jeu de plusieurs positions secondaires mémorisées du véhicule est envoyé par le dispositif du véhicule (100) au dispositif centralisé de traitement des données (300), au moyen d'un dispositif de communication par téléphonie mobile (140) englobé par le dispositif du véhicule (100),
    et dans la troisième étape, le dispositif centralisé de traitement des données (300) procède à la comparaison initiale secondaire de positions secondaires du véhicule réceptionnées avec des données de localisation des objets d'identification secondaires (2E-XXX, 2E-YYY),
    après la réalisation de la troisième étape, le dispositif centralisé de traitement des données (300) envoyant pour toutes les positions secondaires du véhicule du jeu de positions secondaires du véhicule mémorisé, pour lesquelles il était prévu de procéder à la troisième étape un message de réponse au dispositif du véhicule (100),
    et après réception du message de réponse, le dispositif du véhicule (100) supprimant des positions secondaires mémorisées du véhicule du dispositif du véhicule (100).
  9. Dispositif de véhicule (100) destiné à identifier la traversée d'au moins des tronçons de voie primaires par un véhicule dans un territoire de détection comprenant des tronçons de voie primaires (1S-XXX) et des tronçons de voie secondaires (2S-XXX),
    comprenant
    au moins un dispositif de détermination de la position (130) destiné à déterminer plusieurs positions successives de véhicule du véhicule,
    au moins un dispositif de communication par téléphonie mobile (140), destiné à communiquer avec un dispositif centralisé de traitement des données (300),
    au moins un agencement de mémoires de données (120) décentralisé comprenant une ou plusieurs mémoires de données (121, 122, 123) décentralisées, dans lequel sont mémorisés des objets d'identification (1E-XXX, 1E, YYY) affectés de données de localisation, qui sont chaque fois interconnectés avec au moins une identification d'un tronçon de voie primaire (1S-XXX, 1S-YYY),
    et au moins un processeur (110) décentralisé,
    qui est configuré pour
    vérifier des positions du véhicule transmises par le dispositif de détermination de la position (130), chaque fois dans une comparaison primaire initiale, avec des données de localisation d'objets d'identification primaires (1E-XXX, 1E-YYY) au niveau d'une corrélation dans l'espace de la position du véhicule avec un objet d'identification primaire (1E-XXX) déterminé,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le processeur (110) décentralisé est configuré par ailleurs pour
    pour mémoriser au moins temporairement, dans un mode de mémorisation de données secondaires du dispositif du véhicule (100) des positions du véhicule, pour lesquelles chaque fois dans la comparaison primaire initiale, aucune corrélation dans l'espace avec un objet d'identification primaire (1E-XXX, 1E-YYY) n'a été constatée, en tant que positions secondaires du véhicule dans l'agencement de mémoires de données (120) décentralisé,
    le processeur (110) décentralisé est configuré par ailleurs pour
    livrer au dispositif de communication par téléphonie mobile (140), parmi les positions secondaires mémorisées du véhicule au moins une position secondaire du véhicule pour l'envoi de l'au moins une position secondaire du véhicule au dispositif centralisé de traitement des données (300), et
    le processeur (110) décentralisé est configuré par ailleurs pour
    réceptionner des objets d'identification secondaires (2E-XXX, 2E-YYY) mis à disposition de manière centralisée par le dispositif de communication par téléphonie mobile qui sont affectés à la position secondaire du véhicule mise à disposition et chaque fois en comparaison initiale secondaire, pour vérifier les positions secondaires mémorisées du véhicule avec des données de localisation des objets d'identification secondaires (2E-XXX, 2E-YYY) mis à disposition de manière centralisée au niveau d'une corrélation dans l'espace de la position secondaire du véhicule avec un objet d'identification secondaire (2E-XXX) déterminé..
  10. Dispositif de véhicule selon la revendication 9 caractérisé en ce que
    le processeur (110) décentralisé est configuré
    pour détecter, en supplément des positions du véhicule au moins une variable mesurée supplémentaire du trajet et/ ou au moins une séquence d'au moins une variable mesurée supplémentaire du trajet par le dispositif du véhicule (100), en relation avec les positions du véhicule du dispositif de détermination de la position (130) et/ ou pour la déterminer à partir des positions du véhicule transmises par le dispositif de détermination de la position (130),
    à partir de positions du véhicule, pour lesquelles chaque fois dans la comparaison primaire initiale de la première étape, une corrélation dans l'espace avec un objet d'identification primaire (1E-XXX) déterminé a été constatée, pour mémoriser au moins temporairement dans une première zone de mémoire de données de l'agencement de mémoires de données (120) décentralisé la position correspondante du véhicule en tant que position primaire du véhicule et/ ou au moins une variable mesurée de trajet supplémentaire en relation avec la position correspondante du véhicule en tant que variable mesurée primaire du trajet
    et
    en mode de mémorisation de données secondaires du dispositif du véhicule (100), pour mémoriser les positions secondaires du véhicule dans une deuxième zone de mémoire de données de l'agencement de mémoires de données (120) décentralisé,
    le processeur (110) décentralisé étant configuré par ailleurs
    au cours d'une comparaison primaire initiale ou post-initiale d'au moins une position primaire du véhicule et/ ou d'au moins une variable mesurée supplémentaire du trajet avec des données de l'objet d'identification primaire (1E-XXX) déterminé, pour vérifier si un tronçon de voie primaire (1S-XXX) déterminé interconnecté avec l'objet d'identification primaire (1E-XXX) déterminé a été traversé.
  11. Dispositif de véhicule selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 ou 10 caractérisé en ce que
    le processeur (110) décentralisé est configuré
    pour réceptionner à partir du dispositif de communication par téléphonie mobile (140), en réponse à l'au moins une position secondaire du véhicule envoyée un jeu de plusieurs objets d'identification secondaires (2E-XXX, 2E-YYY) choisis, affectés de données de localisation du territoire de détection, qui sont interconnectés chaque fois avec au moins une identification d'un tronçon de voie secondaire (2S-XXX, 2S-YYY) choisi, ainsi que les identifications desdits tronçons de voie secondaires (2S-XXX, 2S-YYY) choisis et pour les mémoriser dans l'agencement de mémoires de données (120) décentralisé,
    chaque fois en comparaison initiale secondaire, pour vérifier des positions secondaires mémorisées du véhicule avec des données de localisation d'objets d'identification secondaires (2E-XXX, 2E-YYY) choisis au niveau d'une corrélation dans l'espace de la position secondaire du véhicule avec l'objet d'identification secondaire (2E-XXX) choisi déterminé
    et
    après la vérification de toutes les positions secondaires du véhicule prévues pour la comparaison initiale secondaire au niveau de la corrélation dans l'espace avec les objets d'identification secondaires (2E-XXX, 2E-YYY) choisis, pour effacer le jeu d'objets d'identification secondaires (2E-XXX, 2E-YYY) choisis de l'agencement de mémoires de données (120) décentralisé.
  12. Dispositif de véhicule selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 11 caractérisé en ce que
    le processeur (110) décentralisé est configuré
    pour livrer au dispositif de communication par téléphonie mobile (140), parmi les positions secondaires mémorisées du véhicule un jeu de plusieurs positions secondaires du véhicule pour l'envoi de l'au moins une position secondaire du véhicule au dispositif centralisé de traitement des données (300), et
    pour réceptionner de la part du dispositif de communication par téléphonie mobile (140), en réponse au jeu envoyé de plusieurs positions secondaires du véhicule un message de réponse avec au moins une identification d'un tronçon de voie secondaire (2S-XXX) ou avec une information disant qu'aucune identification d'un tronçon de voie secondaire (2S-XXX, 2E-YYY) n'a été déterminée pour les plusieurs positions secondaires du véhicule envoyées,
    et en réaction au message de réponse reçu, pour supprimer au moins certaines des positions secondaires du véhicule mémorisées de l'agencement de mémoires de données (120) décentralisé.
  13. Système de péage avec au moins un dispositif de véhicule (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 12
    et un dispositif centralisé de traitement des données (300) qui comprend
    au moins un dispositif de communication (340) centralisé, destiné à communiquer avec au moins un dispositif de véhicule (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 12,
    au moins un processeur (310) centralisé, destiné à traiter des positions secondaires du véhicule et
    au moins un agencement de mémoires de données (320), comprenant une ou plusieurs mémoires de données (321, 322, 323) centralisées dans lequel est mémorisée une pluralité d'objets d'identification secondaires (2E-XXX, 2E-YYY, 2E-ZZZ) affectés de données de localisation du territoire de détection, qui sont chaque fois interconnectés avec au moins une identification d'un tronçon de voie (2S-XXX, 2S-YYY, 2S-ZZZ) secondaire,
    le processeur (310) centralisé étant configuré
    pour réceptionner de la part du dispositif de communication centralisé (340) au moins une position secondaire du véhicule.
  14. Système de péage selon la revendication 13, avec au moins un dispositif de véhicule (100) selon la revendication 11
    caractérisé en ce que
    le processeur (310) centralisé est configuré
    à l'aide de l'au moins une position secondaire du véhicule réceptionnée, pour déterminer à partir de la pluralité d'objets d'identification secondaires (2E-XXX, 2E-YYY, 2E-ZZZ) mémorisée dans l'agencement de mémoires de données décentralisé un jeu d'objets d'identification secondaires (2E-XXX, 2E-YYY) choisis dont les données de localisation sont en corrélation dans une mesure prédéfinie avec la position secondaire du véhicule,
    et
    pour livrer les objets d'identification secondaires (2E-XXX, 2E-YYY) choisis, avec les identifications des tronçons de voie secondaires (2S-XXX, 2S-YYY) avec lesquels ils sont interconnectés au dispositif de communication (340) centralisé, pour l'envoi du jeu d'objets d'identification secondaires (2E-XXX, 2E-YYY) choisis, avec les identifications des tronçons de voie secondaires (2S-XXX, 2S-YYY) choisis avec lesquels ils sont interconnectés au dispositif du véhicule (100) selon la revendication 11, qui a mis à disposition l'au moins une position secondaire du véhicule.
  15. Système de péage selon la revendication 13, avec au moins un dispositif de véhicule selon la revendication 12,
    le processeur (310) centralisé étant configuré
    pour vérifier des positions secondaires du véhicule du jeu réceptionné de plusieurs positions secondaires du véhicule, chaque fois en comparaison initiale secondaire avec des données de localisation de la pluralité d'objets d'identification secondaires (2E-XXX, 2E-YYY, 2E-ZZZ) mémorisée dans l'agencement de mémoires de données (320) décentralisé au niveau d'une corrélation dans l'espace de la position secondaire du véhicule avec un objet d'identification secondaire (2S-XXX) déterminé,
    et
    après vérification de toutes les positions secondaires du véhicule du jeu de positions secondaires du véhicule, pour lesquelles il a été prévu de procéder à la comparaison initiale secondaire au niveau d'une corrélation dans l'espace avec des objets d'identification secondaires, pour livrer le message de réponse au dispositif de communication (340) décentralisé, pour l'envoi au dispositif du véhicule (100) selon la revendication 12 qui a mis à disposition le jeu des plusieurs positions secondaires du véhicule..
