Claims (18)

  1.   3. Verpackung (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Umfangszone der ersten Zone (3) mindestens eine Reihe von Behältern zu beiden Seiten der zentralen Zone abdeckt.

Verpackung (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Schnittlinie am Umfang der zentralen Zone der ersten Zone (3) einen Rissstartteil umfasst, der eingerichtet ist, um das Anreißen des teilweise abtrennbaren Verpackungsabschnitts (4) zu erleichtern, zum Beispiel durch einen dichteren Einschnitt, eine Öffnung oder eine Lasche.

Verpackung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die Einschnittlinie eine kreisförmige, ovale, lineare, kreisbogenförmige, Form eines Quadrats mit gerundeten Scheiteln, Form eines Rechtecks mit gerundeten Scheiteln, Form eines Sechsecks mit gerundeten Scheiteln oder auch eine finite Kurve mit unregelmäßiger Form aufweist, die das Herausnehmen des Behälters (2) aus dem teilweise abtrennbaren Verpackungsabschnitt (4) erlaubt.
  6. Verpackung (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Behälter (2) aus der Gruppe ausgewählt sind, die aus Getränkedosen, Konservendosen, Konservengläsern, Pappeschachteln vom Typ Tüte oder Tetrapack® besteht.
  7. Verpackung (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei eine Reihe von Behältern (2) zum Beispiel zwei, drei oder vier Behälter enthält.
  8. Herstellungsverfahren einer schrumpfbaren Verpackung (1) für eine Reihe von Behältern (2), die mindestens eine erste Abdeckungszone (3) eines oberen Teils der Reihe von Behältern (2) umfasst, insbesondere im Bereich ihrer Öffnung, wobei die erste Abdeckungszone (3) des oberen Teils der Behälter (2) eine zentrale Zone aufweist, die von einer Umfangszone umgeben ist, wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    - Abrollen einer Schrumpffolie auf einem Förderband,
    - ein Positionieren der Behälter (2) auf dem Förderband in zueinander parallelen Reihen,
    - ein Bündeln der Behälter (2) mit Hilfe der Schrumpffolie, indem dadurch einen Überzug aus Schrumpffolie um die Behälter (2) gebildet wird, und
    - ein Schrumpfen mit Hitze der Schrumpffolie, um die Behälter aneinander gepresst zu halten,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verfahren einen Einschnittschritt entlang einer Bahn umfasst, die einer Einschnittlinie entspricht, die eine Reihe von Perforierungen umfasst, die mindestens einen teilweise abtrennbaren Abschnitt (4) bilden, der eingerichtet ist, um in eine Richtung, die im Wesentlichen von dem unteren Teil des Behälters (2) zu dem oberen Teil mindestens eines Behälters (2) ausgerichtet ist, wobei der teilweise abtrennbare Verpackungsabschnitt (4) ein Maß aufweist, das größer oder gleich dem Abschnitt des mindestens einen herauszunehmenden Behälters (2) ist, wobei der mindestens teilweise abtrennbare Abschnitt (4) am Umfang der zentralen Zone der ersten Zone (3) liegt, und dass die Umfangszone nach dem Bruch der Einschnittlinie beibehalten wird.
  9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, wobei der Einschnittschritt vor dem Abrollen der Schrumpffolie ausgeführt wird.
  10. Verfahren nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, wobei der Einschnitt mit Hilfe einer Schnittmusterrolle, die auf einem manipulierbaren Armen angelenkt ist, um die Bahn zu ziehen, mittels eines Lochstanzers oder durch Laser ausgeführt wird.
  11. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, das außerdem einen Aufdruck eines Musters auf der Folie vor dem Abrollen der Schrumpffolie umfasst.
  12. Schrumpfbarer Verpackungszuschnitt, der vorgesehen ist, um eine Reihe von Behältern (2) zu überziehen, der einen oberen Teil umfasst, der mit einer Öffnung versehen ist, und einen unteren Teil, der einem Boden entspricht, der dem oberen Teil entgegengesetzt ist, die in zueinander parallelen Reihen eingerichtet sind, der mindestens eine erste Zone (3) zum Abdecken eines oberen Teils der Behälter (2) umfasst, insbesondere im Bereich ihrer Öffnung der ersten Abdeckungszone (3) des oberen Teils der Behälter (2), der eine zentrale Zone aufweist, die von einer Umfangszone umgeben ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er auf der ersten Zone (3) mindestens eine Einschnittlinie umfasst, die eine Reihe von Perforierungen umfasst, die mindestens einen teilweise abtrennbaren Abschnitt (4) bilden, der eingerichtet ist, um in eine Richtung, die im Wesentlichen von dem unteren Teil des Behälters (2) zu dem oberen Teil ausgerichtet ist, mindestens einen Behälter (2) herauszunehmen, wobei der teilweise abtrennbare Verpackungsabschnitt (4) ein Maß aufweist, das größer oder gleich dem Abschnitt des mindestens einen herauszunehmenden Behälters (2) ist, wobei der mindestens eine teilweise abtrennbare Abschnitt (4) am Umfang der zentralen Zone der ersten Zone (3) liegt, und dass die Umfangszone nach dem Bruch der Einschnittlinie beibehalten wird.
  13. Verpackungszuschnitt nach Anspruch 12, wobei der teilweise abtrennbare Verpackungsabschnitt (4) vollständig abtrennbar ist.
  14. Verpackungszuschnitt nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, wobei die Einschnittlinie am Umfang der zentralen Zone der ersten Zone (3) einen Rissstartteil umfasst, um das Anreißen der Folie zu erleichtern, zum Beispiel einen dichteren Einschnitt, eine Öffnung oder eine Lasche.
  15. Verpackungszuschnitt nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 14, wobei die Einschnittlinie eine kreisförmige, ovale, lineare, kreisbogenförmige, Form eines Quadrats mit gerundeten Scheiteln, Form eines Rechtecks mit gerundeten Scheiteln, Form eines Sechsecks mit gerundeten Scheiteln oder auch eine finite Kurve mit unregelmäßiger Form aufweist, die das Herausnehmen des Behälters aus dem teilweise abtrennbaren Verpackungsabschnitt (4) erlaubt.
  16. Verpackungszuschnitt nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 15, wobei die Behälter (2) aus der Gruppe ausgewählt sind, die aus Getränkedosen, Konservendosen, Konservengläsern, Pappeschachteln vom Typ Tüte oder Tetrapack® besteht.
  17. Verpackungszuschnitt nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 17, wobei eine Reihe von Behältern (2) mindestens zwei Behälter, zum Beispiel zwei, drei oder vier Behälter enthält.
  18. Anordnung, die eine schrumpfbare Verpackung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 und eine Reihe von Behältern (2), die in Reihen zueinander parallel eingerichtet sind, umfasst.
