  • the neck 5 is usually symmetrical of revolution, the lower opening 17 may be circular contour, extensions D1 and D2 then corresponding to diameters.
  • the neck 5 is provided with a gripping flange 18 , and it is at this collar 18 that the neck has its transverse extension (or its diameter) overall.
  • the film 16 marries the containers 2 on a part of their body 3, turned towards the outside of the pack 1. Moreover, as is visible on the figure 4 , the film 16 also marries the bottom 6 of each container 2 on a lower contact zone 19 which extends annularly around the lower opening 17 .

  • Each upper aperture 20 has a cross-D3 extension greater than the transverse extension D2 off all of the neck 5 of the container 2.
  • the neck 5 is usually symmetrical of revolution, the upper opening 20 may be circular in outline, so that the transverse extension D3 corresponds to a diameter.
  • the film 16 marries the shoulder 4 of each container 2 on an upper contact zone 21 which extends annularly around the upper opening 20 .
  • the upper contact zone 21 includes at least the annular peripheral face 9 .
  • the upper contact zone 21 also encompasses at least the periphery of the frustoconical bearing surface 8 , the upper opening 20 extending for example approximately halfway up the latter.

  • the plane 11 for laying the upper container 2 is pressed against the peripheral bearing face 9 of the underlying container 2 , and the peripheral section 15 of the arch 13 of the upper container 2 is applied against the frustoconical scope 8 of the underlying container 2 , with the interposition of the films 16 at respectively the lower contact zone 19 of the upper container 2 and the upper contact zone 21 of the underlying container 2 .
  • the film Given its small thickness (of the order of one-tenth of a millimeter) and its flexibility, the film does not interfere with stacking.
  • the lower opening 19 allows the free passage of the neck 5 of the underlying container 2 when it fits into the bottom 6 of the upper container 2 .
  • the upper opening 20 allows the film 16 to marry the shoulder 4 over its entire periphery and thus allows the stacking of the packs 1.
  • the film 16 would indeed form a tight veil which extends on the one hand between the plugs 7 of the adjacent containers 2 , and on the other hand between the plug 7 and the body 3 of the same container 2, without marrying the shoulder 4. This would interfere with the nesting of the containers 2 and would not allow to proceed with the stacking.
  • the proposed solution thus facilitates the palletizing of individually stackable containers 2 grouped by packs 1 under film 16, without the film 16, provided with openings 17, 20 suitably located and dimensioned, does not interfere with the stacking of the packs 1.
  • the film 16 is made of a heat-shrinkable plastic material, preferably bi-oriented to allow an isotropic retraction (i.e. uniform in any direction) by thermal means.

Claims (7)

  1. Verpackung (1), umfassend:
    - eine Gruppe von stapelbaren Behältern (2), jeweils umfassend einen Körper (3), einen Absatz (4) in der Verlängerung des Körpers (3) im oberen Teil des Behälters, einen Hals (5) in der Verlängerung des Absatzes (4) und einen Boden (6) in der Verlängerung des Körpers (3) im unteren Teil des Behälters gegenüber dem Absatz (4), wobei der Boden (6) eine Reserve (12) definiert, die dazu vorgesehen ist, den Hals (5) und mindestens einen Teil des Absatzes (4) eines darunterliegenden identischen Behälters (2) aufzunehmen,
    - eine flexible Kunststofffolie (16), die die Behältergruppe (2) umschließt, wobei diese Folie (16) wärmegeschrumpft und mit unteren Öffnungen (17) im rechten Winkel zu jeder hohlen Reserve (12) durchbohrt ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    - sich die Folie (16) an den Boden (6) der Behälter (2) in einer unteren Kontaktzone (19) anlegt, die sich im Winkel um untere Öffnungen (17) erstreckt,
    - die Folie (16) ferner mit oberen Öffnungen (20) durchbohrt ist, durch die sich die Hälse (5) erstrecken, wobei sich die Folie (16) an die Absätze (4) der Behälter (2) in einer oberen Kontaktzone (21) anlegt, die sich im Winkel um obere Öffnungen (20) erstreckt,
    - sich die Folie an die Böden (6) in einer unteren Kontaktzone (19) bzw. die Absätze (4) in einer oberen Kontaktzone (21) anlegt, wodurch es möglich ist, eine gute Kohäsion der Gesamtheit dieser Behälter (2), die die Verpackung (1) bilden, zu gewährleisten, so dass die Behälter (2) fix gruppiert bleiben.
  2. Verpackung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kunststofffolie (16) biaxial orientiert ist.
  3. Verpackung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reserve (12) einen Bogen (13) mit einem zum Absatz (4) eines identischen Behälters (2) komplementären Profil bildet, und dass sich die untere Kontaktzone (19) zumindest teilweise auf dem Bogen (13) erstreckt.
  4. Verpackung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Boden (6) einen Sitz (10) aufweist, der eine ringförmige Auflageebene (11) definiert, und dass die untere Kontaktzone (19) diese Auflageebene (11) umgibt.
  5. Verpackung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Boden (6) einen Bogen (13) aufweist, der einen Umfangsauflagequerschnitt (15) definiert, und dass die untere Kontaktzone (19) zumindest teilweise diesen Umfangsauflagequerschnitt (15) umgibt.
  6. Verpackung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Absatz (4) des Behälters (2) eine ringförmige Umfangsauflagefläche (9) umfasst, und dass die obere Kontaktzone (21) mindestens die ringförmige Umfangsfläche (9) umgibt.
  7. Verpackung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Absatz (4) des Behälters einen kegelstumpfartigen Bereich (8) umfasst, und dass die obere Kontaktzone (21) zumindest teilweise diesen kegelstumpfartigen Bereich (8) umgibt.
