Claims (3)

  1. Verfahren zum Zusammenfassen von Gegenständen (1) in Posten (5) auf einer Umsetzplatte (6), wobei die Gegenstände eine Auflagefläche (2) zum Aufliegen auf einer im wesentlichen ebenen Übernahmefläche (8) aufweisen und die Posten vornehmlich eine vorgegebene Anordnung aufweisen, d.h. daß jeder Gegenstand sich darin an einem vorgegebenen Platz (7) befindet, wobei die Umsetzplatte (6) folgendes aufweist:
    - einerseits die sogenannte Übernahmefläche (8) um Übernehmen der Gegenstände, deren Größe zumindest ausreicht, damit alle Gegenstände in der Anordnung des Postens einen Ablegeplatz (7) haben, und zwar zum Absetzen auf ihrer Auflagefläche (2),
    - andererseits mindestens eine Abstützeinrichtung (9), beispielsweise eine Stützflache, auf einer Abstützung (3), um die Übernahmefläche (8) für die Gegenstände in einer zur Abstützung (3) im wesentlichen parallelen Ebene zu halten,
       wobei bei diesem Verfahren:
    - eine Umsetzplatte mit einer Steifigkeit bereitgehalten wird, die zumindest ausreicht, damit sie sich nicht unter dem Gewicht der Gegenstände durchbiegt, und
    - vor dem Absetzen der Gegenstände (1) auf jeder Umsetzplatte (6) der vorgenannten Art zumindest örtlich auf die Übernahmefläche (8) zum Aufnehmen der Umsetzplatte (6) an der abgeschätzten Stelle (7) jedes Gegenstandes in dem Posten ein Klebstoff (10) aufgebracht wird, der nach Einwirkung von Luft pastös bleibt und:
    · an der Oberfläche eine ausreichend hohe Klebkraft besitzt, damit an der Stelle der Verbindungsfläche (11) zum Anschluß an die Übernahmefläche de Umsetzplatte und der Verbindungsfläche (12) zum Anschluß an die Gegenstände auf der Auflagefläche (2) eines Gegenstandes auch diesen Halt zu gewährleisten,
    · innen und vornehmlich in der Stärke (13) jeder aufgetragenen Schicht eine ausreichende Kohäsionskraft besitzt, um diesen Halt herbeizuführen,
    - schließlich die über ihre zu diesem Zweck vorgesehene Fläche (2) auf die Umsetzplatte gesetzt werden,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß einerseits der Klebstoff unter den Klebstoffen gewählt wird, die zwar an der Oberfläche trocken sind, aber Kontaktklebeigenschaften besitzen, insbesondere unter Bedingungen unter Luftdruck bei normaler Temperatur und normaler Luftfeuchtigkeit, und andererseits auf der Umsetzplatte außerhalb der Stellen (7), die von den Artikeln einzunehmen sind, eine Gruppe von Anschlägen (14) gebildet wird, die beim Übereinanderstapeln von Umsetzplatten ohne Gegenstände jeden Kontakt zwischen dem in Höhe jeder Übernahmefläche (8) aufgetragenen Klebstoff einerseits und der Abstützeinrichtung (9) zum Abstützen der darüberliegenden Umsetzplatte andererseits behindern.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei welchem zur Befestigung von Gegenständen an einer von der Klebstoffauftragstation entfernten Station jeder einzelne Gegenstand auf eine gewählte Stelle (7) aufgesetzt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die Gegenstände auf dem Klebstoff eine gewisse Zeit ruhen läßt, so daß unter der Einwirkung ihres Gewichts der Kontakt bis zur Haftung gehalten wird.
  3. Einrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, welche folgendes umfaßt:
    - eine Umsetzplatte (6) mit einer Steifigkeit, die zumindest ausreicht, damit sie sich nicht unter dem Gewicht der Gegenstände (1) durchbiegt, welche ihrerseits:
    · zum einen eine sogenannte Übernahmefläche (8) zur Übernahme der Gegenstände besitzt, deren Größe zumindest ausreicht, um für alle Gegenstände in der Anordnung des Postens eine Auflagestelle (7) zu bieten, und
    · zum anderen eine Einrichtung (9) wie beispielsweise eine Abstützfläche zum Abstützen einer Umsetzplatte auf einem Träger (3), um die Übernahmefläche (8) zum Übernehmen der Gegenstände in einer zum Träger (4) im wesentlichen parallelen Ebene zu halten,
    - aufgetragene Schichten eines Klebstoffs (10), der nach Einwirkung von Luft im wesentlichen pastös bleibt, wobei jede der Schichten:
    · eine Fläche (11) zur Haftverbindung mit der Übernahmefläche (8) der Umsetzplatte (6),
    · eine Fläche (12) zur Haftverbindung mit der Auflagefläche (2) eines Gegenstands, und
    · in ihrer Masse eine Kohäsionskraft besitzt, welche ihren Abriß nur unter einer vorgegebenen Belastung zuläßt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß:
    - die Umsetzplatte außerhalb der Ablegestellen (7) für die Gegenstände auf der Platte einen Verbund von Anschlägen (14) aufweist, die beim Übereinanderstapeln von Platten ohne Gegenstände jeden Kontakt zwischen dem in Höhe jeder Übernahmefläche (8) aufgetragenen Klebstoff einerseits und der Abstützeinrichtung (9) zum Abstützen der darübergesetzten Umsetzplatte andererseits behindert, und
    - daß der Klebstoff im wesentlichen pastös ist, und zum einen zwar an der Oberfläche trocken ist, aber dennoch Kontaktklebeigenschaften besitzt, und zum anderen nach Einwirkung von Luft pastös bleibt, insbesondere unter Bedingungen unter Luftdruck bei normaler Temperatur und normaler Luftfeuchtigkeit.
