Claims (5)

1. Verfahren zur Gruppierung von Losen (5) von Gegenständen (1), auf einer Umgruppierungsplatte (6), wobei die Gegenstände eine Stützfläche (2) zur Abstützung auf einer im wesentlichen ebenen Aufnahmefläche (8) und die Lose insbesondere eine vorgegebene Anordnung aufweisen, d. h. jeder Gegenstand sich an einem vorbestimmten Platz (7) befindet, und wobei die Umgruppierungsplatte (6)
- zum einen wenigstens die genannte Aufnahmefläche (8) für die Gegenstände (1), deren Größe zumindest ausreicht, allen Gegenständen in der Losanordnung einen Stellplatz (7), und zwar über deren Stützfläche (2), zu bieten,
- zum anderen wenigstens ein Abstützmittel (9), wie eine Abstützfläche, zum Abstützen auf einer Unterlage (3) aufweist, um die Aufnahmefläche (8) für die Gegenstände in einer zur Unterlage (3) im wesentlichen parallelen Ebene zu halten, wobei gemäß dem Verfahren
- eine Umgruppierungsplatte mit einer Steifigkeit vorgesehen wird, die mindestens ausreicht, um nicht unter dem Gewicht der Gegenstände durchzubiegen, und
- vor dem Abstellen der Gegenstände (1) auf jeder Umgruppierungsplatte (6) des vorerwähnten Typs auf deren Aufnahmefläche (8) am voraussichtlichen Platz (7) jedes Gegenstandes des Loses wenigstens lokal ein Klebemittel (10) aufgebrachtwird, das, nachdem es derfreien Luft ausgesetzt ist, pastös bleibt und
. an der Oberfläche eine Haftkraft entwickelt, die rechtwinklig zu seiner Verbindungsfläche (11) mit der Aufnahmefläche (8) der Umgruppierungsplatte und zu seiner Fläche (12) für eine Verbindung mit den Gegenständen an der Stützfläche (2) eines Gegenstandes ausreicht, um den Halt zu gewährleisten, wobei das Klebemittel aber auch
. in seinem Inneren und insbesondere in der Dicke (13) jedes Auftrags eine für den Halt ausreichende Kohäsion aufweist,
- und schließlich die Gegenstände über ihre dafür vorgesehene Fläche (2) auf der Umgruppierungsplatte abgesetzt werden,

dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Klebemittel aus den Klebemitteln ausgewählt wird, die, obgleich oberflächlich trocken, Kontaktklebeeigenschaften aufweisen, insbesondere unter normalen Temperatur-und Feuchtigkeitsbedingungen bei atmosphärischem Druck.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei dem zur Befestigung der Gegenstände an einer von der Stelle des Klebemittelauftrags entfernten Stelle jeder Gegenstand auf einem ausgewählten Platz (7) abgesetzt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gegenstände auf dem Klebemittel eine bestimmte Zeit stehengelassen werden, so daß durch deren bloßes Gewicht der Kontakt bis zum Anhaften aufrechterhalten wird.
3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß außerhalb der Plätze (7), die durch diese Gegenstände besetzt werden sollen, auf der Umgruppierungsplatte eine Gruppe von Anschlägen (14) ausgebildet ist, die während des Einstapelns von von Gegenständen freien Umgruppierungsplatten jeden Kontakt zwischen dem in Höhe jeder Aufnahmefläche (8) aufgebrachten Klebemittel einerseits und dem Abstützmittel (9) der darüber angebrachten Umgruppierungsplatte andererseits verhindern.
4. Mittel zur Ausführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3
- mit einer Umgruppierungsplatte (6), die eine mindestens ausreichende Steifigkeit, um nicht unter dem Gewicht der Gegenstände (1) durchzubiegen, und
. zum einen eine Aufnahmefläche (8) für die Gegenstände mit einer zumindest ausreichenden Größe, um allen Gegenständen in der Losanordnung einen Stellplatz (7) bieten zu können, und
. andererseits ein Mittel (9), wie eine Abstützfläche gegenüber einer Unterlage (3), aufweist um die Aufnahmefläche (8) für die Gegenstände in einer zur Stütze (4) im wesentlichen parallelen Ebene zu halten,
- mit Klebemittelstellen (10), die, nachdem sie der Luft ausgesetzt sind, im wesentlichen pastös bleiben und jeweils
. eine Fläche (11) zur Klebeverbindung mit der Aufnahmefläche (8) der Umgruppierungsplatte (6),
. eine Fläche (12) zur Klebeverbindung mit der Stützfläche (2) eines Gegenstandes und
. in ihrer Masse (13) eine Kohäsionsfähigkeit aufweisen, die einen Bruch nur unter einer vorbestimmten Last zuläßt,

dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Klebemittel, obwohl es oberflächlich trocken ist, wenn es der Luft ausgesetzt ist, Kontaktklebeeigenschaften aufweist, insbesondere bei normalen Temperatur- und Feuchtigkeitsbedingungen bei atmosphärischem Druck.
5. Mittel nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Umgruppierungsplatten umfassen, die außerhalb ihrer für die Gegenstände auf ihnen vorgesehenen Plätze (7) einen Satz Anschläge (14) aufweisen, die beim Einstapeln von von Gegenständen freien Platten jeden Kontakt zwischen dem in Höhe jeder Aufnahmefläche (8) aufgebrachtem Klebemittel einerseits und dem Abstützmittel (9) der darüber angebrachten Umgruppierungsplatte andererseits verhindern.
