Abstract

Covering a stiff display card with a thin film of flexible plastic, pref. PVC 50 - 100 mu thick, which will deform under local pressure and heat from an object mounted onto the surface, pref. at 120 - 180 degrees C. The article mounted may also be covered locally with a thermoplastic film. Esp. for mounting curved bottles, by increasing the effective area of support from a point contact against the rigid card.
