Claims (11)

  1. Dispositif d'éjection (1) pouvant être verrouillé pour un élément de meuble mobile (2), avec

    - un dispositif de détection (6) pour la détection de la position de l'élément de meuble mobile (2), et
    - un dispositif de transmission (7) pour la transmission de la position, détectée par le dispositif de détection (6), de l'élément de meuble mobile (2) vers l'élément de verrouillage (5),
    l'élément de verrouillage (5) étant mobile en fonction de la position détectée, le dispositif de transmission (7) présentant un élément rotatif (8) qui peut être retenu dans une position centrale (M) par au moins un accumulateur d'énergie (9), l'élément d'éjection (3) pouvant, du fait de l'élément de verrouillage (5), être libéré aussi bien lorsque l'élément de meuble mobile (2) est excessivement poussé à partir d'une position de fermeture (SS) dans la direction de fermeture (SR) que lorsque l'élément de meuble mobile (2) est tiré à partir de la position de fermeture (SS) vers la direction d'ouverture (OR), l'élément d'éjection (3) pouvant être déverrouillé par un mouvement relatif de l'élément de verrouillage (5) vers le boîtier (4) aussi bien lorsque l'élément de meuble mobile (2) est excessivement poussé que lorsque l'élément de meuble mobile (2) est tiré,

  2. Dispositif d'éjection selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, dans la position de fermeture (SS), dans la position de fermeture excessivement poussée (ÜS) et dans la position d'ouverture (ZS), placée au moins directement en amont de la position de fermeture (SS), de l'élément de meuble mobile (2), le dispositif de détection (6) est adjacent à l'élément de meuble mobile (2) ou est raccordé à l'élément de meuble mobile (2).
  3. Dispositif d'éjection selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que, lorsque l'élément rotatif (8) se trouve à l'extérieur de la position centrale (M), le verrouillage de l'élément d'éjection (3) est annulé.
  4. Dispositif d'éjection selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'élément rotatif (8) est simultanément l'élément de verrouillage (5).
  5. Dispositif d'éjection selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de verrouillage (5) est raccordé, par le biais de deux étriers (11, 12), à deux ressorts (13, 14) formant l'accumulateur d'énergie (9), les ressorts (13, 14) étant fixés d'un côté sur le boîtier (4) et étant d'un autre côté fixés respectivement à une extrémité d'un des deux étriers (11, 12), les étriers (11, 12) étant mobiles de façon limitée dans des trous oblongs (15, 16) constitués dans le boîtier (4).
  6. Dispositif d'éjection selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que, lors du déverrouillage, le mouvement de rotation de l'élément de verrouillage (5) ne s'effectue que dans une direction, de préférence dans le sens horaire, le mouvement de rotation étant limité en raison des étriers (11, 12) guidés dans les deux trous oblongs (15, 16) par le biais d'éléments de guidage (26, 27).
  7. Dispositif d'éjection selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de verrouillage (5) et l'élément rotatif (8) sont constitués de façon séparée, l'élément de verrouillage (5) étant sollicité par l'accumulateur d'énergie (9) et étant adjacent à l'élément rotatif (8).
  8. Dispositif d'éjection selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de verrouillage (5) est adjacent à une zone (V) en forme de V de l'élément rotatif (8), l'élément rotatif (8) se trouvant ensuite dans la position centrale (M) quand l'élément de verrouillage (5) est adjacent au point (P) le plus près de l'axe de rotation de la zone (V) en forme de V.
  9. Dispositif d'éjection selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'éjection (3) est retenu dans la position de fermeture (SS) sur l'élément de verrouillage (5) par le biais d'un élément d'encliquetage (17), de préférence par liaison de forme.
  10. Dispositif d'éjection selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de verrouillage (5) est mobile transversalement à la direction d'ouverture (OR) aussi bien lorsque l'élément de meuble mobile (2) est excessivement poussé à partir d'une position de fermeture (SS) dans la direction de fermeture (SR) que lorsque l'élément de verrouillage (5) est tiré à partir de la position de fermeture (SS) dans la direction d'ouverture (OR).
