Claims (15)

  1. Dispositif de fixation (100, 200, 300) pour un profilé de transition (5, 250, 350) à l'intérieur d'une voiture d'un véhicule ferroviaire, comportant :
    une partie supérieure de charnière (3), laquelle peut être fixée à la structure de caisse nue (14) du véhicule ferroviaire ; et
    une partie inférieure de charnière (7), qui peut être reliée de manière libérable à la partie supérieure de charnière (3) et qui forme conjointement avec la partie supérieure de charnière (3) un palier dans lequel un profilé de transition (5) peut être retenu de manière rotative.
  2. Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 1, dans lequel un support de charnière (1) est prévu, qui présente un logement (2), en particulier un logement cunéiforme, destiné à retenir la partie supérieure de charnière (3), et le logement (2) permet un coulissement de la partie supérieure de charnière (3) par rapport au support de charnière (1).
  3. Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 2, dans lequel le support de charnière (1) présente une butée (25) destinée à limiter le mouvement relatif entre la partie supérieure de charnière (3) et le support de charnière (1).
  4. Dispositif de fixation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la partie supérieure de charnière (3) présente sur sa face inférieure un évidement (4), qui comporte, vu en coupe transversale, une zone partiellement circulaire dans laquelle peut être monté un bord supérieur (6) d'un profilé de transition (5), lequel bord présente une section transversale sensiblement circulaire.
  5. Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 4, dans lequel la partie inférieure de charnière (7) présente un évidement (8) qui, vu en coupe transversale, comporte une zone partiellement circulaire, dans lequel l'évidement (4) de la partie supérieure de charnière (3) et l'évidement (8) de la partie inférieure de charnière (7) forment conjointement le palier pour un profilé de transition (5), lequel présente une section transversale au moins semi-circulaire, en particulier en forme de trois-quart de cercle.
  6. Dispositif de fixation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la partie supérieure de charnière (3) présente une surface de butée (21), et dans lequel la partie inférieure de charnière (7) est reliée à un profilé de recouvrement (710), au moyen duquel un élément de revêtement de paroi latérale (17) en forme de plaque peut être pressé contre la surface de butée (21) de la partie supérieure de charnière (3).
  7. Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 6, dans lequel le profilé de recouvrement (710) présente une pluralité de parties inférieures de charnière (7) se présentant sous forme de parties saillantes individuelles s'étendant sensiblement perpendiculairement à partir du profilé de recouvrement, lesquelles peuvent être enfichées à travers des évidements (10) correspondants d'un profilé de transition (5) pour la fixation du profilé de transition (5).
  8. Dispositif de fixation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le support de charnière (1) présente une rainure (9) dans laquelle un bord avant de la partie inférieure de charnière (7) peut être introduit, afin d'empêcher ainsi un déplacement de la partie supérieure de charnière (3) perpendiculairement à la direction longitudinale de la rainure (9), lorsque la partie inférieure de charnière (7) est reliée à la partie supérieure de charnière (3).
  9. Dispositif de fixation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 8, dans lequel le support de charnière (1) présente des trous oblongs (12).
  10. Voiture de véhicule ferroviaire comprenant une structure de caisse nue de véhicule (14), un plancher (30, 230, 330) fixé à la structure de caisse nue de véhicule, un revêtement de paroi latérale (17), et un profilé de transition (5, 250, 350) entre le revêtement de paroi latérale et le plancher, comportant en outre un dispositif de fixation (100, 200, 300) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la partie supérieure de charnière (3) est fixée à la structure de caisse nue de véhicule (14), et dans lequel une extrémité supérieure (6) du profilé de transition (5) est retenue rotative dans le palier qui est formé entre la partie supérieure de charnière (3) et la partie inférieure de charnière (7) reliée à la partie supérieure de charnière (3).
  11. Voiture de véhicule ferroviaire selon la revendication 10, dans lequel le plancher (30, 230, 330) présente un profilé d'arrêt (16), et le profilé de transition (5) présente à son extrémité tournée vers le plancher un profilé d'arrêt (15), dans lequel le profilé d'arrêt (15) côté plancher s'insère dans le profilé d'arrêt (16) côté profilé de transition et les deux profilés d'arrêt peuvent coulisser l'un par rapport à l'autre.
  12. Kit pour un dispositif de fixation pour la fixation d'un profilé de transition (5, 250, 350) à l'intérieur de la voiture d'un véhicule ferroviaire, comportant :
    un support de charnière (1), lequel peut être fixé à la structure de caisse nue (14) du véhicule ferroviaire ;
    une partie supérieure de charnière (3), qui peut être retenue par le support de charnière (1) ; et
    un profilé de recouvrement (710), qui présente au moins une partie inférieure de charnière (1), dans lequel le support de charnière (1) présente un logement (9) pour le profilé de recouvrement (710), afin de bloquer le profilé de recouvrement de manière détachable sur le support de charnière (1),
    dans lequel le profilé de recouvrement peut être relié de manière libérable à la partie supérieure de charnière (3) par la partie inférieure de charnière (7), et la partie inférieure de charnière (7), une fois montée, forme conjointement avec la partie supérieure de charnière (3) un palier dans lequel un profilé de transition (5) peut être retenu de manière rotative.
  13. Kit selon la revendication 12, dans lequel la partie supérieure de charnière (3) présente sur sa face inférieure un évidement (4) qui, vu en coupe transversale, comporte une zone partiellement circulaire dans laquelle peut être monté un bord supérieur (6) d'un profilé de transition (5), qui présente une section transversale sensiblement circulaire.
  14. Kit selon la revendication 13, dans lequel la partie inférieure de charnière (7) présente un évidement (8) qui, en vue en coupe transversale, comporte une zone partiellement circulaire, dans lequel l'évidement (4) de la partie supérieure de charnière (3) et l'évidement (8) de la partie inférieure de charnière (7) forment conjointement le palier pour un profilé de transition (5), lequel présente une section transversale au moins semi-circulaire, en particulier en forme de trois-quart de cercle.
  15. Procédé de montage d'un profilé de transition (5, 250, 350) à l'intérieur de la voiture d'un véhicule ferroviaire, dans lequel le véhicule ferroviaire comporte une paroi latérale et un profilé inférieur (16) intégré dans le plancher (30 ; 130 ; 230) du véhicule ferroviaire, dans lequel le procédé comporte :
    la fixation d'un support de charnière (1) réglable en hauteur verticalement à la paroi latérale (14) du véhicule ferroviaire ;
    le montage d'une partie supérieure de charnière (3) présentant un évidement (4) sensiblement partiellement circulaire sur un logement (2) du support de charnière (1) ;
    l'insertion d'une première extrémité (6) du profilé de transition (5) dans l'évidement (4) sensiblement partiellement circulaire de la partie supérieure de charnière (3) ;
    l'insertion d'une deuxième extrémité (15) du profilé de transition (5) dans le profilé inférieur (16) ;
    l'insertion d'une partie inférieure de charnière (7) dans le support de charnière (1) en faisant passer au moins une partie de la partie inférieure de charnière (7) à travers le profilé de transition (5) ; et
    la fixation de la partie inférieure de charnière (7) à la partie supérieure de charnière (3).
