- Fastening apparatus (100, 200, 300) for a transition profile (5, 250, 350) in the car interior of a rail vehicle, comprising:a hinge upper part (3) which can be fastened to the vehicle shell (14) of the rail vehicle; anda hinge lower part (7) which can be connected releasably to the hinge upper part (3) and, together with the hinge upper part (3), forms a bearing, in which a transition profile (5) can rotatable be held.
- Fastening apparatus according to Claim 1, a hinge holder (1) being provided which has a receptacle (2), in particular a wedge-shaped receptacle, for holding the hinge upper part (3), and the receptacle (2) making possible a displacement of the hinge upper part (3) relative to the hinge holder (1).
- Fastening apparatus according to Claim 2, the hinge holder (1) having a stop (25) for limiting the relative movement between the hinge upper part (3) and the hinge holder (1).
- Fastening apparatus according to one of the preceding claims, the hinge upper part (3) having a cut-out (4) on its lower side, which cut-out (4), as viewed in cross section, has a region in the shape of a partial circle, into which an upper edge (6) of a transition profile (5) can be mounted, which upper edge (6) has an approximately circular cross section.
- Fastening apparatus according to Claim 4, the hinge lower part (7) having a cut-out (8) which, as viewed in cross section, comprises a region in the shape of a partial circle, the cut-out (4) of the hinge upper part (3) and the cut-out (8) of the hinge lower part (7) together forming the bearing for a transition profile (5) which has a cross section which is at least in the shape of a semicircle, in particular a cross section which is in the shape of three quarters of a circle.
- Fastening apparatus according to one of the preceding claims, the hinge upper part (3) having a stop face (21), and the hinge lower part (7) being connected to a covering profile (710), by way of which a plate-shaped side wall trim element (17) can be pressed against the stop face (21) of the hinge upper part (3).
- Fastening apparatus according to Claim 6, the covering profile (710) having a multiplicity of hinge lower parts (7) in the form of individual projections which extend from the covering profile approximately at a right angle, which hinge lower parts (7) can be plugged through respective cut-outs (10) of a transition profile (5) in order to fasten the transition profile (5) .
- Fastening apparatus according to one of the preceding claims, the hinge holder (1) having a groove (9), into which a front edge of the hinge lower part (7) can be plugged, in order, as a result, to prevent a movement of the hinge upper part (3) perpendicularly with respect to the longitudinal extent of the groove (9) when the hinge lower part (7) is connected to the hinge upper part (3).
- Fastening apparatus according to one of Claims 2 to 8, the hinge holder (1) having slots (12).
- Rail vehicle car having a vehicle shell (14), a floor (30, 230, 330) which is fastened to the vehicle shell, a side wall trim panel (17), and a transition profile (5, 250, 350) between the side wall trim panel and the floor, comprising, furthermore, a fastening apparatus (100, 200, 300) according to one of the preceding claims, the hinge upper part (3) being fastened to the vehicle shell (14), and an upper end (6) of the transition profile (5) being held rotatably in the bearing which is configured between the hinge upper part (3) and the hinge lower part (7) which is connected to the hinge upper part (3).
- Rail vehicle car according to Claim 10, the floor (30, 230, 330) having an end profile (16), and the transition profile (5) having an end profile (15) at its end which points towards the floor, the floor-side end profile (15) engaging into the transition profile-side end profile (16), and it being possible for the two end profiles to be displaced against one another.
- Kit for fastening apparatus for fastening a transition profile (5, 250, 350) in the car interior of a rail vehicle, comprising:a hinge holder (1) which can be fastened to the vehicle shell (14) of the rail vehicle;a hinge upper part (3) which can be held by the hinge holder (1); anda covering profile (710) which has at least one hinge lower part (7), the hinge holder (1) having a receptacle (9) for the covering profile (710), in order to lock the covering profile releasably on the hinge holder (1);wherein it is possible for the covering profile to be connected releasably to the hinge upper part (3) by way of the hinge lower part (7), and, in the assembled state, the hinge lower part (7) forming, together with the hinge upper part (3), a bearing, in which a transition profile (5) can rotatably be held.
- Kit according to Claim 12, the hinge upper part (3) having a cut-out (4) on its lower side, which cut-out (4), as viewed in cross section, comprises a region in the shape of a partial circle, into which an upper edge (6) of a transition profile (5) can be mounted, which upper edge (6) has an approximately circular cross section.
- Kit according to Claim 13, the hinge lower part (7) having a cut-out (8) which, as viewed in cross section, comprises a region in the shape of a partial circle, the cut-out (4) of the hinge upper part (3) and the cut-out (8) of the hinge lower part (7) together forming the bearing for a transition profile (5) which has a cross section in the shape of at least a semicircle, in particular a cross section in the shape of three quarters of a circle.
- Method for mounting a transition profile (5, 250, 350) in the car interior of a rail vehicle, the rail vehicle comprising a side wall and a floor profile (16) which is integrated into the floor (30; 130; 230) of the rail vehicle, the method comprising:fastening of a hinge holder (1), the height of which can be adjusted vertically, to the side wall (14) of the rail vehicle;attaching of a hinge upper part (3) with a cut-out (4) which is substantially in the shape of a partial circle to a receptacle (2) of the hinge holder (1);inserting of a first end (6) of the transition profile (5) into the cut-out (4) of the hinge upper part (3), which cut-out (4) is substantially in the shape of a partial circle;inserting of a second end (15) of the transition profile (5) into the floor profile (16);inserting of a hinge lower part (7) into the hinge holder (1) by way of at least one part of the hinge lower part (7) being guided through the transition profile (5); andfastening of the hinge lower part (7) to the hinge upper part (3).
