- an annular gap may be provided between the filter foam cylinder 11 and tube 14, to allow a more uniform flow through the filter foam cylinder 11 through the dirt-laden air; This also contribute to the inlet window 15, the separate operation of the small sucker. 1 are closed by the closure sleeve 16, but still allow to some extent an axial flow of air along the outer wall of the filter foam cylinder 11.
- the blower with the fan 21 and the nozzle 22 conveys the sucked air through arranged in a perforated screen 23 exhaust openings 24 to the outside.
- the fan 21 is driven by the electric motor 25, which is powered by non-detailed batteries, such as lithium-ion batteries.
- the motor 25 can be controlled by a switch, not shown, or via a control electronics, also not shown.
- the handle 31 is connected to locking cam 33, which cooperate with detent springs 34, each carrying a locking element 35, such that in the in Fig. 1 shown position of the handle 31, a radial movement of the detent springs 34 is prevented inwardly.
- detent springs 34 are arranged opposite each other.
- the aforementioned components are associated with the small vacuum cleaner 1.
- the vacuum cleaner housing 40 has according to Fig. 1 at its front end to an intake manifold 42 to which, for example, a suction nozzle or a floor brush is connected.
- the incoming through the intake manifold 42 suction air flow is divided into two partial air streams, each guided by air ducts 44 to a rear portion of a Staubabscheideabitess 45, where they are deflected by deflection 46 in the tangential direction and guided inwards. It may also be sufficient for a single air duct, which has a sufficient cross-section.
- the deflecting regions 46 of the air ducts 44 open into air supply openings 53 of a pipe 54, which encloses a dust separation chamber 55 and a dust collecting chamber 56.
- the Staubabscheideraum 55 and the dust collection chamber 56 are separated by a Abscheiderip 57, which leaves a gap to the tube 54.
- a blow-out for example a flat filter fleece, a lamellar filter, in particular a HEPA filter, or even a filter formed by filter foam, are provided.
- the exhaust filter can serve as a fine dust filter or be designed as a coarse filter for noise reduction.
- the exhaust openings are sufficiently large, so that the exhaust filter does not produce a significant flow resistance. It is also possible to provide a plurality of exhaust and / or exhaust filter elements arranged side by side and / or in the air stream one behind the other.
- a handle port 49 for receiving a rod which carries a handle for use of the vacuum cleaner as a teat suction (not shown), is arranged.
- the vacuum cleaner housing 40 is open at the rear end to introduce the small suction device 1 in the axial direction from behind into the enveloping body.
- the latching elements 35 abut against the latching projections 36 and thereby hold the small suction device 1 in a position suitable for the interaction of the small suction device 1 with the vacuum cleaner housing 40 as a suction device, possibly against an axial force exerted by the foam seal 60 and the spring 17. Furthermore, the small suction device 1 is thereby secured against unintentional removal from the vacuum cleaner housing 40.
- another handle 32 is provided which is connected to the dust cup 59 formed by the tube 54 and the bottom 58 and with the aid of which the dust cup 59 can be removed laterally from the housing 40 for emptying the dust. Together with the dust cup 59 and the tube 14 with the Filter foam cylinder 11 are removed from the housing 40. If the dust cup 59 removed from the housing 40 of the vacuum cleaner 1, the tube 14 can be pulled out with the filter foam cylinder 11 in the axial direction of the dust cup to clean the filter foam cylinder 11. The dust cup 59 may be reversed or opened to remove the dust accumulated in the dust collecting space 56. Furthermore, the lint filter can be cleaned.
- FIG. 2 is a side view of the vacuum cleaner housing 40 with inserted small suction 1 shown. It can be seen running on the outer wall of Staubabscheideabitess 45 air ducts 44 having at its rear end deflection 46, by which the respective partial air flow is gradually deflected from an axial to a tangential direction. Furthermore, in Fig. 2 the intake manifold 42 at the front end of the vacuum cleaner housing 40 and the handle port 49 at the rear end of the vacuum cleaner housing 41 and the exhaust openings 48 of the vacuum cleaner housing 40, in which a blow-out is held. From the small suction 1 is in Fig. 2 only the handle 31 to see. Along the line CC when removing the dust box 63 in connection with Fig. 6 Separated seals described.
- Fig. 3 shows a view of the vacuum cleaner housing 40 with the small suction device 1 inserted therein seen from the rear end.
- the handle 31 is arranged. It also recognizes the deflection portions 46 of the two air ducts, which are offset by approximately 45 ° to each other on the outer wall of the substantially tubular housing 40 are arranged.
- the line marked AA marks the intersection of the in Fig. 1 shown partially cut representation.
- the Wirbelrohrabscheider is thus designed as Senkabscheider. This is a particularly high suction power through the allows multiple air ducts 44, which may have a relatively large cross section, for example about 1800 mm 2 . Lint are retained by the lint filter, which covers the windows of the sleeve 18 and is traversed by the air before reaching the filter foam cylinder 11, which retains further coarse and medium-fine dust. In particular for filtering fine dust, a blow-out filter is provided in the blow-out openings 48.
- Fig. 4 the small suction device 1 is shown in a partially removed from the vacuum cleaner housing 40 position, the representation of the partially sectioned view of the Fig. 1 equivalent.
- the handle 31 is for this purpose from in Fig. 1 shown position so far that the associated with the handle 31 locking cam 33 out of engagement with the detent springs 34 pass. The fact that the locking cam 33 no longer lock the detent springs 34, they can dodge inward in the radial direction. If a traction force is subsequently exerted axially in the rearward direction on the handle 31, which can have an axial stop for this purpose, the latching elements 35 are guided past the latching projections 36 via the latching bevels directed backwards, with the latching elements 35 dodging inwards. As a result, the small vacuum cleaner 1 is unlocked. In the in Fig. 4 shown position is the Small suckers have been moved by another train on the handle 31 in the axial direction further to the rear.
- the locking elements 35 When inserting the small vacuum cleaner 1 in the vacuum cleaner housing 40, the locking elements 35 are guided past the latching projections 36 in a reverse movement over the flatter forward locking bevels and engage behind the locking projections 36 a. By locking cam 33 unlocking is prevented.
- the laterally removed dust box 63 which contains the filter foam cylinder 11, the tube 14 and the sleeve 18 which carries the lint filter. Furthermore, the dust box 63 includes the dust cup 59 with the tube 54, the bottom 58, wherein in the dust box 63 in particular the dust collecting chamber 56 and the suction head 2 are included with the dirt depot 6.
- the removable as a unit on the handle 32 dust box 63 thus includes all the dust collector of the small vacuum cleaner 1 and 40 of the vacuum cleaner except for the fine dust filter. Because they can be removed together, a particularly simple handling for emptying or cleaning the dust collector is possible. To clean the lint filter and the filter foam cylinder 11, they can be pulled out of the dust cup 59 in the axial direction to the rear.
- Fig. 6 shows a view of the vacuum cleaner housing 40 with according to Fig. 5 laterally removed dust box 63 seen from the rear end.
- the seal 64 can be seen, which laterally seals the air path from the interior 13 of the filter foam cylinder to the blower during operation of the vacuum cleaner and also during solo operation of the small suction device 1 with a corresponding blower-side seal.
- an arcuate rib 65 is provided which has a groove into which engages the blower-side seal upon insertion of the dust box 63.
- a bolt may be provided to prevent inadvertent removal of the dust box.
- the line marked AA marks the intersection of the in Fig. 4 shown partially cut representation.
