Claims (2)

  1. Maschine (1) zum flachen Entgraten von Teilen, umfassend mindestens einen Motor mit Eigenantrieb (2), der mindestens einer Metallbürste (3) zugeordnet ist und auf einer Trägerplatte (4) montiert ist, die ebenfalls von einem Motor (7) rotierend angetrieben wird und über einem Transportband (5) zu bearbeitender Teile (6) angeordnet ist, um sie gemäß einer linearen Bewegung (L) unter der rotierenden Trägerplatte (4) fortzubewegen und sie mit den ebenfalls rotierenden Metallbürsten (3) zwecks Erhalts einer Bürstenaktion in mehreren Richtungen in Kontakt zu versetzen, aufweisend automatische Messmittel für die Detektion des Kontakts der peripheren Angriffsfläche der Bürsten (3) mit einer Referenzebene (P), die von dem Transportband (5) oder dem zu bearbeitenden Teil (6) gebildet ist, um die Höhe der Bürsten (3) in Bezug auf die Referenzebene (P) in Abhängigkeit von ihrem Verschleißgrad vor einem Entgratvorgang zu reinitialisieren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Detektionsmittel des Kontakts der Bürsten (3) von eingebauten Codierrädern (9) gebildet sind, die mit Wellen (2a) der Motoren (2) der Bürsten (3) fest verbunden sind, wobei diese während der Reinitialisierung, also im Freilauf, nicht versorgt werden, wogegen ihre Trägerplatte (4) gleichzeitig rotierend und nach unten in Richtung der unbeweglich gemachten Referenzebene (P) bis zur Inkontaktversetzung der Bürsten (3) mit ihr angetrieben wird, was ihren Rotationsantrieb und in der Folge den der Codierräder (9) bewirkt, wodurch ein an einen programmierbaren Automaten der Maschine zu übermittelndes Signal erzeugt wird, das einen Stoppbefehl für das Hinunterfahren der Platte (4) gibt, wobei diese Position einem Nullpunkt entspricht.
  2. Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei der Benutzung der Maschine ein Höhenmesssensor (10) den von den Codierrädern (9) gegebenen Nullpunkt registriert und ab dem der Trägerplatte (4) der Bürsten (3) ein Hubbefehl gemäß einem Wert (e) gegeben wird, welcher der Dicke (e') des zu bearbeitenden Teils (6) entspricht.
