Claims (18)
- Vorrichtung (1) zur Herstellung von Belüftungslöchern in einer stabilisierenden Umhüllung (31) aus Kunststofffolie für eine palettierte Last (32), die besagte Last (32) im Wesentlichen entlang einer vertikalen Richtung ("Z"), einer Querrichtung ("Y") und einer Längsrichtung ("X") verläuft, die besagten Richtungen senkrecht zueinander sind, die besagte Vorrichtung (1) eine Tragkonstruktion (2) umfasst, versehen mit einem festen Unterbau (5) und mit einer vertikalen Konstruktion (7, 9), die sich im Wesentlichen entlang einer vertikalen Richtung ("Z") erstreckt, einem Perforierkopf (3) mit Anordnung auf der besagten vertikalen Konstruktion (7, 9) und versehen mit Perforierungsmitteln (4) zur Herstellung von Belüftungslöchern in der besagten Umhüllung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich besagte Perforierungsmittel (4) entlang einer Linie und im Wesentlichen entlang der Querrichtung ("Y") erstrecken und dadurch, dass die besagte vertikale Konstruktion (7, 9) vertikale Verstellmittel (33) zum Bewegen des besagten Perforierkopfes (3) entlang der besagten vertikalen Richtung ("Z") entlang der vertikalen Konstruktion (7, 9) umfasst.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, worin besagte vertikale Verstellmittel (33) Zahnriemen-Verschiebungsvorrichtungen (36-38) oder Ketten-Verschiebungsvorrichtungen oder Kugelumlaufspindeln oder Zahnstangen- und Ritzel-Verschiebevorrichtungen umfassen.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, umfassend Sensormittel für die Steuerung und Prüfung der vertikalen Position des besagten Perforierkopfes (3), die besagten vertikalen Verstellmittel (33) demnach von gesteuerter Bauart sind.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, worin die besagten Sensormittel für die Steuerung und Prüfung der vertikalen Position des Perforierkopfes (3) in den vertikalen Verstellmitteln (33) integriert sind.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, worin der besagte feste Unterbau (5) Verschiebungsmittel (8) umfasst, die geeignet sind, die vertikale Konstruktion (7, 9) an die besagte palettierte Last (32) im Wesentlichen entlang der Längsrichtung ("X") heran und davon weg zu bewegen.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, worin der besagte Perforierkopf (3) einen horizontalen Rahmen (14) umfasst, der im Wesentlichen im Grundriss "C"-förmig ausgebildet ist und zwei Enden (15) und eine horizontale Stange (16) zum Verbinden der besagten Enden (15) umfasst, die besagte horizontale Stange (16) die Perforierungsmittel trägt, worin jedes der besagten Perforierungsmittel einen Träger (17) für eine Lochstanze (18) und Mittel (22) zum Verbinden des besagten Trägers (17) mit der besagten horizontalen Stange (16) umfasst, selektiv bewegbar entlang der besagten horizontalen Stange (16) und im Wesentlichen entlang der Querrichtung ("Y").
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 6, worin die besagte Lochstanze (18) einen heizbaren Kopf (23) zum Erweichen der besagten stabilisierenden Umhüllung (31) der besagten palettierten Last (32) zur Herstellung von Belüftungslöchern umfasst.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 6, worin der besagte Träger (17) ein Gleitstück (20), an dem die besagte Lochstanze (18) eingespannt ist, umfasst.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, worin der besagte Träger (17) Mittel (21) umfasst, um das besagte Gleitstück (20) an die besagte palettierte Last (32) und im Wesentlichen entlang der Längsrichtung ("X") heran oder davon weg zu bewegen.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 7, worin der besagte Träger (17) am Ende des besagten heizbaren Kopfes (23), der der palettierten Last (32) zugewandt ist, eine Gabel (24) umfasst, die bündig an die besagte stabilisierende Umhüllung der besagten palettierten Last (32) angeordnet werden kann.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, worin die besagte Gabel (24) einen Schlitz (25) aufweist, um dem heizbaren Kopf (23) den Durchtritt zu ermöglichen und um ein Einstellen der relativen vertikalen Position zwischen dem heizbaren Kopf (23) und der Gabel (24) zu ermöglichen.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 6, worin der besagte Perforierkopf (3) eine bewegliche Trennwand (26) zum Schutz der besagten Perforierungsmittel (4) umfasst, die besagte bewegliche Trennwand (26) durch ein Gelenkpaar (27) drehbar um eine horizontale Achse parallel zu dem besagten horizontalen Rahmen (14) eingespannt ist.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 6, worin die besagte Vorrichtung (1) eine Steuereinheit (30) für die automatisierte Steuerung der Bewegung der besagten vertikalen Konstruktion (7) entlang der besagten Führung (6) des besagten Perforierkopfes (3) entlang der besagten vertikalen Konstruktion (7) und der besagten Perforierungsmittel (4) entlang des horizontalen Rahmens (14) und an die palettierte Last heran/von ihr weg und im Wesentlichen entlang der jeweiligen Richtungen ("Z") und ("X") umfasst.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Belüftungslöchern in einer stabilisierenden Umhüllung (31) einer palettierten Last (32), eine derartige Last entlang einer vertikalen Richtung ("Z"), einer Querrichtung ("Y") und einer Längsrichtung ("X") verläuft, die besagten Richtungen senkrecht zueinander sind, das besagte Verfahren einen Perforierschritt zur Herstellung einer Vielzahl von Löchern in der besagten stabilisierenden Umhüllung (31) der besagten palettierten Last (32) durch thermische Perforierungsmittel (4) umfasst, die entsprechend einer Perforierlinie im Wesentlichen parallel zur Querrichtung ("Y") angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ein Wiederholen des besagten Perforierschrittes der besagten stabilisierenden Umhüllung (31) der besagten palettierten Last (32) entlang einer Perforierlinie im Wesentlichen parallel zu einer Querrichtung ("Y") durch Verschieben der besagten Perforierlinie im Wesentlichen entlang einer vertikalen Richtung ("Z") entlang der besagten palettierten Last (32) umfasst.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 14, worin der besagte Schritt der vertikalen Verschiebung das Verschieben eines Perforierkopfes (3) umfasst, worin die besagten Perforierungsmittel (4) in einer gesteuerten Weise vorgesehen sind, d. h. die vertikale Verschiebung wird von Sensormitteln zur Steuerung und Prüfung der vertikalen Positionierung gesteuert und geprüft.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 14 oder 15, umfassend einen Schritt des Auflegens einer Anschlagleiste (11), die den besagten Perforierungsmitteln (4) zugeordnet ist, auf eine Basis der besagten palettierten Last (32), um die Ist-Position der besagten palettierten Last (32) zu prüfen.
- Verfahren nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 14-16, worin der besagte Schritt des Perforierens der besagten stabilisierenden Umhüllung (31) einen Schritt des Auflegens der besagten Perforierungsmittel (4) auf die besagte stabilisierende Umhüllung (31) durch eine Gabel (24) umfasst, die in den besagten Perforierungsmitteln (4) vorgesehen ist, um die Ist-Position der stabilisierenden Umhüllung (31) zu prüfen.
- Verfahren nach irgendeinem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche 14 bis 17, umfassend das Ändern der relativen Position auf den besagten Perforierungsmitteln (4) entsprechend der vertikalen Richtung ("Z") in Bezug auf eine Vielzahl von Löchern, die zuvor in der besagten stabilisierende Umhüllung (31) entsprechend der Perforierlinie im Wesentlichen parallel zur Querrichtung ("Y") ausgebildet wurden.
