Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Gewürzstreuer zum Aufsetzen auf ein Gebinde, das Gewürze oder dgl. enthält, mit zwei unabhängig voneinander öffenbaren schwenkbaren Deckeln, die je eine Streu- oder Schüttöffnung abschließen gemäß dem Oberbegriff von Anspruch 1.
  • Ein derartige Gewürzstreuer ist der US 4,463,869 bekannt. Andersartige Behälterverschlüsse sind weiters aus der US 2006/0043052 A1 und der US 4,284,200 bekannt.
  • Derartige Gewürzstreuer können auf ein Gebinde aufgesetzt werden, das zwei voneinander getrennte Aufnahmeräume für verschiedene Gewürze, Gewürzmischungen, Zimt, Zucker oder Schokolade enthält. Es ist aber auch möglich, dass von einem Raum einmal der Inhalt über unterschiedliche Streuöffnungen, ein anderes Mal mit einem Löffel entnommen werden kann.
  • Bei bekannten Gewürzstreuern sind die beiden Deckel mittels quer über den Gewürzstreuer verlaufende Scharniere zueinander klappbar. Dies hat den Nachteil, dass der Platz für die Streu-oder Schüttöffnungen verringert wird, diese Öffnungen daher im Verhältnis zur Gesamtfläche verhältnismäßig klein sind. Weiters ist ein Originalitätsschutz nur sehr aufwendig mit z.B. Sleevfolien oder Banderolen möglich.
  • Die Erfindung hat es sich zum Ziel gesetzt, einen Gewürzstreuer zu schaffen, bei dem trotz Anbringung von zwei Deckeln die Größe der Streu- oder Schüttöffnungen durch die Scharniere, bzw. allgemein Anlenkungen, der Deckel nicht beeinträchtigt wird. Auch soll ein einfacher Originalitätsschutz erreicht werden. Überdies soll ein wirksamer Aromaschutz gewährleistet sein.
  • Erreicht werden diese Ziele dadurch, dass jede Streu- oder Schüttöffnung mit einer sie umgebenden Dichtkante versehen ist, die im geschlossenen Zustand mit einer Dichtkante am zugehörigen Deckel zusammenwirkt, wobei beide Deckel an ihren der Anlenkung gegenüberliegenden Enden Noppen aufweisen, die mit einer gemeinsamen, abreißbaren Originalitätslasche zusammenwirken.
  • Dadurch, dass die Scharniere bzw. Anlenkungen am Rand des Gewürzstreuers angeordnet sind, steht die gesamte obere Oberfläche des Gewürzstreuers für die Streu-oder Schüttöffnungen zur Verfügung.
  • Die erfindungsgemäße Anordnung der Deckel ermöglicht auch für beide Deckel die Verwendung nur einer Originalitätslasche.
  • Weiters wird durch die erfindungsgemäße Anordnung der Deckel die Öffnung beider Deckel ohne Drehen mit z.B. dem Daumen einer Hand möglich (Einhandbedienung).
  • Die Dichtkanten ermöglichen einen dichten Verschluss auch nach der Erstöffnung.
  • Im Rahmen der Erfindung können die Streu- oder Schüttöffnungen mit auswechselbaren oder schwenkbaren Streueinsätzen versehen sein. Dadurch können beide Streu- oder Schüttöffnungen getrennt voneinander angepasst werden oder durch Ausbrechen (Abklappen) auf ein Maximum vergrößert werden.
  • Diese auswechselbaren Abdeckungen können einmal mit größeren, das andere Mal mit kleineren Durchtrittsöffnungen für die Gewürze oder dgl. versehen sein.
  • Es ist auch möglich, einen Streueinsatz ganz zu entfernen, sodass die Gewürze oder dgl. geschüttet oder mit einem Löffel entnommen werden können.
  • Soferne eine Wiederbefüllung des Gebindes nicht erwünscht ist, kann erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen sein, dass der Gewürzstreuer zum Aufschrauben auf das Gebinde ein Gewinde und einen federnden oder starren Arm aufweist, der zur Verhinderung eines Rückdrehens am Ende des Aufschraubens hinter einen am Gebinde vorgesehenen Vorsprung einschnappt.
  • Beim Aufschrauben auf das Gebinde gleitet der Arm über den Vorsprung am Gebinde, beim versuchten Rückdrehen schnappt er jedoch hinter den Vorsprung ein und verhindert so ein Abschrauben des Gewürzstreuers vom Gebinde.
  • Ebenso ist die Verwendung des Gewürzstreuers mit einer Prellmündung möglich, die sowohl auf Glas- oder Kunststoffgebinde angebracht werden kann. Somit ist ein optimaler Originalitätsschutz ohne zusätzliche Hilfsmittel wie z.B. Sleevfolien oder Banderolen gegeben.
  • Nachstehend ist die Erfindung anhand von in den Zeichnungen dargestellten Ausführungsbeispielen näher beschrieben, ohne auf diese Beispiele beschränkt zu sein. Dabei zeigen:
    • Figur 1 einen erfindungsgemäßen Gewürzstreuer mit der abgerissenen Originalitätslasche in Schrägansicht;
    • Figur 2 ebenfalls in Schrägansicht den Gewürzstreuer mit beiden geöffneten Deckeln;
    • Figur 3 eine der Figur 2 ähnliche Darstellung, wobei jedoch ein Streueinsatz einer Streu- oder Schüttöffnung umgeklappt ist und als Schüttöffnung dient;
    • Figur 4 eine Ansicht schräg von unten mit einem Gewinde;
    • Figur 5 eine Ansicht schräg von unten mit einer Prellmündung;
    • Figur 6 eine Schrägansicht des erfindungsgemäßen Gewürzstreuers mit nur einem geöffneten Deckel.
  • Gemäß den Zeichnungen besitzt ein Gewürzstreuer nach der Erfindung ein Gehäuse 1, an dem mittels Scharnieren 2 und 3 Deckel 4 und 5 angelenkt sind. Diese Deckel sind unabhängig voneinander bewegbar, sodass einmal der eine Deckel 4 oder 5, das andere Mal der andere Deckel 5 oder 4 geöffnet werden kann. Es können auch beide Deckel 4, 5 geöffnet (Figur 2, 3, 4) oder geschlossen (Figur 1) werden.
  • Der Deckel 4 kann einen Streueinsatz 6, der Deckel 5 einen Streueinsatz 7 verschließen. Zur Erzielung eines dichten Verschlusses sind die Streu- oder Schüttöffnungen 6, 7 mit je einer konischen Dichtkante 8 und die Deckel 4, 5 mit je einer damit zusammenwirkenden Dichtkante 9 versehen.
  • Im gezeichneten Beispiel (Figur 2 und 3) ist die Streu- oder Schüttöffnung 6 mit einem gelochten Streueinsatz 10, die Streu- oder Schüttöffnung 7 mit einem gelochten Streueinsatz 11 versehen.
  • Der gelochte Streueinsatz 10' gemäß Figur 3 kann in das Innere des Gewürzstreuers eingeklappt oder ausgebrochen werden, sodass ein Zugang zum Inneren z.B. mit einem Löffel möglich ist bzw. der Inhalt geschüttet werden kann. Ebenso ist dies mit dem Streueinsatz 11 möglich.
  • Der Streueinsatz 10 bzw. 10' ist mit größeren Streulöchern, der Streueinsatz 11 mit kleineren Streulöchern versehen, der Verbraucher kann daher wählen, ob er die Gewürze oder dgl. über größere oder kleinere Löcher oder mit einem Löffel oder geschüttet entnehmen will. Es muss dazu nur der jeweilige Deckel geöffnet und der andere Deckel geschlossen werden (Fig. 6).
  • Die Deckel 4, 5 besitzen je einen Grifffortsatz 12, wodurch die Bedienung, d.h. das Öffnen und Schließen eines Deckels mit nur einer Hand möglich ist.
  • Gemäß Figur 1 besitzen die Deckel 4, 5 an ihren der Anlenkung bzw. den Scharnieren 2, 3 gegenüberliegenden Enden Noppen 13, die mit einer abreißbaren Originalitätslasche 14 zusammenwirken. In Figur 1 ist die Originalitätslasche 14 bereits in abgerissenem Zustand gezeigt.
  • Der erfindungsgemäße Gewürzstreuer kann, muss aber nicht, mit einem Gewinde 15 zum Aufschrauben auf das Gebinde (nicht dargestellt) versehen sein. Um ein Zurückschrauben, d.h. eine Abnahme des Gewürzstreuers vom Gebinde zu verhindern, ist ein Arm 16 vorgesehen, der beim Aufschrauben von einem am Gebinde vorgesehenen Vorsprung zurückgedrängt wird. Nach dem Vorbeigang am Vorsprung des Gebindes springt der Arm 16 zurück und verhindert so ein Abschrauben des Gewürzstreuers vom Gebinde.
  • Der in Figur 5 dargestellte Gewürzstreuer besitzt statt eines Gewindes eine Prellmündung 17.
  • Der erfindungsgemäße einteilig gefertigte Gewürzstreuer garantiert durch die Anbringung der Originalitätslasche und einer Prellmündung oder Schraubmündung mit Rückdrehschutz einen konsumentengerechten Gesamtoriginalitätsschutz ohne weitere Hilfsmittel oder Techniken und erspart dem Abfüller somit kostenintensive Zusatzleistungen.

Claims (3)

  1. Gewürzstreuer zum Aufsetzen auf ein Gebinde, das Gewürze oder dgl. enthält, mit zwei unabhängig voneinander offenbaren schwenkbaren Deckeln (4, 5), die je eine Streu- oder Schüttöffnung (6, 7) abschließen, wobei die beiden Deckel (4, 5) nebeneinander am Rand des Gewürzstreuers angelenkt sind und im geschlossenen Zustand nebeneinander liegen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Streu-oder Schüttöffnung (6, 7) mit einer sie umgebenden Dichtkante (8) versehen ist, die im geschlossenen Zustand mit einer Dichtkante (9) am zugehörigen Deckel (4, 5) zusammenwirkt, wobei die beiden Deckel (4, 5) an ihren der Anlenkung gegenüberliegenden Enden Noppen (13) aufweisen, die mit einer gemeinsamen, abreißbaren Originalitätslasche (14) zusammenwirken.
  2. Gewürzstreuer nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Streu- oder Schüttöffnungen (6, 7) mit auswechselbaren oder schwenkbaren Streueinsätzen (10, 11, 10') versehen sind.
  3. Gewürzstreuer nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er zum Aufschrauben auf das Gebinde ein Gewinde (15) und einen Arm (16) aufweist, der zur Verhinderung eines Rückdrehens am Ende des Aufschraubens hinter einen am Gebinde vorgesehenen Vorsprung einschnappt.
