Definitions
- the invention relates to a polygonal sliding packing according to the preamble of claim 1.
- This known polygonal sliding packing with rotary-push movement for opening and closing with variable length consists of two interconnectable by telescoping hollow bodies, with a locking device consisting of at least one provided on a hollow body first row of teeth with at least one locking tooth and at least one on the other Hollow body disposed, the first row of teeth associated second row of teeth with at least one locking tooth, which engage in the telescoping of the hollow body with their associated, contacting tooth flanks of the locking teeth into each other and lock together.
- the contacting rows of teeth can be disengaged from each other about their longitudinal axes by twisting the two hollow bodies, wherein at least one slideway is arranged on the one hollow body in the circumferential direction at a distance from the at least one latching track, into which the at least one latching track or the at least one locking tooth of the opposite hollow body is engageable and is displaced there in the displacement direction, wherein on the outer hollow body a plurality of teeth lying one behind the other, which form a row of teeth, are present.
- DE 33 25 033 C2 discloses another polygonal packaging container with a variable length, which is composed of two telescoping hollow bodies, each with polygonal cross-sections and rounded corners.
- the outer radius of curvature of the corners of the inner hollow body is greater than the inner radius of curvature of the corners of the outer hollow body.
- the DE 76 20 793 U1 discloses a sliding packaging consisting of two cylindrical hollow bodies in which converging surfaces are arranged on the outer hollow body, from the front side to its longitudinal axis, which ends at right angles and the hollow body longitudinal axis projecting annular surfaces.
- the encircling ratchet tooth thus formed is brought by turning the hollow body against each other in engagement with the over the entire length réelleckenden Rastzähnung the inner hollow body.
- a disadvantage of this sliding packaging is the lack of security against rotation, since the toothing acts in the axial direction, but a radial positional security is not given.
- the corner-side detent path of the inner sleeve of the corner-side detent track of the outer sleeve is assigned, and the two parts can be locked together by simply telescoping.
- the detent track of the inner sleeve is pushed onto the detent track of the outer sleeve.
- the detent track, z. B. the inner sleeve, out of engagement with the corners arranged detent track of the outer sleeve passes.
- the two parts are slightly displaced relative to each other and can be adjusted to any length to each other and are brought by renewed mutual rotation of the hollow body whose locking bars again engaged.
- Such a packaging container has proven itself on a large scale.
- Disadvantage of the known packaging container is that the transition from the detent position to the release position can be made only by deformation of the wall of the outer sleeve, which must deform with their walls elastically directed radially outward to a To allow clearance for the displaced along the inside of the outer sleeve detent path of the inner sleeve. It therefore requires a high torque to rotate the two parts against each other, the container walls of the outer sleeve must dodge elastically to the outside. Such increased torque is not desired.
- the further disadvantage of the known packaging sleeve is that the entire detent function only works if at least the material of the outer sleeve is designed to be elastically yielding.
- a relatively rigid plastic material or other materials such as wood, cardboard, paper, metal and the like materials that have small high deformation ability, the known detent works after the DE 44 06 932 C2 not because the elasticity of the outer sleeve is not present in the promoted measure.
- the invention is therefore an object of the invention to enable the rotation and pushing or pulling movement caused displacement position between an outer sleeve and an inner sleeve with the lowest possible displacement force, the transition between the detent position and the release position even with less elastic materials of the outer sleeve with less Power can succeed.
- the invention is characterized by the technical teaching of claim 1.
- At least one detent track is arranged in the direction of displacement on the one part, which is aligned in the longitudinal direction to the displacement direction, and that at least one locking tooth is provided on the other part, which is engageable with this detent track, and in that Furthermore, at least one slide track is arranged in the circumferential direction at a distance from the latching track, into which the latching track of the opposite part can be brought into engagement and is freely displaceable in the sliding direction.
- the detent track can be rotated at the one part by rotation between the two parts, that the detent track on the one part comes into engagement with the slide on the opposite part.
- the outer sleeve no longer has to consist of an elastically yielding material, because it does not depend on the flexibility of the walls of the outer sleeve. Instead, one or more slide tracks are arranged at a radial distance next to the latching teeth of the outer sleeve.
- the slideway is formed as a roughly trapezoidal or U-shaped profiled, with its closed groove bottom radially outwardly directed groove in the wall of a hollow body.
- the term "slideway” is not limited to the one or more ratchet teeth on one part of the packaging sleeve coming into touching and sliding engagement with the slideway on the opposite part.
- the one or more ratchet teeth on a part of the packaging sleeve must not necessarily touch the slideway. They can also be guided without contact over the slide, which then serves as a longitudinal guide element for a straight guide arranged on the opposite part of the packaging sleeve locking teeth.
- a single tooth is present on the outer sleeve or optionally a plurality consecutive teeth forming a row of teeth. It is important that at least one slide track is arranged on this outer sleeve in the radial distance and on the circumference offset next to this one or more teeth.
- the teeth are present at all or some corners or on any other surfaces of this outer sleeve, so that it does not matter in the invention that the slide and / or the detent path are arranged on the corner. These can also be arranged on any other surfaces in the longitudinal direction (pushing and pulling direction), aligned both on the outer sleeve and in the inner sleeve.
- a total of only one slide is present.
- a slideway may be arranged at each corner. But they can also - with respect to a longitudinally extending body corner - left and right of the ratchet tooth (or generally: the detent path) may be arranged so that at each corner at a distance from each other and circumferentially offset from each other two slideways are arranged.
- the invention is not limited to a quadrangular body as a packaging sleeve. It can be used any polygonal body, such. A triangular, square, pentagonal, six, eight, twelve or symmetric polygonal body or similarly shaped asymmetric packaging body.
- the invention is based on the finding that one or more slideways are arranged on the portion of the sleeve opposite the latching track, which enable a nearly force-free displacement of the latching teeth of the latching track in the opposite hollow body during a rotary push or pull movement.
- a small displacement force between the hollow bodies given in the release or sliding position, without the two hollow body must be deformed during its rotation.
- the two hollow body can be easily combined with respect to the packaging length arbitrary detent position by a hollow body is rotated relative to the other hollow body and then locked.
- the invention is not limited to the fact that only one or two corner-side detent tracks are arranged on the inner sleeve. It can be provided instead of a single detent path and diagonally opposite, corner-side detent paths. In the case of a quadrangular body, such latching tracks can be provided on each body edge.
- the locking tracks are arranged in the corner area. They can also be arranged on any other surface track of the sleeve body and therefore do not have to be provided on the corner side for the solution.
- the invention provides that in the transition region between the slide and the detent track on the one sleeve part, a radially inwardly projecting deformation edge is provided which sweeps when pivoting the arranged on the other part detent path of the detent position in the sliding position at this deformation edge and this slightly deformed so as to allow a noticeable resistance in the rotation of the two parts from the release position to the locked position and vice versa.
- a longitudinally continuous deformation edge and other deformation means can be used, such as.
- the inner and outer sleeves can be made of a very rigid and resistant material.
- the inner sleeve at its front end materially integral with a reduced diameter locking and sliding sleeve, which penetrates into the interior of the outer sleeve when pushing together outer and inner sleeve.
- this locking and sliding sleeve diametrically opposed ratchet teeth are arranged, which cooperate with the opposing and aligned ratchet teeth on the outer circumference of the inner sleeve.
- the molded-in oblique bead in the wall of the latching and sliding sleeve serves to improve the bending stiffness of the latching and sliding sleeve in order to prevent unacceptable deformation of the latching and sliding sleeve when the latching teeth penetrate into the interior of the outer sleeve on the outer circumference of the inner sleeve
- the arranged in the corner region of the locking and sliding sleeve and diametrically opposite ratchet teeth in latching engagement is formed in the region of the wall of this locking and sliding sleeve on each wall of the locking and sliding sleeve.
- the oblique beads formed in the walls of the latching and sliding sleeve serve to ensure an enlarged labeling surface on the outer circumference of the outer sleeve.
- said oblique beads are arranged in the wall of the locking and sliding sleeve whose surface exactly compensates the angular offset of 6 ° of the remaining surfaces of the locking and sliding sleeve.
- This label also spans - in continuation - the surface of the inner sleeve and is continued into the bottom area of the inner sleeve.
- FIG. 1 is a packaging container 1 consisting of an outer sleeve 2 and an inner sleeve 3 is shown.
- outer sleeve and “inner sleeve” are only examples of Holmor to understand. They only refer to the current function of the two parts, which are shown graphically. The terms may also be interchanged in the description and claims and are not limitative of the invention. Thus, all parts which are described below in connection with the outer sleeve can be arranged on the inner sleeve and vice versa.
- FIG. 1 an inner sleeve 3
- the front has a lug 4 of reduced diameter, but this is not necessary for the solution.
- the approach 4 will be described later as detent and sliding sleeve 30 in more detail.
- the projection 4 may extend over the entire length of the inner sleeve to the rear in the bottom area and be completed there on the bottom side.
- two or three gripping lugs can be arranged on the bottom sides of the outer sleeve and inner sleeve, which can be attacked as a handle by hand in order to push the two parts together or to turn them against each other.
- wall deformation of the wall parts of the inner sleeve does not occur anyway, but merely elastic deformation of the latching teeth 5 arranged there, which are arranged in the region of one or more tooth rows 6 arranged on the corner.
- FIG. 1 shows that the ratchet teeth 5 with the rows of teeth 6, 7 are each arranged diametrically opposite one another in corners of the inner sleeve 3.
- the rows of teeth 6, 7 may be located anywhere outside the corners of the inner sleeve 3 on the surface thereof.
- the inner sleeve 3 opposite an outer sleeve 2 is provided as a square sleeve body.
- locking teeth 8 are arranged at all four corners of the outer sleeve.
- latching tooth 8 it is sufficient for the functionality of the present invention to provide only a single latching tooth 8. However, it is also possible to provide a plurality of latching teeth 8 arranged one behind the other.
- the Latching teeth 8 form in this case each corner-sided rows of teeth 9, 10, 11, 12th
- the invention is not limited to the arrangement of the rows of teeth 9-12 in the four corners of the square outer sleeve 2.
- the rows of teeth 9-12 can only be present twice and in this case diametrically opposed to each other. It is also sufficient to arrange a single row of teeth either on the edge side or anywhere on the surface of the outer sleeve 2 in the pushing direction.
- the detent track 13-3 consists of individual successive and spaced apart at a uniform distance ratchet teeth. 5
- the previously described latching tooth 8 or a plurality of latching teeth in the form of the rows of teeth 9-12 is arranged on the opposite part, namely the outer sleeve 2.
- At least one single slideway 14-2 is arranged at a radial distance, that is offset in the circumferential direction at a distance next to one or more of the rows of teeth 9-12. This is in FIG. 2 shown.
- the slideway is a free space when the two sleeve parts 2, 3 are inserted into one another, so that the locking track 13-3 of the inner sleeve 3 comes into engagement with the slideway 14-2 in the region of the outer sleeve 2, and the two parts can therefore practically powerlessly shifted.
- the length of the slide 14-2 corresponds to the desired displacement length between the inner and outer sleeves 2, 3. It is preferably designed as a U-shaped or trapezoidal groove.
- the groove profile corresponds to the profile of the tooth 5 displaceable in this slideway 14-2 (or a row of teeth formed from a plurality of teeth 5) and is chosen such that the tooth 5 can easily be displaced in this profile-shaped slide track 14-2, but during the displacement movement is guided straight along the side surfaces of the groove.
- FIG. 1 shows a modified embodiment, because on the other side with respect to the latching track 13-2, opposite to the slide 14-2, another slide 15-2 can be arranged so that both in the rotation z. B. clockwise from the outer sleeve to the inner sleeve 2, 3, the locking track 13-3 z. B. comes into engagement with the slideway 14-2, while passing in rotation in the opposite direction, the detent track 13 'of the inner sleeve 3 in the shift range of the slide 15-2 passes.
- FIGS. 2 and 3 show the details FIG. 1 in an enlarged view.
- the inner sleeve 3 is moved in the direction of arrow 16 against the retained outer sleeve 2, and in the sliding position shown, it can be seen that the latching track 13-3 forming latching teeth 5 in the region of the slide 14-2 on the outer sleeve 2 arrive and the two parts readily readily against each other in the direction of arrow 16 and in the opposite direction are displaced.
- the invention also allows the two parts in the latched position - without mutual rotation - can be locked together overcoming a higher displacement pressure. This has already been the subject of the aforementioned patent DE 33 25 033 C2 , This possibility is also given in the present invention.
- FIGS. 4 and 5 show in sectional view the two hollow bodies in the locking position ( FIG. 4 ) and in the release position ( FIG. 5 ). It can be seen that the latching tooth 5 can be brought into engagement with the associated latching tooth 8 in the region of the inner sleeve 3 in the region of the latching track 13-2 of the outer sleeve 2.
- FIG. 6 shows the locking of the two sleeve parts 2, 3.
- the locking track 13-3 in the region of the inner sleeve 3 is in latching engagement with the latching track 13-2 in the region of the outer sleeve 2.
- the slide 14-2 lies in the circumferential direction next to it.
- a deformation edge 29 is arranged in the outer sleeve 2.
- the deformation edge 29 is directed radially inwardly and could extend for example over the entire length of the outer sleeve 2 and then, for example, is the same length as the slide 14-2.
- the deformation edge 29 may also be present only piecewise in the form of one or more knobs.
- FIG. 7 When the transition from FIG. 6 in the release position FIG. 8 is pivoted, this is done in the direction of arrow 18 according to FIG. 7 , There is an intermediate position shown. It can be seen that the detent track 13-3 on the inner sleeve 3 slightly deforms the deformation edge 29 outwardly in the position 29 'elastically and thereby creates a rotational resistance in the mutual rotation of the two parts in the direction of arrow 18 to a certain perceptible rotational resistance between the To allow detent position and the sliding position.
- the invention can also dispense with such a deformation edge 29 and the generation of a rotation component opposite to the rotation.
- the clearance 23 is defined between the outside of the inner sleeve and the inside of the outer sleeve 2.
- the free space 23 is determined by the divergent profile shape of the inner and outer sleeves 2, 3, as with reference to the later FIGS. 9 to 16 is explained.
- the detent track 13 After overcoming the intermediate position and the possibly elastic deformation of the deformation edge 29, which is arranged on the outer sleeve 2, the detent track 13 reaches 13-3 on the inner sleeve 3 in the profile space of the slide 14-2 of the outer sleeve 2, so that the two parts freely against each other are displaceable. You can in any shift position again by rotation in the direction of arrow 17 ( FIG. 6 ) are locked.
- the necessary for the force-free rotation between the two sleeve parts 2, 3 free space 23 does not have to be formed by the fact that the profile shape of the inner sleeve 3 is displaced relative to the outer sleeve 2 to the inside. It may also be provided in another - not graphically illustrated - execution that the inner sleeve 3 has a straight profile and the outer sleeve 2 is bulged outward, so that in this case, a free rotation of the two sleeve parts 2, 3 is possible.
- FIGS. 9 to 16 show, however, that the profile shape of the inner sleeve 3 deviates from the profile shape of the outer sleeve 2, as will be explained with reference to the following figures.
- the FIGS. 9 and 10 The Dachkantform is achieved by two at an angle to each other arranged straight lines 19, 20 on the profile of the inner sleeve 3, wherein the straight line at an angle 22 in the region of a roughly central vertex 21 cut.
- FIG. 10 Profile profile of the outer sleeve shown above 2 straight walls on and off FIGS. 9 and 10 (Locking position and release position) can be seen that always results in the rotation of the two parts a clearance between the inner wall of the inner sleeve and the outer wall of the outer sleeve to allow a force-free rotation of the two parts without elastic deformation of the wall of the outer sleeve 2.
- the outer sleeve 2 thus has straight walls 24.
- the inner sleeve 3 has a bulbous shape of the side walls, because the arcuate shape 26 of the inner sleeve 3 is assigned and a further, but differently rounded arc shape 25 of the outer sleeve 2 is assigned.
- FIGS. 13 and 14 each showing the locking and release position.
- the inner sleeve 3 in turn has a roof edge shape, as in FIG. 9 was presented.
- the folded form 27 is fully symmetrical, while in FIG. 9 was designed asymmetrically.
- the fully symmetrical in profile beveled mold 27 allows to bring the inner sleeve 3 in relation to the outer sleeve 2 both in the direction of arrow 17 to the left and in the direction of arrow to the right in each case in a latching and release position, because in the second embodiment according to FIG. 1 in addition to the slide 14-2 still the further slide 15-2 is arranged symmetrically to the latching track 13-2.
- FIG. 14 It can be seen that the outer sleeve 2 has a straight shape 28, the approximately with the straight shape 24 after FIG. 10 matches.
- FIGS. 15 and 16 show that multiple polygon body are locked in the manner described in each other.
- the inner sleeve 3 has a plurality of evenly distributed on the circumference arranged latching tracks 13-3 and opposite, the outer sleeve 2 has a plurality of circumferentially distributed and mutually alternating slideways 14-2 and latching tracks 13-2.
- the invention is not limited to the fact that the two hollow bodies are each closed at one end face and open at the opposite end face. This is just one of the possible embodiments.
- a single hollow body is present, whose two opposite end faces have been removed, so that it is formed as a continuous sleeve, at both ends of the locking and sliding tracks according to the invention are formed.
- Such a hollow bodies is as Connection adapter referred to, because in each of the two open end faces, an opposite hollow body can be introduced and fixed via the inventive rotary-push movement for engagement with the latching and sliding path arranged there. The oppositely introduced hollow body is then closed at its one end face and open at the other end face on the front side, with which it is inserted into the connection adapter.
- connection adapter From the other side of the connection adapter, a similar or differently shaped or equipped with a different length and also closed with its opposite end face hollow body introduced and be determined.
- the same length or different lengths long hollow body can be inserted and fixed in both opposite, open end faces of the connection adapter, so that a total of a three-part sliding packaging results, which can take a very long length, because their length by the lengths of each side in the connection adapter to be inserted hollow body is determined.
- connection adapter can also be designed so that at its one open end a certain polygonal profile is formed and is provided for latching with a hollow body with similar profile, while at the opposite, open end of the connection adapter another profile is formed, which with a associated, this other profile having hollow body can be latched. In this way, not only different length hollow body can be locked together with the connection adapter, but also also different profiled hollow body.
- connection adapter in the case of the hollow bodies to be latched with the connection adapter, the respective outer end face is omitted, unilaterally or on both sides open tubes of any length and profile shape can be created with the connection adapter and with the hollow bodies to be latched to it.
- wedge-shaped oblique bead 37 is equal to the rotation angle offset between the surface of the locking or sliding sleeve 30 and the surface of the outer sleeve 2. Accordingly, the taper of the oblique bead 37 is formed so that from the surface (labeling surface 34) of the outer sleeve 2, a straight and level transition over the inclined bead 37 results on the opposite labeling surface 35 on the side wall of the inner sleeve 3.
