Claims (13)
- Serrure de véhicule automobile, comprenant les éléments de fermeture suivants, à savoir un pêne (1) et un cliquet d'arrêt (2), le pêne (1) étant supporté de manière pivotante au moyen d'un palier de pêne (3) autour d'un axe géométrique de pêne (4), le cliquet d'arrêt (2) étant supporté de manière pivotante au moyen d'un palier de cliquet d'arrêt (5) autour d'un axe géométrique de cliquet d'arrêt (6) et pouvant être amené en prise de verrouillage avec le pêne (1), de sorte que le pêne (1) puisse être verrouillé dans au moins une position de fermeture contre un déplacement dans la direction d'ouverture,

en ce que l'insert de verrouillage (7) est configuré sous forme allongée et est orienté avec son axe longitudinal (14) essentiellement le long de la ligne d'action de force (13) de la force de verrouillage entre le pêne (1) et le cliquet d'arrêt (2). - Serrure de véhicule automobile selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'insert de verrouillage (7) s'appuie par rapport au pêne (1) exclusivement contre la structure porteuse en plastique (11) .
- Serrure de véhicule automobile selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le flux de force de la force de verrouillage entre le pêne (1) et le cliquet d'arrêt (2) s'étend sur une première portion (10) du cliquet d'arrêt (2) essentiellement sur l'insert de verrouillage (7) puis sur une deuxième portion (12) du cliquet d'arrêt (2) sur la structure porteuse en plastique (11).
- Serrure de véhicule automobile selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins la forme de base de l'insert de verrouillage (7), de préférence l'ensemble de l'insert de verrouillage (7), est configuré avec une symétrie de révolution par rapport à un axe de rotation (15), en particulier par rapport à son axe longitudinal (14).
- Serrure de véhicule automobile selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'insert de verrouillage (7) présente une portion en forme de champignon (16), en particulier est configuré dans l'ensemble sous forme de champignon, et présente un chapeau de champignon (17) ainsi qu'un pied de champignon (18) se raccordant au chapeau de champignon (17) et en ce que le chapeau de champignon (17) fournit la surface d'engagement (8) pour l'engagement de verrouillage avec le pêne (1), de préférence en ce que le diamètre (D) du chapeau de champignon (17) est supérieur d'une valeur comprise entre environ 25% et environ 35% au diamètre (d) du pied de champignon (18).
- Serrure de véhicule automobile selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la surface d'engagement (8) du cliquet d'arrêt (2) est configurée avec une courbure vers l'extérieur, de préférence en ce que la surface d'engagement (8) présente une forme en section transversale en section de cercle, et plus préférablement, en ce que la surface d'engagement (8) est une surface en portion de sphère.
- Serrure de véhicule automobile selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'insert de verrouillage (7) est fabriqué au moins en partie par usinage par tournage ou par frappe à froid.
- Serrure de véhicule automobile selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la largeur de la surface d'engagement (8) dans la direction de l'axe du cliquet d'arrêt (6) est supérieure à la largeur du pêne (1), en particulier à la largeur de la surface d'engagement conjuguée (9) du pêne (1), dans la direction de l'axe du pêne (4).
- Serrure de véhicule automobile selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'insert de verrouillage (7) est configuré en métal, en particulier en acier.
- Serrure de véhicule automobile selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la structure porteuse en plastique (11) est formée d'au moins un matériau en plastique, de préférence en ce que la structure porteuse en plastique (11) est formée d'au moins deux matériaux en plastique différents.
- Serrure de véhicule automobile selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la structure porteuse en plastique (11) fait partie du palier de cliquet d'arrêt (5), de préférence en ce que le palier de cliquet d'arrêt (5) présente un mandrin de palier (19) et une douille palier (20) en prise avec le mandrin de palier (19), de préférence en ce que la structure porteuse en plastique (11) fournit la douille palier (20) ou un logement pour la douille palier (20).
- Serrure de véhicule automobile selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la structure porteuse en plastique (11) présente une portion d'accouplement (21) pour l'accouplement du cliquet d'arrêt (2) à un agencement d'actionnement (22) pour soulever le cliquet d'arrêt (2), de préférence en ce que la portion d'accouplement (21) fait par ailleurs saillie à la manière d'un levier depuis le cliquet d'arrêt (2).
- Serrure de véhicule automobile selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'insert de verrouillage (7) est surmoulé dans le procédé de moulage par injection de plastique avec un matériau en plastique qui constitue la structure porteuse en plastique (11), ou en ce qu'entre l'insert de verrouillage (7) et la structure porteuse en plastique (11) est prévue une connexion par encliquetage.
