Definitions
- the invention relates to a drinking water installation arrangement for buildings according to the preamble of patent claim 1 and to a method for partial emptying of a drinking water installation unit in the area of a local supply line network.
- a central supply main line and a local supply line network designed to connect the tapping points to the main supply line are known.
- the supply line network comprises a separate circulation line for each drinking water consumer and a supply line guided from the circulation line to the consumer.
- Each drinking water consumer is designed in the manner of a line blocking module.
- an outer wall valve is known which is integrated into a removal fitting and is designed for venting the removal fitting.
- Object of the present invention is therefore to develop a drinking water installation arrangement so that the requirements for a regular hygiene check of the drinking water and the required drinking water exchange in as possible simple manner can be realized inexpensively. It is also necessary to provide a method for carrying out the drinking water exchange.
- the invention has the features of claim 1.
- the particular advantage of the invention is that the requirements of the Drinking Water Ordinance can be met in a simple manner with a drinking water installation arrangement designed according to the invention.
- the drinking water installation arrangement is structurally very simple and inexpensive to install.
- the drinking water installation arrangement on the one hand spatially and on the other hand formally functional multi-part.
- a differentiation is made between the main supply line connected to a water supply system, for example to the public drinking water network, and one or more supply line networks.
- the main supply line is designed for example as a riser in a multi-family residential building. From the utility main branch utility networks.
- a utility unit of the building for example an apartment within the building, is supplied with drinking water via the supply line networks.
- a multi-family residential building can be provided so far from a common supply main line to the number of apartments corresponding number of supply line networks.
- the supply line networks can always be designed in the same way or differ according to the spatial conditions and the functional equipment of the different apartments.
- the functional separation of the drinking water installation arrangement results in the region of the junction of the circulation line and the secondary supply line of the supply line network.
- the main supply line and the circulation line of the local supply line network are flowed through independently of the removal of drinking water in the local supply line network belonging to the circulation line.
- the drinking water flows in the main supply line and in the circulation line of a provided on the ground floor supply line network, if the second floor drinking water is removed, which is provided via the common supply main line.
- drinking water flows only when it is taken from a drinking water consumer of the local supply line network. In this respect, the risk that there is a deterioration in the quality of water in the secondary supply line, greater than in the main supply line or circulation line, in which the drinking water is often replaced.
- the inventive drinking water installation arrangement makes it possible to ensure a regular exchange of drinking water in the entire drinking water installation arrangement.
- the exchange of drinking water in the common supply main line and the circulation line of the local supply line network is already ensured by a drinking water removal in another local supply line network connected to the main supply line.
- the secondary supply line can be emptied decentrally, that is to say separately for each local supply network.
- the inflow of drinking water is interrupted from the main supply line by the line blocking module is moved to a closed position, and an extraction valve or a separate extraction module in the drinking water consumer is opened.
- the venting module is opened so that the drinking water flows out of the secondary supply line via the removal module or the removal fitting of the drinking water consumer and is replaced by air.
- the partial discharge of the secondary supply may be made by a tenant of a residential unit supplied with drinking water via a local utility network upon his return from a two-week vacation.
- An impairment of drinking water quality can be counteracted by the user on his own responsibility, without the entire drinking water installation arrangement of the building flushed or the contained drinking water must be completely replaced.
- the emptying process is particularly simple if the secondary supply line is at least partially laid near the ceiling.
- the water in the drinking water consumer when opening in the tap fittings of drinking water consumer automatically exits as soon as the line blocking module locks the secondary supply line and the venting module is open.
- the line blocking module locks the secondary supply line and the venting module is open.
- the active promotion of drinking water in the secondary supply line in particular flushing or the like, can be completely dispensed with.
- the secondary supply line is in this case partially provided in its horizontal course spaced from the floor above the drinking water consumer.
- the secondary supply line can be provided in sections close to the floor space between a concrete ceiling and a suspended decorative ceiling which has been suspended as part of a modernization measure.
- the secondary supply line and, in particular, the line blocking module assigned to the secondary supply line and the ventilation module are then accessible, for example, via an access flap which is provided in the decorative cover.
- a flow resistance in particular a Venturi nozzle, is provided between the two connection points for the circulation line in the main supply line.
- the line blocking module and the venting module can be formed spatially or functionally integrated.
- the joint realization of the two modules ensures a compact design.
- a realization As a common unit also reduces the installation effort, since only a single unit must be installed in the supply line.
- the drinking water consumers are usually connected via a connection point provided at the end of the secondary supply line.
- An outlet fitting of the drinking water consumer can either be connected directly to the connection point. This is the case for example with showers, bathtubs or toilet flushing.
- the consumers of drinking water can be connected indirectly via their removal fitting to the connection point.
- a removal module for example an angle valve with tapping point or sampling device, can be provided between the connection point of the supply line and the removal fitting.
- a removal module in the form of an angle valve with tapping point or sampling device is provided, for example, if the removal fitting itself provides a riser section. This is the case for example with the sink.
- the riser section provided in the removal fitting can be emptied in addition to the secondary supply line by removing the drinking water via the opened removal module.
- the drinking water thus removed can be collected, for example, and examined in terms of laboratory hygiene with regard to its hygiene values.
- the line blocking module and the venting module are provided in the region of the secondary supply line, if they are installed either in the secondary supply line itself, or if they are located between the circulation line on the one hand and the secondary supply line on the other.
- the invention has the features of claim 9.
- the procedure according to the invention for partial emptying of the local supply line network gives the resident of the residential unit the opportunity to autonomously and as needed, for example after a prolonged absence, empty the line sections of the drinking water installation arrangement lying in its access area and provide fresh drinking water for use.
- a partial emptying of the main supply line and the circulation line of the supply line network is not required or provided if they are flushed at any drinking water extraction in another local supply network and an exchange of the provided there drinking water is guaranteed.
- the secondary supply line can also be filled with fresh drinking water on its own responsibility.
- the venting module and the removal fitting or the removal module are closed at the drinking water consumer and opened the line blocking module. Fresh drinking water then flows from the main supply line into the secondary supply line of the local supply line network.
- the ventilation module can be closed while the removal module or the removal fitting of the consumer of drinking water remains temporarily open.
- the line blocking module is opened, the fresh drinking water flows from the main supply line via the circulation line directly into the consumer side opened secondary supply line.
- the removal fitting or the withdrawal module of drinking water consumers are closed.
- the secondary supply line is now completely filled with drinking water.
- the figure shows schematically a drinking water installation arrangement for a multi-family dwelling with a first main supply line 1 for hot water and a second main supply line 2 for cold water and to the main lines 1, 2 connected local supply line network 3 for a selected residential unit 22 in the local supply line network 3 is according to the embodiment of Drinking water installation arrangement a plurality of drinking water consumers, namely by way of example a shower 4, a bath 5, a hand basin 6, a washing machine 7, a toilet flush 8, a sink 9 and a dishwasher 10 assigned (provided with the reference number is representative each of the corresponding removal fitting of drinking water consumer , 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10).
- the main supply lines 1, 2 are connected to a water supply system, not shown, for example, to the public drinking water network.
- the illustrated drinking water installation arrangement is for example part of a building installation in a multi-family residential building.
- a plurality of local supply line networks 3 is connected to the various floors of the house, which may be formed either identical or are designed differently according to the individual spatial and functional requirements.
- the various drinking water consumers 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 are supplied as needed via a first secondary supply line 11 with hot water or via a second secondary supply line 12 with cold water.
- the first secondary supply line 11 is connected via a first circulation line 13 and the second secondary supply line 12 via a second circulation line 14 to the main supply lines 1, 2.
- the individual circulation line 13, 14 is connected in each case via a first connection point 15, 16 and a second connection point 17, 18 to the main supply line 1, 2. Between the connection points 15, 17 of the main supply line 1 for hot water and the connection points 16, 18 of the main supply line 2 for cold water, a flow resistance 19, 20 is provided in the form of a venturi.
