Claims (11)

  1. Procédé servant à fabriquer une section de raccordement (100) pourvue d'une face d'extrémité en tant que partie d'un outil, en particulier d'un foret ou d'un trépan pouvant être fixé de manière mobile axialement dans le porte-outil d'un marteau perforateur ou
    en tant que partie d'une tige de raccordement,
    - dans lequel la section de raccordement (100) présente au moins une rainure longitudinale (122), dont au moins une est fermée au moins en partie en direction de la face d'extrémité (106) de la section de raccordement,
    - caractérisé par les étapes de procédé consistant à :
    a) mettre à disposition un produit semi-fini de foret (102) ou une tige comprenant une surface périphérique (104) sensiblement de forme cylindrique ou de forme polygonale, en particulier carrée ;
    b) introduire la section de raccordement (100) dans une matrice de fermeture (128) ;
    c) estamper l'au moins une rainure longitudinale (122) par un rapprochement radial d'un ou de plusieurs corps de mise en forme (134) mobiles dans la matrice de fermeture (128), ce qui permet de provoquer un allongement de la section de raccordement (100) et, dans la zone de la rainure longitudinale (122), une réduction de la face de section transversale,
    - caractérisé en ce qu'un poinçon (138), qui a, au début de l'opération d'estampage, une distance par rapport à la face d'extrémité (106) de la section de raccordement (100) qui est inférieure à l'allongement de la section de raccordement (100) provoqué par l'estampage, ou en ce qu'un poinçon (238) sur ressorts exerce une pression sur la face d'extrémité (106), ce qui permet de limiter l'allongement de la section de raccordement (100).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'estampage est effectué sans façonnage préalable de la rainure longitudinale (122), en particulier sans façonnage préalable de la rainure longitudinale (122) dans le produit semi-fini de forage (102) ou dans la tige.
  3. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel, au cours de l'étape c), en supplément, au moins une rainure d'entraînement (164) ou une face d'entraînement ouverte en direction de la face d'extrémité (106) de la section de raccordement (100) est produite par un rapprochement radial de corps de mise en forme mobiles dans la matrice de fermeture (128) au moyen de l'estampage.
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 - 2, dans lequel, avant l'étape c), en supplément, au moins une autre rainure d'entraînement (164) ou face d'entraînement ouverte en direction de la face d'extrémité (106) de la section de raccordement (100) est produite lors d'une étape de mise en forme en amont par rétrécissement, par pressage par fluage ou par d'autres méthodes de mise en forme, ou dans lequel, après l'étape c), au moins une rainure d'entraînement (164) ou une face d'entraînement ouverte en direction de la face d'extrémité (106) de la section de raccordement (100) est produite, lors d'une étape de mise en forme en aval, par rétrécissement, par estampage ou par d'autres méthodes de mise en forme et, dans ce cadre, la rainure produite en premier lieu est remplie par une déformation correspondante de la matrice ou par des corps de remplissage.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 1 - 2 et 4, dans lequel la matrice de fermeture (128) présente un contour tourné vers la section de raccordement (100), en particulier dirigé vers l'intérieur, lequel est réalisé de manière à correspondre au contour extérieur, présent avant l'étape c), de la section de raccordement (100) et dans lequel les rainures ou surfaces ouvertes en direction de la face d'extrémité (106) de la section de raccordement (100) sont remplies par une déformation correspondante de la matrice ou par des corps de remplissage.
  6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'estampage à l'étape c) ou la mise en forme des autres rainures (162) sont effectués en deux étapes de façonnage partiel ou plus.
  7. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les corps de mise en forme (134) présentent, à l'étape c), au niveau de leurs zones de bord, des déformations, de manière préférée des chanfreins, qui délimitent le flux de matériau lors de l'estampage.
  8. Dispositif servant à confectionner une section de raccordement (100) en tant que partie d'un outil, en particulier d'un foret ou d'un trépan fixé de manière mobile axialement dans le porte-outil d'un marteau perforateur, dans lequel la section de raccordement (100) présente une face d'extrémité (106) et une surface périphérique (104) sensiblement de forme cylindrique ou de forme polygonale, en particulier carrée, ou en tant que partie d'une tige, comprenant
    une matrice de fermeture (128) pourvue au moins d'un corps de mise en forme (134) au moins mobile radialement et disposé dans des évidements de la matrice de fermeture (128), au moyen duquel au moins une rainure de verrouillage (124) peut être façonnée par estampage,
    caractérisé en ce qu'un poinçon (138 ; 238) dépasse dans la matrice de fermeture (128) dans la direction longitudinale (136) du produit semi-fini de forage (102) ou de la tige et dans lequel
    ledit poinçon (138) peut être réglé de telle manière qu'il a, au début de l'opération d'estampage, une distance par rapport à la face d'extrémité (106) de la section de raccordement (100) qui est inférieure à l'allongement, provoqué par l'estampage, de la section de raccordement (100), ou qu'il exerce une pression sur la face d'extrémité (106) de la section de raccordement (100) en tant que poinçon (238) sur ressorts.
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, comprenant :
    une matrice de fermeture (128), au moyen de laquelle des rainures de verrouillage (124) et des rainures longitudinales (162) ou des faces longitudinales ouvertes en direction de la face d'extrémité (106) peuvent être façonnées par des corps de mise en forme (134) au moins radialement mobiles et disposés dans des évidements de la matrice de fermeture (128) .
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, comprenant :
    - une matrice, au moyen de laquelle au moins une rainure longitudinale ou une face longitudinale peut être façonnée dans la surface périphérique (104) par pressage par fluage ou par rétrécissement, et
    - une matrice de fermeture (128) pourvue de corps de mise en forme (134) au moins radialement mobiles, au moyen de laquelle au moins une rainure de verrouillage (124) peut être façonnée par estampage.
  11. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 10,
    dans lequel les corps de mise en forme (134) de la matrice de fermeture (128) sont déplacés radialement par des organes d'actionnement (140) réalisés de manière conique ou de manière à présenter une forme de coin.
